• Carol (9/5): Well looked after , used the spa service (excellent) and loved the pool area. All staff can’t do enough to help you have - My stay was excellent , very clean hotel, staff very helpful and caring. The hotel is in excellent spot in Kos town .. easy walking distance to everything. No dislikes… I would def stay here again Just one point .. I am gluten free and felt maybe the hotel should think more about catering for GF customers.

• Sophie (10/5): Amazing Hotel, would 100% recommend - Amazing hotel. Modern, spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities, pool, spa, gym. Room has everything you need and a great shower. Centrally located, walking distance to everything in Kos town, lovely restaurants very nearby. Breakfast was great too. Would not hesitate to recommend.

• Indiya (8/5): Excellent stay, highly recommended. - It’s a beautiful, modern hotel that is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed throughout. The location is perfect, I genuinely can’t complain, and it makes it very easy to get around the local area with beaches (e.g. Lambi Beach), restaurants, dessert places, souvenir shops, a padel club, and more nearby. The design of the hotel is particularly impressive, with a sleek, contemporary feel and well considered communal spaces that feel both stylish and welcoming. Everything feels cohesive and well maintained, which adds to the overall experience. The staff are very friendly, and the cleaning ladies and breakfast staff are exceptional. Breakfast is really good and actually tasty. The baggage storage area is secure, which is reassuring. Staying in is also very relaxing. You can reserve a one hour slot for the indoor pool, which is more than enough time. The outdoor pool is stunning with sun beds available, and the pool bar offers excellent mocktails and milkshakes. Lifts are quite small, there is no Netflix or option to mirror your iphone to the TV, and it would be helpful to be informed in advance about certain room details such as the extra cup storage. The deposit policy should also be clearly communicated upfront in case of any unexpected costs or accidental damage. There was also some noise from loud neighbouring rooms at night. Most tourist activities such as cruises tend to start from May onwards.

Böyle bir yere hiç yakıştıramadık. Fakat ertesi günü resepsiyondaki hanım görevli RECEPTİON SUPERVİSOR CHRİSTY bizi güler yüzü ve yaklaşımıyla çok mutlu etti. Kalbimizi kazandı. Tekrar kendisine teşekkür ediyoruz.

• valérie (9/5): Excellent - Everything and everyone. NB:the thai masseuse was extremely good. I recommend the thai massage and the short neck and back massage. The quality of the fruit juice at breakfast was poor. I couldn’t drink it. That’s the only comment I have, but it would not stop me from going back to the hotel. I thought value for money was good but hard to judge as it was the very beginning of the summer season.

• Angela (8/5): Good facilities, but hope you don’t encounter disruptives! - The breakfasts were good with reasonable choice The pool is excellent and would be the one thing drawing me back Disruptive other people staying including very loud group of drunk young men who returned to my floor at 2.30am shouting … scary. I mentioned this on check out and said I thought their behaviour should have been regulated by Reception when they returned to the hotel shouting in the middle of the night, but she said I should have phoned down (I explained that I had tried to call Reception about something totally different much earlier in the evening and got no reply at all, so just put a pillow over my ears and tried to get back to sleep!) However, I really think it is the hotel’s responsibility not other guests to regulate the behaviour of these guests (perhaps mentioning it also to any relevant tour reps ?? TUI). So my hesitation in booking this hotel again is that they take such guests and don’t say anything about disruptive behaviour.

• MEHTAP (10/5): 4 yıldızlı bir otel için bence tek kelime ile harika - Bende bir otelci olarak öncelikle, temizlik kısmı benim için çok önemliydi. İkinci bir konu ise personelin güler yüzlü ve proaktif yaklaşımı. yastıkları daha kalın olabilir ve odada yedek yastık olabilir
