Frühstück war sehr aufgeräumt, Kaffee mit Bedienung sehr schleppend. Wenn etwas alle war, keine Nachlegung, bzw. sehr schleppend. Nicht alle Säfte z.B. O-Saft bzw. Wasser auch mal nicht vor Ort. Schade. Gläser im Zimmer wurden nach Benutzung im Buchungszeitraum nicht getauscht.

- Adam Soltan (10/5): Przyczyna pobytu była smutna, ale hotel super. - Duży pokój, wygodne łóżko, balkon, śniadanie. Miła i profesjonalna obsługa. Prysznic w łazience strasznie chlapał i wymaga regulacji.
- Stefan (9/5): Ein sehr schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt, ich komme wieder! - Zentrale relativ ruhige Lage und vor allen Dingen, sind direkt auch Geschäfte, sofort in der Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer hervorragend, sauber, ordentlich, nichts zu beanstanden und die Minibar war gefüllt! Parkplätze sehr gut vorhanden! Es gibt gar nichts zu beanstanden!

- Reiner (8/5): Gutes Hotel mit Komfort. - Ein Hotel mit sehr guter Ausstattung und freundlichem Personal. Das Zimmer sehr groß und bequem. Als Raucher wurde meinem Wunsch nach einem Zimmer mit Balkon entsprochen. Die Lage zur Messe in Hamburg war noch akzeptabel. Das angebotene Frühstück (Bei Buchung wohl 18,-€ avisiert), sollte dann wohl doch über 20,-€ kosten. Ich habe dann darauf verzichtet und mich für den Bäcker auf dem Weg zur Messe entschieden.
- Denis (7/5): Würde das Hotel wieder buchen. - Nettes Personal. Check in und Check easy. Check in war 21:30 Uhr und das Fenster war offen bei 4Grad Außentemperatur, Heizung war aus. Also war es drin entsprechend kalt und ungemütlich.
- Bärbel (9/5): Insgesamt zu empfehlen- man muss ja nicht dort frühstücken. - Das Zimmer war komfortabel und wie auch das komplett ausgesetzte Bad, sehr sauber. Das Frühstück wurde vor Ort dazu gebucht. 24,50€ waren dafür zuviel. Das Angebot entsprach einem normalen/ ordentlichen Hotelfrühstück.

- Katarzyna (7/5): Könnte noch etwas Mühe vertragen. - Das Zimmer selbst war schön eingerichtet aber auch nicht zu ende gedacht - Stehlampe stand direkt vor dem Fernseher (???). Es war alles sauber und ruhig. Check in ging schnell und problemlos. Eine Kaffeemaschine ist heutzutage ein muss auf'm Zimmer. Vor allem wenn das Frühstück erst ab 8 Uhr serviert wird und auch keine andere Möglichkeit gibt einen Kaffee oder Tee um 6.30 Uhr zu bekommen. Kein schönes erwachen für uns. In dem Zimmer war auch ziemlich kalt trotz Heizung.

Es war sehr sauber und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut! Einen kleinen Abzug gehe ich weil die Bettdecke sehr dünn war und ich gefroren habe, eine zweite Decke war nicht vorhanden

- Blessing (5/5): It could get better - The room was decent the bed and beding were all good so was the bathroom The room was carpeted Right through and although you could Tell the carpet was cleaned it had a smell that just stayed there forever a sign maybe they need to be professionally cleaned occasionally. There no hot water to shower with in the morning completely I later asked the receptionist and he said he doesn’t know what the Problem is but there was no hot water in the whole building he just said you jokes through booking.com you can complain there 🤷🏾♀️. I also through many travers expected either a small coffee machine or an Electric kettel but there was nothing. If I have to have a cup of coffee at 6am on a Sunday morning so I can work or anything it was Not possible and I think in this day and age it’s a Basic necessity. Overally this was not my best hotel experience
- Alexander (1/5): Katastrophe - Unterkunft ist gut gelegen Hatte dieses Mal leider Riesen Pech mit der Unterkunft, da meine Anreise am Abend war, war die Rezeption schon geschlossen, und es wurde eine Schlüsselkarte hinterlegt, leider war die Schlüsselkarte nicht frei geschaltet, so das mir nach 2 Stunden Warte Zeit, ein Sicherheitsmitarbeiter die Tür öffnete, nur dadurch war meine Schlüsselkarte immer noch nicht benutzbar, was für mich bedeutete das ich das Zimmer den ganzen Abend nicht verlassen konnte Es war Sylvester, und man hing auf dem Zimmer fest! Ein entgegen kommen Seiten des Hotels gab es leider nicht, nur fadenscheinige Ausreden

Die Preise im Restaurant sind schon sehr hoch...im Zimmer gibt es zwar einen Fernseher, aber ohne öffentlich rechtliche Programme...also kann man nur Privatsender mit nerviger Werbung sehen...die Matratzen sind schon sehr hart...es gibt bessere...
