The lady that served us was amazing and made us feel really welcome, even when we showed up late and last min. We got uber eats delivered directly to the door for dinner. The bed was amazingly comfortable and we did enjoy the large spa bath in the king room, great value, will be back. 5 stars.

- Sue (5/5): Terrible mattress, and the sleeping bit is the most important bit, please replace your mattresses - It was all what I would expect from a budget motel, but the bed quality was horrendous. I think beds that get left on the side of the road would be more comfortable. The mattress felt like it had been purchased at budget cheap beds in 1981 and not replaced since. Mattresses now a days are so cheap, it would be so cheap to buy new mattresses. The mattress

I wanted somewhere with a bath, and the Luxury King Suite with Spa Bath at the Sorrento Beach Motel was just the job. Good location - 10 minutes walk to Sorrento centre - and an easy drive from Melbourne. The room wasn’t massively fancy or modern, but it was really comfortable and had everything we needed at a fair price.

- Astrid (7/5): Very nice. - It was a nice Stay but l believe overpriced for a motel,l originally was meant to stay at Sorrento hotel,but booked the wrong mth and it turned out to be 200 cheaper?? Same dates and no offence Sorrento hotel is more of a luxury stay and closer to the main shops and restaurants, it was a nice motel Sorrento motel but overpriced, and the fridge froze all my food ,l forgot to say something, only the milk it didn't freeze and l think something else,being my Niece s wedding at Sorrento l was busy so l forgot to mention the fridge issue, l suppose you need to check your motel appliances before you allow guests to stay,maintaince. I was lucky to hv had this motel though after picking the wrong dates ,being Valentines day weekend, and Friday the 13 th, l had made a huge mistake, with the Sorrento Hotel, wrong dates ,then was lucky to get Sorrento beach motel, owner s nice people 😀. The frozen fridge and a but overpriced.

- Diane (9/5): Sorrento Beach Motel - the place to stay!! - Beautiful small hotel, therefore not crowded. Large room, with facilities for disability in the bathroom (ie: hand/grab rails. Kitchenette in room also, so breakfast and light food prep was easy. Also has laundry facilities for guests, which is so handy when back from the beach. We will stay here again!! We stayed 2 nights but the staff did not make up our room after night one. I think our room was forgotten.
