Malik (4/5): Average stay. - The photos have nothing to do with real, the building is old, and needs a lot of repairs. The fixtures in room are also broken and needs replacement. Tennis court are present but rusted and need cleaning and pain. The swimming pool is also difficult to access and the water smells. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. They tried best to make check-in and out easy.

Afonso (6/5): Médio - Ficamos em Madri em um Hotel Vertice (mesma rede). 05 dias! E a limpeza e organização das camas e troca de toalhas eram diárias! Nesse hotel ficamos os 4 dias sem troca de toalhas, e os Lixos na portaria, a recepção disse que tínhamos que levar na rua nos coletores. As condições da cozinha o armário reservado ao frigor bar estava com a madeira da porta emperrada e soltando a fórmica. Precisa de manutenção. Utensílios de cozinha precários, precisamos pedir e buscar saca-rôlha na recepção e só abrem a garrafa se dirigindo ao restaurante.

Morgane (4/5): - Nous étions dans la partie appartement, la clim n’a pas fonctionné pendant 3 jours (sur les 6 jours où nous étions présentes) au bout du 3e jour ils viennent la réparer, le 4e jour nous demandons un geste commercial (indemnités) et on nous propose de changer de chambre (aucune logique vu que la clim fonctionnait et que l’on demandait un dédommagement concernant les 3 jours sans clim), le personnel ne parle pas français (contrairement à ce qui est écrit sur expedia) et fait peu d’efforts en anglais. concernant la piscine, elle correspond aux photos, pas de transat pour la partie appartements nous étions en demi-pension, buffet basique mais pas très fourni ni divers pour le nettoyage, la première fois la femme de ménage a changer que les draps mais n’a rien nettoyé ni vidé les poubelles et la deuxième fois elle a allumé la clim et ouvert les fenêtres (quelle utilité ?) de plus une fois la carte de l’appartement rendu (donc à 10h) impossible de rester dans les parties communes (piscine) et de déposer sa valise dans le local prévu pour, en attendant le vol. seul avantage, les arrêts de bus pas loin je ne conseille pas du tout car en cas de problème le personnel ne prête pas particulièrement attention à vos demandes

OSCAR (4/5): Horrible, que no os engañen las fotos - Una experiencia muy mala. Apartamentos con olor a tabaco, sucios y con hormigas. Piscina sucia, con suciedad por todos las zonas ajardinadas de la piscina. Apartamentos vendidos a gente muy mal educada, gritando por las noches y bebiendo y fumando en zonas comunes.

Miguel Angel (8/5): Hotel dormitorio básico - Es un hotel dormitorio que se encuentra a 15 minutos de Sevilla. La zona de hotel está en el edificio principal y la de apartamentos en edificios colindantes. El acceso a la zona de apartamentos es muy fria, impersonal, te sientes aislado del hotel. No disponen de bar ni de posibilidad de comer tras ciertas horas (tan solo una maquina con chocolatinas). El servicio de recepción no es "exquisito". Te tratan bien pero rápido. Hay hoteles donde se vuelcan con el cliente y buscan ese trato especial que aqui no notamos. En general, es un hotel para ir y dormir. No esperes nada especial.

Without a car it would be maybe fro someone staying a long time in the city or so. The area is a little run down but the super market around the corner is perfectly stocked. For certain travelers it is perfect.

JOSEPH (10/5): Nice, Comfortable Hotel & Room at Excellent Price - This was a wonderful, comfortable hotel and room. I was initially concerned because it was pretty far away from the downtown Seville area but the price was much less than the hotels downtown and the public transportation system works well so it only takes about 20 minutes to get there.

Leyla (2/5): La peor estancia de mi vida - Llegamos y todo bien pero no nos dicen que es en otro edificio…, tuvimos que volver a recepción por que donde estábamos no era, en fin con decir que por los pasillos había bolsas de basura de los apartamentos puestos en la puerta con un olor horrible…, además la gente que estaba ahí con las puertas abiertas cocinando con olor a frito por todos los pasillos que pasábamos con una mezcla de humo de tabaco, ya teníamos miedo de ver lo que nos encontraríamos y efectivamente la habitación tenía un olor a tabaco horrible y quemaduras en el sofá y poca higiene en la habitación sin contar que pese a quedarnos por que era muy tarde cuando llegamos se escuchaba la autovía, además las camas si quieres levantarte con necesidad de ir al fisio es el sitio perfecto para dormir.
Antonio (8/5): Bien, pero dormir en el sofá cama es un infierno - Estancia satisfactoria para una sola noche. Dormir en el sofá cama es un infierno, sales con dolores múltiples de espalda. Al apartamento le falta un mantenimiento y reparación del mobiliario. Hay que tener en consideración qué está a las afueras de Sevilla, enfrente del Ikea. Quizás en el algún momento de alta ocupación se escuchen muchos ruidos a lo largo de la noche.

Brian (8/5): - We first arrived a bit shell shocked after staying in quaint hostels in Southern Spain. This place is large, Soviet-block style, and in a more crowded suburb than in quaint Cordoba & Granada (of course Seville is a bigger city than these, so shouldn't be a big surprise). So it took some time to adjust but once we did, we had a pleasant stay here. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a small kitchenette that did the trick (only problem was no wine opener so I had to buy one at a supermarket). Parking was comped in the adjacent underground garage, with a convenient elevator to the floor where our room was.

Normalmente todo siempre está muy bien, aunque esta vez la habitación olía un poco a tabaco, el stor estaba roto y olvidaron arreglarlo a pesar de que lo pedí. Puede que tuviera mala suerte con la habitación en esta ocasión. Sé que el servicio siempre es el mejor y por lo general son bastante atentos.

Laura (8/5): Completos - Elegimos los apartamentos y la recepción se hace en el hotel donde también te explican el funcionamiento del parking, de cortesía para los clientes. Disponen también de mapa de la ciudad y te facilitan folleto con información de interés. Los apartamentos están limpios y con menaje suficiente. Tienen, eso sí, algunas imperfecciones por el paso del tiempo y/o mal uso. Hay supermercados y paradas de autobús muy cerca. Los autobuses son los metropolitanos y cuestan 1,65 € hasta Sevilla y te deja en la estación de autobuses. Eso sí, hay que darle el alto al conductor porque sino no para. En nuestro caso se bajó un usuario yo me acerqué a la puerta para subir y el conductor me cerró la puerta en las narices.
Edgar (4/5): - The apartment was extremely dirty, hairs in the kitchen cabinets, shelves with a lot of dust, dishes and tableware badly washed still with grease and food on it. In one of the shelves a supermarket receipt could be found back from mid September, which means those shelves were not cleaned for at least a month!!! Hairs and dust everywhere, I usually walk barefoot and after having a shower just crossing bathroom to bedroom my feet were all dirty again! Bathroom the same, floor dirty, hairs and the toilet was not cleaned properly (no words to explain this one, as you could see clearly that was a long time ago since it has been cleaned properly). We have left signs to be cleaned 2 mornings in a row, but it didn't happen, and we have noticed maids in that hall those days. I understand that cleaning is on specific days according to the type of stay (not sure which days didn't find that information) but at least if the staff sees the sign at least could check what was happening or inform reception to contact the guest. Decio (10/5): Vertice hotel - Foi a primeira vez que viajei para Espanha com a minha família. Para além de ter gostado muito do País. Adorámos o Vertice Hotel. Espaço sempre limpo e cuidado. Funcionários muito educados e prestáveis em tudo que era necessário. Fomos muito bem tratados tanto no atendimento como nos serviços prestados. Carlos (10/5): - Nada que destacar sobre las instalaciones que están muy bien. Lo único que eché en falta en los apartamentos fue servilletas de papel y/o papel de cocina.
Javier (8/5): Mejorable - Llegamos a las 14:15h puesto que la entrada no era posible asta las 14h y nos tuvieron esperando asta las 14:55h porque no había ningún apartamento preparado. En la web ponía que la limpieza era diaria pero no limpiaron asta el tercer día, preguntamos en recepción y nos dijeron que en el hotel si es diaria pero que en los apartamentos solo se limpia una vez en mitad de la estancia. Vale, fueron al tercer día (nuestra estancia era de 6 noches) pero de limpiar nada, cambiaron sabanas y toallas pero ni barrieron ni fregaron el suelo, por cierto no teníamos fregona, si no lo hubiéramos echo nosotros. Dos días después (o sea un día antes de irnos) volvieron a limpiar el apartamento, pero a las 9:30h de la mañana. Claro a esas horas, estando de vacaciones, aún estas durmiendo. En esta ocasión sí que barrieron y fregaron el suelo. En la piscina se echaba en falta alguna tumbona y alguna sombrilla que no había ninguna. En nuestro apartamento echamos en falta una mesa y unas sillas para comer. Si que había unos sillones y una mesa baja que era algo incómoda para comer. Las personas de recepción, si que fueron muy simpáticas y amables.
Carmen (10/5): Recomendable - Todo correcto. Hay aparcamiento de pago, pero en la calle sólo estaban los coches de los alojados y trabajadores.

La cama era muy cómoda, la calefacción iba genial, estaba todo muy limpio, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días tranquilos, está muy bien insonorizado y aislado (ventanas climalit de un gran grosor), buena atención del personal. Las únicas pegas que pondría es... Que el agua de la ducha de vez en cuando se ponía fría y luego muy caliente, aun así, el agua salía muy rápido caliente y tenía bastante temperatura. Y sería perfecto si pusieran un tostador. Por todo lo demás mi pareja y yo hemos salido muy contentos de allí y volveríamos a ir sin dudarlo.

Jani (8/5): Nice apartment with front desk, but location... - Nice and quiet apartments. Kitchen had everything we needed. For us unusual to have front desk at apartments but this one had and that was a welcome suprise. Disappointment for us was that the swimming pool was closed as we payed for a hotel with swimming pool. We didn't have a car so to reach this hotel was hard. Buses not go to this place anymore in the evening so only option was taxi. Luckily there is a food place about 10 min walking distance and there are few kind of restaurants to choose from.

Juan Manuel (4/5): More work to do it is needed in your hotel - The hotel was in the middle of nowhere. The WIFI was so bad that I had to use the portable hotspot of my own telephone. Cleaning of the apartment was not included. The air conditioning was not working . They told me that it was too early in the year to switch them on. It was a very hot weekend and you would not have that choice...They should make an effort to get a better WIFI system, mostly when you find yourself in the middle of nowhere...

Elena (10/5): Great little apt- very clean and comfortable stay - Overall hotel was good- residential area not much around it. Stayed at the apt side didn’t know it had hotel too. Room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Washing machine a plus. Breakfast buffet was nice. Not too far from center of town - lots of parking garages are around but the bus/metro system works well too. Loved Sevilla! Recommend this apt.

Giuseppe (10/5): Tranquilo, completo e confortável, afastado centr - Confortável, amplo, completo com o que precisamos para alguns dias, fácil para estacionar carro sem custo, pode-se ir de ônibus para centro 20mins, parada ônibus a uns 5 a 7 mins a pé. Excelente escolha para quem estiver com carro e queira usar recursos de cozinha a noite e café da manhã. Muito bom custo/beneficio.
Nuno (6/5): Acolhimento pouco prestavel - Fomos recebidos de forma distraída e sem qualquer atenção às informações a fornecer aos clientes. Sem esforço para compreender a nossa língua...falta de comunicação. Falando em português...respondem em espanhol mostrando NÃO PERCEBER. Falando francês...eles Tb não percebem. Outro ponto negativo é o facto de o horário da piscina não ser adaptado aos clientes. 12h-21h....nunca tinha visto.

Esta vez no acerté. - Se encuentra fuera de Sevilla en en polígono industrial, necesitas coche para ir a cualquier sitio, pero yo he ido por que me venía muy bien precisamente por estar en las afueras, cerca de autovía y centros comerciales y no en el centro de Sevilla. El edificio o complejo está dividido en dos, uno la zona del hotel en la cual estuve en otra ocasión y me pareció bastante bueno, limpio y cómodo y con buen desayuno. Por eso he repetido, pero no me dí cuenta al contratar que había contratado un apartamento y no el hotel. Y la verdad que deja mucho que desear, necesita reforma y limpieza mas profunda. El desayuno bien por que se realizaba en el hotel. Si repito me aseguraré que es en el hotel y no en los apartamentos.

Ashish M (6/5): Average Apartments - These are a set of average apartments set about 10 kms out of the city centre. The Pros I found were decent size double bedroom with comfy beds and large cupboards, washer drier and free parking just outside. However I had a hard time finding it as Google maps takes you somewhere else if you put the Vertice apartments instead need to put Vertice hotels and the apartments are next to it.My key went corrupt every time I left the room which meant going to the reception again and again to get it fixed.Inside the living room was quite small and if you opened the sofa bed there is no space to move about at all.There were hardly any dishes in the apartment only 4 small glasses not tea pot or toaster to make some breakfast.There was very poor Wifi signal which kept disconnecting quite often. The swimming pool was in a very poor state looked like a home of algae not maintained for months.There was only single cleaning liquid provided for dish cleaning and washing cloths as well which looked a bit odd. All in all these are average apartments which are OK if booking last minute as not very costly but if you are planning in advance like I did you can definitely get more value for money elsewhere.

juan carlos (6/5): Hay que pagar nada más llegar... - Apartamentos amplios, cómodos y bien acondicionados. Limpieza normalita, no a fondo. Recepcionista amable e implicada. Ubicados junto al hotel Vértice, y ambas puertas están contiguas. La zona es apartada y se necesita coche para casi todo. Lo que no me gustó es tener que pagar al llegar. Nunca entenderé por qué he de pagar por algo que aún no he empezado a utilizar y sin saber siquiera si me va a gustar.
Mary (8/5): Quiet apartment next to the motorway - This is a spacious, well-designed, well-equipped and comfortable apartment - and very good value - right at the outer edge of the Seville metropolitan area. Though the building is next to the motorway it's very quiet. There is a public bus service from Bormujos into the city centre, but you do really need a car to stay here comfortably. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The Expedia description of the apartment block lists a pool as one of the facilities. There is indeed an outdoor pool, but it looks as if it hasn't been used for some time - the water is green and murky. My husband and I weren't too bothered about swimming as we spent all our time sight-seeing in Seville, so we were very happy with our stay.
