It’s conveniently located near NAIA and SM MOA, and the MRT and LRT stations are just a short walk from the hotel. The staff are very friendly, especially the reliable and welcoming concierge, Jorge Monteman.
- NELSON (2/5): - Someone is banging from afar like doing some work as early as 8AM. Aircon is not that cold, bed are all creaking and hard mattress. Mosquito flying around and toilet smell is so bad. Not to mention towel looks like a recycled one they are all super off white and smell bad. And they charge for extra pillow. Will not recommend this hotel.

- Leonard (6/5): - I stayed at this hotel for a week, and I can honestly say I experienced many of the same pros and cons mentioned in other reviews. I originally booked my stay to begin on the day my flight arrived, I was to land in Manila at 2:30 AM. I reached out to the hotel to request an early check-in, but they informed me that I'd need to book an additional night to check in that early so I did. No big deal. Check-in itself went smoothly, but things went downhill when I saw my room. I was placed on the 3rd floor, which required a long walk through a maze of rooms and a dingy laundry area that looked like a dungeon. The room itself was disappointing: the shower showed signs of mold, the safe was broken, the air conditioning unit was old and dirty, and the TV was outdated with no app access and a fuzzy picture. I'm not usually one to complain, but I couldn't imagine staying in that room for a week. I requested an upgrade, and to their credit, the staff handled it well. Someone escorted me to a room on the 12th floor to check it out first. The difference was night and day: modern shower, newer TV, clean refrigerator, and a generally fresher feel. They charged an extra $20 USD per night for the upgrade, and it was absolutely worth it. I booked my original room through Expedia, and based on what I've read in travel forums, that might explain the lower-quality room. If I had stayed in the original room, this would've been a one-star review. ….

We were given a newly renovated room the first time so that was a better experience, the second time was average and then the third time was worse. The room on the 6th floor is in dire need of renovation, especially the bathroom. It was kind of late in the evening and we will only stay there for one night to catch a further transportation in the morning, otherwise we would have not stayed there. I will be embarrass to refer this to my families and friends from abroad. The dining facility, the lobby and the staff - I will rate them 4 stars out of 5.
