- Verified traveler (10/5): Great location, friendly staff, lots of privacy - I really enjoyed my stay here. They upgraded me to a room with a lovely little patio that I enjoyed in the mornings. The wifi was great, something I do not often encounter in Italian hotels, and I was able to upload/download large photo files for work and stream without any problems. The hotel is centrally located in the old town and with my room at the back, I didn't hear any street noise at night. Comfortable bed, working AC. The receptionist was lovely and I felt like I had a lot of privacy and peace and quiet, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The location is the only aspect in favor of this hotel. It is decades past its prime and has not been renovated or renewed since. On a summer day and night a rattling and inefficient a/c can only be endured with earplugs. Staff acted at times in a deceptive manner. Poor organizational skills.
