• John (8/5): Great value in a great location! - Room was large and very comfortable -exactly as advertised. Bathroom was perfect too. Location close to the train station and a short walk to the city centre. Ideal for our needs and we have used it before. Nothing really. The hotel is not particularly fancy but it is clean and comfortable and priced accordingly. We did not order breakfast so cannot comment on it. Room was quiet and tastefully furnished.

• Annette (10/5): Perfekte Unterkunft auf der Durchreise mit der Bahn - Wir haben last-minute gebucht und reisten mit unserm Baby. Damit wir nicht zur Straße hin schlafen mussten (etwas laut mit Kind) wurde unser Zimmer netterweise geupgradet, sodass wir ein ruhiges Zimmer erhielten. Sehr nettes Personal. Kurze Distanz zum Bahnhof, was perfekt für unsere Reise mit der Bahn war. Wir waren Samstagnacht dort. Zur Straße könnte es laut sein von Feiernden draußen.

• Claude (7/5): - Gut zu erreichen vom Hbf, aber nicht im überfüllten Bahnhofsviertel südlich vom Hbf. Zimmer zur Strassenseite, auf der zwei Tramlinien durch rattern. Für mich, bei kühlem Wetter, kein großes Problem, aber immer Sommer und für Lärm-empfindliche Leute ggf. deutlich zu laut

With elevator, much easier for us as we have big luggage Many restaurants nearby 24 hour reception gives us a higher sense of security as the street nearby didn’t feel very safe after dark The room wasn’t very clean, there was food crumbs on the chair in the room when we checked in, we just left it there and went out the next day, but even after room cleaning service the next day, the staff still didn’t clean the crumbs, a bit disappointing.

• Christian (7/5): Gutes Hotel, für unsere Zwecke geeignet . - Wir hatten kein Frühstück , was ich gesehen habe war ein kleines übersichtliches Buffet ohne Schnickschnack . Das ganze Haus und die Zimmer sind ordentlich und sauber. Unser Zimmer ging in den Innenhof . Lage ist sehr gut und die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel . Gut fand ich den leeren kleinen Kühlschrank Es war trotz Innenhoflage, bei offenem Fenster sehr laut durch die Tram , die direkt vor dem Haus vorbeirattert, das alles vibriert. Ich hatte mich nach der 1.Nacht schon dran gewöhnt.

• Randy (6/5): Fijne locatie alleen de trams zijn niet zo fijn - De locatie is leuk en centraal gelegen wat zeker een pluspunt is Helaas zat ik aan de voorzijde van het gebouw, waar de tram langsrijdt. Dit was goed hoorbaar en bij sommige trams trilde het gebouw zelfs. Daarnaast rijden de trams tot laat in de nacht door, wat het minder geschikt maakt als je op zoek bent naar rust.

• Jörgen (8/5): I have returned here several times. - Quiet area with very good communications. U-bahn a few minutes walk away and tram right next door. Shops and restaurants all around. Central station and city center within walking distance (or take the tram). Modern elevator and everything clean. Noise from the tram can be heard, but it didn't bother me (this is in the middle of the city). Breakfast good. Very affordable.

• Macchi (9/5): Hotel muy acogedor - Es un hotel nuevo, bien ubicado, a una cuadra del subte y tres de la estación central de trenes. También hay varias paradas de tranvía en frente por lo cual es fácil trasladarse a casi cualquier punto. La zona es muy tranquila y segura, y está cercana a la zona de mueseos llena de plazas y espacios verdes. Hay opciones para comer cerca y un supermercado muy completo a la vuelta. La habitación era cómoda, tranquila y luminosa; destaco la limpieza. El personal de recepción era muy amable con los requerimientos, y también me ofrecieron ayuda con paquetes. El desayuno es simple pero completo, hay opciones de todo tipo, y todo muy sabroso y fresco. Podría haber dispenser de agua, esto mejoraría la estadía, y pava electrica en la habitación. El personal del desayuno no tuvo un buen trato con nosotras, pero no quisiera que esto opaque el servicio general que realmente fue bueno. Volvería!
