• rosario (10/5): - Un seul point négatif, les escaliers : donc 3 étages à monter , ce qui fait 60 marches. Pas facile à monter avec des valises et surtout pour des personnes qui ont de la peine à se déplacer ou plus âgées. Ce n'est pas note sur l'annonce.

• pecciscai (10/5): Fuga di sue giorni all'Elba - Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte e pertanto non troppo esigenti. Solo una caratteristica ci interessava: vista mare ed è come in foto. Siamo però rimasti piacevolmenti sorpresi dalla calda accoglienza, dalla pulizia, luminosità e posizione della camera. La colazione al mattino seguente molto buona e generosa con prodotti freschi alternati ai più classici confezionati. Unica nota negativa il rumore al mattino presto dovuto alla strada principale di Porto Azzurro che passa esattamante sotto all'appartameno.

• Heinz (10/5): Ausgezeichneter Service - Der Aufenthalt im B&B Vista Mare war sehr, sehr schön und entspannend. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, man bekam jederzeit vom Manager jegliche Auskunft und Hilfestellung, auch telefonisch, es war eine gemütliche, familiäre Atmosphäre! Das Frühstück war ausreichend, die Zimmer und Bad gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum von Porto Azzuro, ein Katzensprung vom Strand/Hafen und Stadtmitte entfernt. Was es zu bemängeln gibt: Keine Hoteleigene Parkplätze, das Hotel befindet sich im 3. Obergeschoss, ohne Aufzug (was für uns kein Problem darstellte).

Il proprietario è un ragazzo molto disponibile e gentile, sempre pronto a dare informazioni valide sui posti da vedere, i locali da frequentare e cenare. La camera ha tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno persino l'aria condizionata e il mobilio è nuovo e moderno. La posizione del B&B è ottima per quanto riguarda il paese di Porto Azzurro, si raggiunge qualsiasi posto a piedi; l'unico lato negativo è il parcheggio che dista qualche centinaio di metri. La Vista Mare è realmente spettacolare!!
