Puedes hacerlo firme y detallado sin caer en insultos, porque en Booking suelen dar más credibilidad a las reseñas concretas y objetivas. Te dejo una versión bastante contundente pero bien redactada: La experiencia en este alojamiento ha sido muy decepcionante. Las fotos publicadas en Booking no corresponden con la realidad en absoluto. El edificio da muy mala impresión desde que llegas y todo el alojamiento en general parece muy antiguo y descuidado. Además, me hicieron pagar por adelantado cuando en Booking indicaba claramente que no era necesario. Tampoco me solicitaron ningún tipo de documentación para alojarme, algo que me pareció muy poco profesional. La habitación estaba muy vieja, con muebles anticuados y una iluminación pésima, ya que ni siquiera había lámpara en el techo. Cada habitación parecía completamente diferente, sin ninguna coherencia con lo anunciado. El sofá estaba roto y en muy mal estado. El baño era especialmente incómodo: la ducha era diminuta, con una mampara que no cerraba y hacía que el agua se saliera constantemente. Resulta muy poco práctica y claramente necesita una reforma urgente. En general, la sensación fue de dejadez y falta de mantenimiento. No volvería ni lo recomendaría.

• Carol (8/5): Nice clean hotel with good breakfast. - Well situated for the sights of Heraklion. Bus stop outside the hotel for airport bus. Nice varied breakfast. When I came back on my third day the balcony door was open, presumably left in that way by the cleaners. The balcony is easily accessible from all the other rooms on my floor. I reported my concern to the front desk. Also when I checked out I was told payment had been received yet I had to sign a credit card receipt, so I have concerns about whether there is going to be another payment.

Parking 10 euros/par jour (mais qui ne fait par partie de l'hotel et clés à laisser au gardien)
• Clive (10/5): A very good value, well located hotel with welcoming staff - This hotel is very conveniently located, about a seven-minute walk from the main thoroughfare of 25 August Street and shopping area, where you'll find plenty of shops and food places. The Venetian Harbour is about half-a-mile away, as is Liberty Square at the other end of the city centre. If you're travelling from/to the airport, the number 1 bus leaves from a stop about a four-minute walk away. The staff at the hotel are very welcoming, and speak very good English. I turned up ahead of the normal check-in time, hoping to just drop my bag off and do some sightseeing around town until later on, but my room was ready, so I was able to check in earlier than expected. I was also able to leave a bag at reception on check-out day, and go off around town and return to collect it later. The room was very good, and had a balcony with a 270-degree view. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee, which is always a nice-to-have. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious enough. The breakfast was good, with a good range of cereals, fruit, hot food, pastries, rolls, tea, coffee etc. I would certainly stay here again, were I to visit Heraklion. Nothing. Everything met my expectations, and was as described or better.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. La salle de bain n'est pas très fonctionnelle, et s'inonde vide après une douche, alors après quatre... C'est un point à améliorer. Et la rue est assez bruyante jusque tard dans la nuit.

Though driving in the city pretty hair raising - very narrow streets in places. A bit noisy with the other rooms but to be expected. Would have liked plug for phone by the bed!

• jon (9/5): Great for what it is. - Hotel is 15 min from airport and walkable to dinner. It did exactly what I needed it to do- provide us with a place to stay for my family of 4 with two teenagers at the tail end of our trip. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of coffee and food. The room was as described with three beds. But they were all in one, strange shaped room so no real privacy. The pictures and description didn't really share that.

The location was a little out of the way for us coming from the ferry terminal. but all in all it was ok. We managed the walk easily. Lots of good restaurants close by. A quiet area on the whole. Except for the occupant of the next room who spent half the night on his phone on his balcony. The walk from the ferry terminal but a taxi would be easy to get.

• Panagiota (9/5): Πολύ καλό για επίσκεψη στην πόλη. - Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν απολύτως ικανοποιητικό για τη σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής. Ευγενέστατο προσωπικό, εξυπηρετικοί και χαμογελαστοί όλο το 24ωρο. Έφτασα νωρίτερα και παρ' όλο που το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν ακόμη έτοιμο, μου υπέδειξαν χώρο για να αφήσω τα πράγματα μου, που προσέφεραν καφέ καθώς και χώρο για να φρεσκαριστώ. Το δωμάτιο μεγάλο, καθαρό με έξτρα κρεβάτι, πλήρως στρωμένο και έτοιμο να φιλοξενήσει επιπλέον άτομο. Το πρωινό ικανοποιητικό, χωρίς δυσάρεστες εκπλήξεις. Ένα ξενοδοχείο που προτείνω για 1 ή και περισσότερες διανυκτερεύσεις. Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, για μένα σε απόσταση περιπάτου, ευθεία (εύκολη διαδρομή). Μόνο μειονέκτημα, η έλλειψη χώρου στάθμευσης.

• Noe (8/5): Hotel cerca del centro - Hotel ubicado a pocas calles del centro de heraclion. Llena de tiendas, restaurantes, bus turístico y taxi. La habitación es grande con baño privado. Todo limpio. Personal muy amable nos pidieron un taxi para ir al aeropuerto.
