KATLIJNE (8/5): - ALLES WAS PRIMA IN ORDE; UITZONDERLIJK MOOI OUD PAND _1928_ART NOUVEAU SCHITTERENDE LOCATIE TEMIDDEN VAN GROEN EN DICHT BIJ HET CENTRUM GEBRUIK VAN PARKING IS BIJZONDER PRAKTISCH EN IS BOVENDIEN GOEDKOOP Jammer dat de inrichting minder mooi is dan het huis op zich waarvan ook het interieur heel goed is bewaard. Jammer ook van een onprettige ervaring met baggage die ik 's morgens afleverde met de boodschap dat ik laat op de avond zou terugkomen. Er werd uitgelegd hoe het cijferslot werkte en afgesproken dat de sleutel van de kamer zou klaarliggen omdat er niemand meer aan de receptie zou zijn. Bij aankomst rond 23.00u lag de sleutel effectief klaar en verwachtte ik dat mijn trolley in mijn kamer op me zou wachten. Dat was dus niet het geval. Ik heb tien minuten gewacht en rondgekeken maar kon nergens mijn koffer vinden. Gelukkig merkte ik dat er een telefoon stond aan de balie en een contactnummer waar men mij meteen kon meedelen waar ik mijn koffer kon ophalen. Het was niettemin erg onaangenaam omdat ik mijn koffer met daarin mijn laptop dringend nodig had en lang niet zeker was dat het me zou lukken om die te vinden. Ik neem aan dat dit een eenmalig gebeuren is. Deze opmerking moet zeker NIET worden gepubliceerd maar is bestemd voor de huiselijke afspraken.

Jana (9/5): - Ruime kamers, fijne ontbijtruimte, goed bed, propere sauna ruimtes Jammer dat de wellness niet inbegrepen is in de prijs voor gasten en je een surplus moet betalen om van de faciliteit gebruik te mogen maken. Kamer has wat last van straat lawaai We wouden graag van de sauna genieten bij onze incheck, die al wat later was dan origineel gepland, er is weinig flexibiliteit om in de avond nog van een de sauna te genieten en ook eten in de buurt bij late toekost is niet mogelijk, iets meenemen van onderweg met de vraag om het later in de microgolf op te warmen was ook moeillijk.

Literie confortable, et vue agréable sur les arbres du jardin. Dans une ancienne villa art déco typique. Petit déjeûner exceptionnel. Possibilité de se garer sans problème sur le petit parking comportant des bornes de recharge électrique. Aucune idée !

The property itself is stunning, full of charm and character, and located in an incredibly picturesque neighborhood that made the whole experience even more special. Everything was excellent from start to finish, and the staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive. We truly felt taken care of and would happily stay here again.

Almuth (8/5): Empfehlenswert - Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Parkplatz am Haus, das war prima. Mit der Tram kann man sich gut in der Stadt bewegen; direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Tramhaltestelle mit dichtem Takt. Kühle Räume, für uns zu kühl im April.

Huib2008 (6/5): Redelijk hotel, wat gedateerd. - Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, parkeergelegenheid bij het hotel, uitgebreid ontbijt (wel prijzig 19,50 pp). Grote kamer en comfortabel bed. Hygiene viel wat tegen, het hotel is vrij oud en dat zie terug bijvoorbeeld in de badkamer, openbare wc met schimmelvlekken en voegen die viezig zijn. Ook de kamer zelf kan beter gepoetst worden. We hadden een grote ruime familiekamer, maar onder de keuken en in de hoekjes was het niet schoon. De geur Het ontbijt werd niet goed bijgevuld en we moesten steeds vragen om iets. Prijs van het onbijt vonden we te duur met 19,50. Het ontbijt is verder wel lekker en uitgebreid.

kannita (8/5): Nice hotel in Ghent - Nice hotel in a quiet corner of the city. The room was spacious and comfy in general. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. There are public transportation nearby so we could get to the city in a short time. We were also able to enjoyed the pool with the kids...luckily. The staff made a mistake and put us in a room on the 1st floor with wooden flooring. The guest underneath our room complained to the staff about the noise from our kids running in the room... after that we had to keep telling our kids to not walking too fast every 5 minutes... which was a bit annoying... because they are just KIDS... and the hotel supposed to be "family-friendly"....also there are also rules and time slot you can use the pool, but it's not guarantee that you get to use the pool unless you pay extra fee and book the whole pool for yourself, so sometime we wanted to use the pool but not sure how long we could enjoy it until suddenly some guests decide to book it and kick us out...

Anne-Sophie (8/5): Très belle découverte/ hôtel confortable et personnel gentil - Le personnel était très gentil, la chambre fort spacieuse. Le fait que des jardiniers travaillent face à l hôtel avant 08h du matin. Et l espace spa m a un peu déçue. Le sauna était ok mais le hammam ne chauffait pas assez à mon goût, pas bcp de vapeur et il manquait une bonne odeur… on a payé 70eur pour un accès à deux d une heure mais ça ne les valait pas. J ai trouvé le petit déjeuner un peu cher aussi pour ce qui était proposé.

Marie (7/5): - Hôtel dans un quartier calme et résidentiel agréable. Salle de bain spacieuse. L’histoire de hôtel est intéressante. Personnel agréable. Mauvaise surprise : le sauna et le hammam sont payants ok doit rajouter environ 35 euros PAR PERSONNE pour les utiliser car ils n’était même pas chauffés. Sur leur site il était mentionné que l’accès au spa en matinée est inclus et cela devrait concerner aussi les installations en place. Par ailleurs la propreté de l’ensemble du SPA laissait à désirer. Le hammam sentait l’humidité. Il y a quelque chose à revoir dans l’offre et la façon dont le spa est accessible.

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten (gratis) unmittelbar am Haus. Der Sauna- und Schwimmbadbereich ist klein und lädt nicht zu langen Wellnessaufenthalten ein. Aber das tut der tollen Atmosphäre in der Villa keinen Abbruch!

Minja (9/5): Lep hotel u kome se osecate nekako domace. - Lep hotel sa konfornim i veoma cistim sobama. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno i spremno da vam pomogne u svakom izazovu. Lokacija je dobra i lako se javnim prevozom stize do centralnih gradskih atrakcija. Arhitektura samog objekta je jako lepa i topla, sto daje dodatnu draz boravku ovde. Grejanje je malo cudno u objektu, nocu ga pale, pa tokom spavanja moze biti previs vruce za osobe hoje vola da spavaju u hladnijim prostorijama, dok danju ga gase, pa tokom dana moze biti hladnije u sobi, ukoliko boravite u istoj duze :-)

francois (10/5): Un agréable séjour au calme dans un bel hôtel. - Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention. Très belle endroit. Délicieux petit déjeuner. Joli quartier, pas si loin du centre historique, rapide en tram, moins de 30 mn à pied. Voiture stationnée dans le parking de l’hôtel pour une somme très modique. Vraiment très bien !

Margaux (10/5): Super séjour à l’hôtel Orion ! - Nous avons été très bien accueillies à l’hôtel Orion par une très sympathique jeune femme (qui parle français, c’était un vrai plus pour nous) qui a été très flexible par rapport à nos horaires et qui nous a donné plein de conseils pour la visite de la ville. La chambre est très spacieuse, la literie est très confortable (l’écoulement de la baignoire est très bruyant, ça ne nous a pas dérangé mais c’est à signaler). Le petit déjeuner est très bon et très complet. Le spa (piscine, hammam et sauna) est très agréable. L’hôtel est au pied du tram pour se rendre au centre de Gand. Merci encore pour votre accueil, nous recommandons à 100% cet hôtel !

Beschuyt (9/5): Uitgerust opstaan, leuk ontbijt in een comfortabele accomodatie met de architectuur als pluspunt - Het gebouw uit 1929 is mooi gerestaureerd en functioneel ingericht volgens moderne technieken. De speciale architectuur aan de buitenzijde nodigt onmiddellijk uit om ook het interieur te aanschouwen. Reeds in de inkomhal wordt je dus blij verrast! Het onthaal verliep vlot en vriendelijk. De kamer was ruim met de nodige voorzieningen (apart toilet is een pluspunt, toffe regendouche). Het ontbijt was rijkelijk en smaakvol en wordt gepresenteerd in een leuk kader door vriendelijk personeel. Er schortte iets aan de verwarming...combinatie van radiatoren en airco brachten geen oplossing voor het "koude" gevoel zowel in de slaapkamer maar vooral in de badkamer.
