• Clare (7/5): - Good location, beach is just at the end of the road. Nice size clean apartments. Lovely pool and sun lounge area. The check in instructions were not clear - when we arrived there was a note on the main door to say check in was 50 meters away with an arrow pointing to the left. . We didn't realise the hotel over the road was where we had to check in. To make things clearer, it would be great if the notice would say to check in with the hotel name on the sign rather than just 50 meters away. Mattress was very, very hard - obviously everyone has different likes and you will never suit all, but something to consider if you might struggle on a very hard matress or have back pain.

• Aurelie (6/5): - L'appartement était très agréable, propre, spacieux et confortable avec un bel espace extérieur. La vue y est chouette et le bâtiment est bien situé sur la côte. Proche commerces et stations de bus. Personnel sympathique. Les vacanciers qui hurlent dans les couloirs comme si ils étaient seul au monde. Des mecs bourrés dans la piscine à 6h du matin et la réception, ouverte 24/24 qui ne répond pas. La cuisine est peu fournie. Même pas une Passoire ou un économe. L'emplacement à Santa Ponsa. Trop construit. Trop touristique.

• Laura (7/5): Apartamento limpio - La limpieza inicial. El poco menaje y útiles de cocina, pocos artículos de limpieza de hogar y de higiene personal (que no había ninguno). La tostadora no funcionaba si no le tenías pulsado el botón hacia abajo. Las almohadas eran muy duras.

Vattenprover togs i poolen och samt poolområdet var välskött. Norrläge, samt markplan, aldrig sol på balkongen. Kalla stengolv. Fel kastruller som inte fick kontakt med induktionshällen.

• George (8/5): Good value for money and nice and clean - Nice and easy to book in at Hotel 100 metres along the street, very close to everything in Santa Ponsa Nothing to dislike
• Michael (9/5): Well equipped, clean in a good location - The apartment was well equipped, the rooms were clean, it was quiet, close to shops and restaurants etc.. and there was a nice clean beach nearby. There is a swimming pool that I witnessed being thoroughly cleaned, sunbeds and chairs available. There was a balcony with table and chairs with a pool view. Overall very happy with our stay If I was being super critical the coffee table looks a bit tired, but it was clean and didn't affect our stay at all.

• Octavio (9/5): - Boa localização, zona tranquila e perto de tudo. Limpeza e restante comodidades conforme anunciado. Óptimo para uma família de três e suficiente para uma família de 4 elementos. Infelizmente é algo difícil encontrar estacionamento na rua ou na zona e na recepção informaram de uma rua para estacionar quando no último dia me apercebi de o alojamento por baixo da piscina ter um parque de estacionamento. A água quente só dá para tomarem banho duas pessoas, em seguida, que depois acaba dado o cilindro ser muito pequeno. O sequador do cabelo não funcionava bem e parecia mesmo ser perigoso. Mas sinceramente nada de muito importante para mim.

Terrasse L endroit où récupérer les clés très mal indiqué alors qu il aurait été simple d indiquer qu il s agissait de l hôtel à 100m. Dommage car la réception de l hôtel était très accueillante. Logement mal insonorisé.

Zum Strand und Restaurants sinds nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß jedoch einige Höhenmeter. Sehr nettes Personal! Während unserem Aufenthalt war es ruhig im Haus. Die Wohnung war in einem guten Zustand. Küche könnt noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein

The reception staff are very friendly and helpful! The location is spot on, Close to everything you could possibly need. The beds are very hard, I was 31 weeks pregnant at the time so unfortunately not comfortable. May be different for other guests in different circumstances :) we did also have two instances where my husband had to get a cockroach out of the apartment 😬 I understand these things happen, the apartments were clean so I'm not sure how or why we had this problem, Just something to be aware of.

• 09cd47f2171f700bd7f6ab0505b290cf (9/5): - El departamento es muy cómodo y estaba limpio y bien acondicionado. Las llaves las recogimos en la recepción del hotel que se encuentra en la esquina, siguiendo la misma calle de los apartamentos. Todo estaba tal cual en las fotos. Nos tocó vista a la calle y estuvo bien. Fuimos en una época de baja concurrencia turística, por lo que en general todo el barrio y el edificio nos resultó tranquilo y agradable. También lindo clima para disfrutar de los balcones y de la piscina. En la recepción respodieron todas nuestras inquietudes. Tanto las camas como los sofá fueron muy cómodos para dormir. Si bien el apartamento estaba limpio y siempre nos repusieron papel sanitario, toallas y bolsas de residuos cuando lo solicitamos, en toda la semana que estuvimos no fueron a limpiarlo. Según decía una nota en el dpto, la limpieza la realizaban cada 4 días, pero esto no fue así. Tampoco hay elementos de limpieza (más allá de un escobillón y detergente para platos) que pudiéramos usar nosotros para limpiar un poco más el dpto.

Sve je funkcioniralo. Balkon je također bio u redu. Kreveti nisu baš udobni. Jastuci su bili jako loši. Kvake na vratima su bile čudne, teško se zatvaraju vrata soba.

Die Lage und die Aussicht waren wirklich schön, alles war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war ausgezeichnet. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass das Apartment etwas hellhörig ist – Geräusche aus dem oberen Stockwerk waren deutlich hörbar. Von der Straße hat man jedoch nichts mitbekommen. Insgesamt aber ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

• Robert (10/5): Polecam na 100 procent! Nie ma co się zastanawiać! - Apartament blisko plaży, 3min spaceru i jest się nie miejscu. Parking duży i bezpłatny dla klientów to bardzo duży plus. Duży balkon ze stolikiem i krzesłami. W kuchni wszystko co potrzebne żeby zrobić sobie posiłki. Nie ma do czego się przyczepić. Raz na cały tygodniowy pobyt mieliśmy sprzątany pokój i wymianę ręczników. Widoki z balkonu super. Gospodarz Albert bardzo miły i sympatyczny! Obiekt swoje lata ma ale nie ma do czego się przyczepić. Jeżeli ktoś podróżuje z rodziną na Majorkę to mogę w 100% polecić ten obiekt! Idealny jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania całej wyspy.

• Birgit (8/5): Es war ein erholsamer und ruhiger Aufenthalt außerhalb der Saison. - Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war ruhig. Auftretende Probleme wurden zügig gelöst. Parkplatz war vorhanden und die Busanbindung im Ort war auch sehr gut. Die Küchenausstattung hätte besser sein können zum Beispiel fehlten Grundgewürze und Kaffeefilter.

Nos explicó absolutamente todo sobre el alojamiento, sobre el aire acondicionado, la televisión.. absolutamente todo, se echa mucho de menos un trato así en otros tipos de alojamiento donde no hay interacción humana. El muchacho de 10, todos los integrantes de mi grupo coincidimos en esto. Deberíamos poder acceder al teléfono de contacto sin tener que llegar a los apartamentos. el vuelo se atrasó casi dos horas y las demoras que eso conllevó y no pudimos avisar al conserje del alojamiento porque el teléfono estaba en la puerta de los apartamentos... y mira que intenté llamar y contactar cuando supimos del retraso del vuelo, pero me redirigían a una centralita que sólo me indicó que 'el teléfono estaba en la puerta de los apartamentos..'

• Michael (7/5): - Die Lage ist Top, 2 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand / Zentrum und von vielen Apartments aus Meerblick. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer waren nicht so toll, man hat die einzelnen Metallfedern gespürt. Die Schaummatratzen im Wohnbereich waren deutlich angenehmer.

Our room was located in groundfloor so we had no Wifi. Very hard beds. The kitchen was not so good equiped. If you want to stay a lot in the room during day check The location of The room. We was trekking and spend mostly evening and night there.
