- Ciro (8/5): A relaxing countryside stay near Assisi, with great atmosphere and friendly staff - The property is surrounded by nature, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for disconnecting. The location is convenient to reach Assisi while still enjoying a quiet countryside setting. Breakfast was good, with fresh and well-presented options. Staff was welcoming and attentive, contributing to a very pleasant stay. Some areas of the structure could benefit from slight modernization to enhance the overall experience. While everything is well maintained, a few details in the rooms and common spaces could be improved to reach a higher standard.

- Ilaria (8/5): Ottimo soggiorno! - Il relais è davvero bello, lo spazio esterno è ben organizzato, rilassante. Le camere sono ampie, arredate in stile classico. La camera e l'hotel sono puliti. La posizione ottima per spostarsi nei vari borghi della parte nord dell'Umbria. Perugia, Gubbio, Spello e Assisi sono facilmente raggiungibili. Comodo anche l'ampio parcheggio. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo! I materassi sono comodi. Ad alcuni pezzi di arredamento andrebbe fatta della manutenzione. Abbiamo avuto un problema alla doccia che purtroppo non poteva essere risolto in tempi brevi. Consiglierei una maggior varietà a colazione per brioches e frutta fresca.

- Jean-Claude (9/5): Un excellent hôtel dans un village perdu. - La chambre est grande et bien équipée. Le bâtiment de l'hôtel et son parc. Une supérette juste en face de l'hôtel. Le village qui ne possède aucun restaurant, à part une excellente petite pizzeria (tutobonno), tenue par des personnes très sympathiques, et toujours bondée. A réserver si on veut consommer sur place.

- De Bono (6/5): - Lo spazio esterno era molto curato, la colazione buona. L' arredamento della stanza poco curato. Noi abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti, la seconda notte nela struttura si è svolto il ricevimento di un matrimonio e purtroppo la musica alta fino alle 03,30 non ci ha permesso di riposare. Abbiamo fatto presente il problema alla gestione che ha deciso di applicare uno sconto.
- Edmund Stephen (10/5): A lovely hotel near the airport and Assisi - This was a great hotel to stay in. It’s very convenient for the airport and for visiting Assisi. The room and bathroom were large, clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The hotel is housed in an old manor or farmhouse, so it’s interesting architecturally. The staff were very helpful and, since we arrived quite late, they helped us get a table at a lovely restaurant less than 10 minutes’ drive away. I can’t forget the breakfast! It’s a buffet with a wide selection of sweet and savoury dishes, and the chef makes exquisite scrambled eggs. It would have been nice to have a basic tea and coffee making facility in the room. It's not a big issue, though, as there is unlimited coffee with breakfast.

- Anastasia (8/5): - La scelta dell'arredamento della camera minuziosamente arredata secondo lo stile della struttura. La colazione ottima con personale di sala estremamente gentile e disponibile ad accogliere gli ospiti. Gli spazi esterni, come anche quelli interni, erano estremamente curati e donavano un senso di tranquillità all'ospite. Al nostro arrivo presso la struttura, non vi era nessuno ad accoglierci. Abbiamo atteso 20 minuti alla reception senza che nessuno si preoccupasse del nostro arrivo. Dopodiché contattando il recapito telefonico che avevo a disposizione arriva l'addetta alla reception, motivando il ritardo con il fatto che era in corso un matrimonio e che il personale della struttura era tuttofare e doveva occuparsi di tutto. I rumori derivanti dalla festa di matrimonio che si stava svolgendo e che disturbavano il riposo degli ospiti.

- De Angelis (8/5): - Ottima la posizione per visitare Assisi e Perugia triìovandosi a una ventina di minuti da entrambe. ll Relais è molto bello e la camera quadrupla in cui abbiamo soggiornato, anche se non nuovissia, era pulita ,dotata di tutto il necessario e spaziosa. Peccato non funzionasse il servizio di ristorazione ma di fronte alla struttura c'è un supermercato. Buona la colazione.

- LAURENCE (7/5): Un hôtel charmant avec beaucoup de potentiel - Un séjour agréable dans un cadre prometteur. Le personnel est très aimable et accueillant. L’hôtel dispose d’un grand jardin, d’une piscine et la chambre dispose d’une salle d’eau spacieuse. L’établissement bénéficie d’une localisation idéale pour visiter la région. Quelques améliorations pourraient rendre l’expérience encore meilleure : ajouter dans les chambres une bouilloire, des chaussons et des peignoirs (pratiques notamment pour la piscine), soigner davantage le jardin avec quelques fleurs, tables, chaises et une poubelle extérieure, et apporter un peu plus de variété au petit-déjeuner, surtout lors des séjours de plusieurs nuits. Dans la salle de bain, la pression de la douche n’est pas assez forte. L’absence de restaurant est également un grand manque. Ce sont des détails, mais qui pourraient vraiment faire la différence et mettre en valeur tout le potentiel de l’établissement

- Margaret (10/5): Relaxing getaway in the heart of Umbria - What a sweet treat to stay here on our Italian getaway! Two nights here gave us time to enjoy the clear, crisp pool and amazing breakfasts. But the best part was the incredibly gracious staff! Their recommendations for dining and places to visit were fantastic. I think we truly had the best pizza in Italy based on their recommendation. The rooms look dated but we’re sparkling clean. The gardens were beautiful - picture perfect setting for a special event. Breakfast was great with tons of selection - meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, eggs, pastries and breads. The cook even noticed that my husband had scrambled eggs on our first day and while she hadn’t made any yet on the second day, she offered to make the just for him. That’s amazing service!! We enjoyed all of it! Not a ton to do immediately in the town but there’s a ton to see in short driving distance which makes up for it!

- Thera (8/5): Amazing staff, wonderful gardens! - The staff, very friendly and helpful. Samantha is the best! It’s the staff that make the property worth going back to! The pool was needed after a hot day in Assisi and there were enough sunbeds for everyone at the pool or at the gardens. The hotel breakfast was also good. There were eggs and not just the typical sweet breakfast Italians eat. The gardens were amazing, this was definitely the cherry on top. There was a small grocery right across the property. We booked two non-cancellable rooms as we knew we would not change our plans, however, after booking we received notice that their restaurant was closed. This should have been indicated on the listing so that we were informed prior. We booked the property specifically for the restaurant so that during days we were too tired to find/drive to a good restaurant (recommendations from the hotel were at least 20mins away), we could just eat at the hotel. Unfortunately when these days happened, we had to settle for a light dinner from the grocery across the hotel. The property is very close to a main road. The sound of birds sometimes helped drown the traffic noise which was a plus. Single use small plastic toilettries was also something the hotel need to look into and change. We felt guilty of using too much or too little at times.

Posizione strategica perché sufficientemente vicino alle principali attrazioni a partire da Assisi e circondata da ottimi ristoranti. Staff cortese e disponibile, colazione variegata ed abbondante, piscina piccola ma molto confortevole nelle ore calde e ampio parcheggio La mia camera purtroppo dava sulla strada principale e quindi risultava un pò rumorosa, soprattutto nelle prime ore della mattina. Consiglierei di cambiare i materassi: sottili, scomodi e troppo morbidi

- Mar (8/5): Un lugar para relajarse - La cama era comodísima, el lugar tiene mucho encanto, se respira mucha tranquilidad. La zona del jardín y piscina es ideal para descansar y relajarse. El personal super dispuesto y amable. Nos gustó todo, por decir algo, el wifi no funcionaba en absoluto, tampoco hay muy buena cobertura...

- Alice (9/5): - Punto strategico per visitare Assisi Purtroppo la chiusura alle 18 della piscina. Consiglierei di posticipare la chiusura. Stando fuori tutto il giorno sarebbe bello farsi una nuotata anche alla sera avendo la piscina in struttura.
- stefania (9/5): - Posizione buona, ma per spostarsi è comodo avere l'auto. Parcheggio privato. Bello il parco e la piscina, anche se potrebbero migliorarne la manutenzione. Buonissima la colazione e gentilissimo il personale addetto al servizio colazione. Il ristorante chiuso per riorganizzazione e 2 piani di scale per arrivare in camera. La camera non era quella mostrata nelle foto e infatti la doccia era piccola, mentre in foto viene mostrata una camera con doccia walkin e un bagno moderno. Nonostante questo, abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia e il cambio biancheria in bagno ogni mattina.
- Loris (10/5): - Bellisima struttura in zona strategica per visitare l'Umbria. Perugia ed Assisi vicinissime. Ideale per chi desidera rilassarsi ( bellissimo parco ricco di alberi con piscina disponibile ),ma nello stesso tempo in ottima posizione per raggiungere comodamente tutti i luoghi d'ineresse. Colazione abbondante e personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Erika ci ha accolto in maniera egergia. Parcheggio comodo per l'auto.

- Cri68 (8/5): Per chi ama il verde e la tranquillità - A circa 15-20 minuti da Assisi, in una villa storica circondata da un parco molto ben curato. Piscina stupenda. Camera di normali dimensioni, arredata in stile; nessun rumore fastidioso, quindi posto giusto per rilassarsi. Il personale tutto estremamente gentile. Colazione sia dolce che salata, con ampia scelta. Essendo una villa storica non ci sono ascensori (noi avevamo varie scale prima di arrivare al secondo piano) né zanzariere (fanno però una disinfestazione periodica). La rubinetteria va chiusa strettamente, altrimenti c'è un fastidioso gocciolio. Il terzo letto singolo...era rasoterra, più simile ad una branda/divanoletto.

- YVES (10/5): Très bel endroit. - Superbe chambre dans un très bel endroit. Personnel sympathique et serviable. Belle petite piscine. Idéal pour visiter Assise et Perouge. Suggestions : des coussins de lit un peu plus doux et des coussins pour les transats de la piscine.

- Roberta (9/5): Ottima scelta per una vacanza di relax - La suite è ideale per una famiglia con due figli grandi, avendo due stanze doppie comunicanti ciascuna con bagno annesso. La posizione è ottimale per raggiungere il centro di Assisi in auto in 10 minuti. La colazione molto variegata, dolce e salata. Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile a soddisfare le richieste. La piscina è piuttosto ampia e ben attrezzata Purtroppo il ristorante non era aperto, ci sarebbe piaciuto a pranzo restare in piscina e mangiare un piatto freddo
