Liliana (10/5): Buena - Las instalaciones y la ubicacion del hotel todo muy centrico y cerca de todo, el personal y el dueño muy amables. La espera de poder ingresar a la habitacion, ya que recien se puede registrar al medio dia, y nosotros que llegamos de otra ciudad y llegamos temprano cerca de las 8 am, tenemos que esperar hasta esa hora y poder ingresar.

Christine (10/5): Sehr gut geeignet als Ausgangspunkt für die Dschungeltouren zum Amazonas - Ein nettes, unkompliziertes Hotel mit freundlichen Personal. Die Lage ist optimal mitten in der Stadt, der Pool sehr schön groß. Wir hatten eine 3 tägige Dschungeltour gebucht und übernachteten dort davor und danach. Das Gepäck durften wir solange dort lassen. Vielen Dank!!

La piscina pequeña pero agradable, cerca al aeropuerto en taxi (unos $ 20.000 pesos colombianos) los toures que ofrecen cumplieron con lo ofrecido. El secador de la habitación no funcionó pero nos facilitaron uno adicional. No había internet - WIFI en las habitaciones, y en las zonas comunes tienes que pedir un código en la recepción para activar por cierto tiempo. No había señal de datos de TIGO ni en las zonas comunes ni en la habitación.

gillian (8/5): The lovely Anaconda - We loved The Anaconda. Although it's scruffy it has lovely friendly staff and a big pool. It felt comfortable and safe and in spite it being in the middle of town it was quiet. Nothing, I knew it was scruffy so was prepared, and the price was good. There was no hot water but it was so hot outside that was fine and the air con was perfect.

Carlos (5/5): No volvería - Contratamos el tour a Puerto Nariño con el hotel y nos fue muy bien No tiene ascensor, no tiene wifi pero las antenas de todos los operadores están a menos de 300 m del hotel , 7 de cada 10 empleados con mala actitud, el desayuno es muy básico, no hay nevera en las habitaciones pero si pagas adicional te ponen, falta bastante mantenimiento a las instalaciones. Revisando todos los comentarios: la administradora responde que va a tomar nota, pero se ve que no toma acciones porque los huéspedes vienen diciendo esto desde hace más de un año

Martin (9/5): Zentrales, gutes Hotel - Hotel hat ein Restaurant, Kaffe gabs immer gratis zur Verfügung. Gute Lage! In der ersten Nacht hatte ich ein Zimmer auf der Strassenseite. Nachts hat es wenig Verkehr aber früh morgens und Abends sehr laut, mir wurde aber ohne Aufpreis ein grösseres Zimmer gegeben, in Richtung Innenhof zum Pool. Das war super! Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Pool ist schön zum verweilen. Es ist sauber und gut geführt. Frühstück etwas einfach aber das ist wohl Standard in Kolumbien. Für Leticia eine gute Unterkunft.
