Many eateries and Luckin coffee and 7-11 is next to the hotel. Staffs are friendly and provided great services Lights in the room is not bright in the bathroom vanity area. Coffee is not good. Breakfast is identical daily with limited selection. Food is not warm, especially the warm dishes

• JAGADEESH MARINE EXPORTS (10/5): ITS PERFECT - I’ve been traveling to Qingdao for business and have been staying at this hotel for the past four years. The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast is good, and the metro station right underneath makes it convenient to reach any part of the city. Overall, it’s a perfect place to stay for both business and leisure trips.

На другой стороне перекрестка расположен ОЧЕНЬ большой торговый центр, в нем представлены все основные мировые бренды, можно найти всё что нужно, в том числе магазины игрушек POP Mart и TOP Toys. Матрасы жестковаты но в целом нормально, подушки удобные.

• Paola (5/5): Good location, nice staff - The room was spacious with the listed amenities. Staff were very helpful. The room and bathroom were clean. The location is good - 10 mins walk from May 4th square, and right next to the subway exit. The whole place is shabby and in need of renovation. The apartment was tatty. There was no hot water in the kitchen tap. The shower leaked. The safe did not work. The TV system was very slow. The kitchen area was very dark and the one light there made hardly any impact. I would not have minded any of the problems if I'd paid less, but this apartment cost double what I've paid for other places that were ten times nicer.

My whole family found it difficult to sleep and woke everyday with bad backs. My son was competing in a World Championships and chose to sleep on the sofa instead of the bed.

• Thanh (8/5): A Comfortable Business Visit in Qingdao - The Room is clean and comfortable but we expect to have more glasses, plates, knives, forks, etc. We thought that there will be 2 bedrooms since it is for 4 persons but 2 beds were placed in the living room. It is ok for 3 days but for a longer stay we would need a larger apartment. The location in the middle of downtown Qingdao with view to the Qingdao bay is really nice. At the lobby level, there is a 7'Eleven opened 24/7 which is very convenient, especially when the owner speaks English. The Reception staff do not speak English at all and do not seem to be interested to help the non Chinese speaking guests. They did not bother to use Wechat translation to help us!

Very quiet spacious room. Furnishing is a bit dated but well maintained. Good breakfast spread. A bit hard to find the lobby as it's blended with a commercial and residential space in the same building. Washing machine in our room had lots of problems running (we often had to restart the cycle as it kept stopping). Although our room had a kitchen, there were no cooking utensils.

The location was convenient to shops, malls and train stations. Apart from a large insect appearing, the property was spotless. The staff were very kind and helped me with removing it and switched rooms for me. All problems addressed were tended to immediately and i had a lovely stay overall.

• 아체리 (6/5): 위치는 좋음 - 지하철역에서 가깝고 대형 쇼핑몰이 있어서 좋아요. 찌모루 시장도 택시로 금방이구요. 룸 상태는 괜찮은데 직원들은 친절하지는 않아요. 제일 최악인건 밤새도록 공사를 해서 소음이 너무 심해요. 호텔측에서 건의를 해서 시끄러운 공사는 시간을 조정해야할것같아요. 너무 시끄러워서 잠을 못 잘 정도였어요.
• Verified traveler (8/5): 시내 중심 교통편리 가성비 호텔 추천합니다!!!! - 오사광장 바로 앞에 있어 위치는 정말 좋았습니다. 정문 앞에 지하철 역도 있어 이동하기 편리했고요. 가족여행이라 4인실을 이용했는데 방도 크고 넓어서 정말 편하게 이용했습니다, 난방 너무 잘돼서 잘 때 더울 지경이었습니다. 그런데 방에 있는 퀸사이즈 침대는 푹신했는데 거실에 있는 싱글침대 두 개는 좀 딱딱했어요. 참고하세요~~ 레지던스형이라 전자레인지 컨덕션 다 잘 겆춰져 있어요. 심지어 세탁기도 있습니다. 청소도 깔끔하게 해주시고 수건이나 가운같은 어메니티도 제때 잘 갈아주셔서 이용하는데 불편 없었어요. 조식은 메뉴가 다양하진 않지만 먹을만 했어요~~ 가성비론 정말 좋은 호텔이 아닌가 합니다. 참 건물 안에 편의점 있어서 요긴하게 이용했어요!!!! 아 그런데 이건 호텔측 잘못이라 하긴 뭐하지만 복도에서 항상 담배피우는 사람이 있었어요ㅠㅜ 들어올 때 마다 담배냄새가 났어요ㅠ

• Verified traveler (6/5): Hotel for Long stay - In general the Hotel is fine and located near to the office were I was working for some days. The capability of english speaking by the staff was limited, the hotel room was big and comfortable and has included a small kitchen and washing machine
• Jaian (8/5): コンドミニアムタイプのホテル - コンドミニアムタイプのホテルですので、キッチンやソファーなどかなり広いです！！洗濯機もついていて長期滞在用ですね！ 日本人としては、バスタブが欲しかったですけどね。。。 近くに、イオン系のMAX Valueもあるし、オリンピックのヨット会場も近くて、かなりいいですね！！
• Hannu W. (6/5): Hyvä sijainti - Vietimme reilun viikon Qingdaossa ja tämä hotelli oli hyvä tukikohta ympäristön tutustumiseen. Merenranta lähistöllä ja rannan suomat ulkoilumahdollisuudet olivat loistavat.
• SEUNGWON (8/5): 만족 - 직원들도 친절하고 영어도 능숙하게 해줘서 좋았습니다. 다만 객실 내부는 조금 더 청소를 잘 해주었으면 합니다.
• NaNa (6/5): 아쉬워요 - 전체적으로 만족이었지만 와이파이가 너무 심하게 안되서 매우 불편했습니다
• Mrs Wong (8/5): - Have stayed at this hotel many times. Good location, big spacious rooms, free parking, free wifi and fast service. But the rooms are looking tired this stay so maybe it's about time to refurbish. Overall a comfortable stay.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good value - An up to date hotel with good value compared to its immediate neighbors. My room was in good condition but had a few cracked floor tiles. The bathroom did not appear to be fully clean on check in, but it was cleaned well every day on my week stay there. The breakfast included in the rate was excellent.
