- YAN SHAN (10/5): - Big room with comfortable bed. Room comes with washing machine and microwave. Staff are extremely helpful and polite. Can't ask for more from the room and the staff. The hotel is connected to OneLink mall and a metro station. The metro station is on line 3 and you need change to line 1 at the next station to get to most of attractions. Around the hotel has plenty of eatery and convenience shops. Hence, I would suggest not to get breakfast from the hotel, it's not the best ans guangzhou is famous for local breakfast.

- Narantsetseg (10/5): Great stay - I highly recommend to anyone to stay at Fraser Suites Guangzhou. Metro right at the door and many great shopping malls are around walking distance. Also many great restaurants nearby. They are connected to a shopping mall. All the staff are very frindly and willimg to help anyway they can. They have retreat room which has very nice massage chair you can use 24/7. Golf simulator was also nice to spend some time. Overall, it was a great stay.

Connect to a shopping center with restaurants (lot nearby) and subway. Got there very early, room was not available but could access a shower at sauna! Breakfast was good with many choices. Was on 25th floor so amazing view snd very quiet! Location is amazing, close to so many shopping malls, restaurants (from nice restaurants to fast food) and convenience store…30 mins subway to beijing road, 40mins to canton fair complex. 1:20hrs to airport ! staff very fiendly and usefull and always someone who can speak english. Will be back for sure ! Highly recommend !!!!

Shopping and dining are very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful too. The apartment itself is a little bit tired (the wood floor has scratches and dents everywhere), But other than that, we have no complaints. Everything is all perfect. We definitely will stay here on future trips to Guangzhou. so much

Apart from that smell issue, the apartment is very well-located and well-equipped.

Concierge helped me to mall lift with my case as had a shoulder injury.
- Candice Marjorie (10/5): Reliable Favourite with Excellent Service - This hotel is a reliable favourite, for both business travel and family holidays. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The location is excellent - step out of the hotel, go in any direction, and big shopping malls, restaurants, and small shops abound. The subway is a 2-minute walk, and the train station in a quick 10-minute cab ride. The staff are extremely helpful as well, and go out of their way to assist you - anything from hailing a cab, buying train tickets, to sending out packages for delivery.

- ANDREW (8/5): Cold Guangzhou... - Very conveniently located right above a Metro station next to many shopping malls and eateries. Room's great, good comfortable bed. Breakfast was good.

- Sherry (10/5): - Hotel overall is good, however it’s a little far from high speed train station and not much good restaurants nearby within walking distance. Pillows were a little soft but the king size bed was comfortable. Got slight flooding in bath room after bathe so will caused slippery floor. Check in and check out process was stressful, very slow, long waiting time and room still not ready when I arrived at 7 pm at night, demerit point on this.
- Dominic (8/5): - We came to Guangzhou for the Marathon. Arrived at 3:00PM but could only get the room at 4:00PM. The receptionist let us have a late check-out up to 2:00PM the next day. Moreover, hotel also gave us a basket of fruit. The services were very great. Certainly, we shall come back next year.
- Yan Ling (10/5): Great hotel - Location is superb, just above train station and a shopping mall next to it. Nearby also few shopping malls within walking distance. Stay for 6 nights in 2 bedroom apartment,the apartment is well furnished with appliances and utensils. The hotel concierge is helpful to arrange for the transport. Will stay again next time.

Gym needs to be revamp. would be great to have a spa with massage in the hotel specially after travelling long hours with major jet lag. We tried to order a car to go to the airport (since we had too many bags of samples) twice with the concierge and both time nothing was done ;O(((
