- PRISCILA ESTEFANIA (1/5): Pior trato que eu recebi em toda minha vida - A acomodação é ótima, porém, sobre quem está na frente da direção ou gerência do hotel, nunca me senti tão decepcionada com a falta de empatia e acolhimento. Falta de empatia e acolhimento diante de um equívoco simples Comentário: Estivemos na Estalagem de Gramado em 2022 e voltamos a escolhê-la por termos vivido uma excelente experiência anteriormente. Infelizmente, dessa vez saímos muito decepcionados. Cometi um equívoco nas datas da reserva, ao invés de 23 a 26 de dezembro, selecionei por engano 23 a 26 de outubro. Assim que percebi, entrei em contato imediatamente pedindo a gentileza de ajustar as datas, mesmo me responsabilizando por qualquer diferença tarifária. No entanto, não houve qualquer tentativa de acolhimento ou empatia por parte da administração. Fui informada de que, por causa da política da tarifa, não haveria possibilidade de troca e que o valor seria integralmente perdido. Posteriormente, ofereceram um “crédito” que só poderia ser usado em um período e valor completamente incompatíveis, e ainda assim exigindo uma estadia mínima de quatro noites. Alegaram que o hotel havia perdido a oportunidade de vender o quarto, mas constatei que havia disponibilidade na mesma categoria,o que tornou a justificativa incoerente. Ficamos muito tristes com a postura da direção, que poderia facilmente ter nos auxiliado com um simples ajuste de datas. - Marinês (10/5): MARAVILHOSA!! - Amabilidade de toda a equipe, tudo muito limpo, aconchegante e de excelente bom gosto! O pessoal da cozinha e restaurante, principalmente a Lu e o Lu que nos atenderam no período que ficamos hospedado ganharam nossa admiração pela proatividade em atendimento e excelência em execução. Fizemos todas as refeições no hotel, desde o café da manhã até o jantar tudo muito gostoso (os doces surreais, valeram cada caloria rsrsrs), decoração dos salões de refeições, descanso e áreas comuns aos hóspedes cada cantinho um cenário instamagravel! Nada a comentar pq adoramos tudo.

Um encanto os detalhes dos cortes, das tortinhas, frutas e tudo de mais delicado que vc possa imaginar. O hotel tem uma decoração aconchegante, elegante e um cheiro inesquecível. Comprei o mesmo óleo aromatizante de ambiente para trazer uma lembrança junto com a gente. Ter que vir embora. Ficamos 6 dias e ficaríamos mais 6 tranquilamente. A equipe toda do hotel super solícita, gentil e educados e disponíveis em todos os horários.

O Hotel, em si, é excelente, tanto nos compartimentos privados como públicos. O atendimento é excepcional. O quarto, amplo, é muito bonito. Há um café-cortesia no meio da tarde, muito bom.
