Some signs of wear and tear and the towels in the drawers were musty smelling as not been changed for sometime. Breakfast was nice but the coffee machine seemed hit and miss. The spa did not have the booking I made and the pool was closed on the Sunday which was not great for business visitors who want to relax on their weekend. Overall OK but not wowed.

Hotel staff is very professional and friendly still they always protect your privacy. Safety is high. No fear of losing possessions. You can leave any thing on your bed or table. You can expect a standard cleaning and service in the room (my special thanks go to Prem who made my room tidy and well prepared every day)

There is a kids play area(although small) , magician, live music etc on Sunday. Excellent for a family visit. I usually go there with my 4 year old and he loves this place. Tanisha made sure that we have a great experience in our most recent visit. She checked in on us multiple times, always with a smile, suggested some good drinks for us to try.

Non mi piace il profumo degli asciugamani bisogna cambiare il sapone della lavatrice. Non mi piace che usino la pasta precotta, non mi piacciono le dimensioni dei croissant e il sapore di stantio. Non hanno ancora imparato come si serve un The all Hilton. non mi piace che non ci sia una macchina per fare spremute di arancia 🍊 espressa. Fondamentale.

A special shoutout to Merrin and Siddharth, who went above and beyond every single day. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made a huge difference. Boy, we were in for a terrific surprise. We had booked a suite and it was a very luxurious one. The staff made us feel very special. We made a repeat booking a few days later and that speaks volumes of this hotel. Exceptional front desk team. The valet service for car parking is awesome. The entire hotel staff definitely deserves a 10/10 rating. Will comeback again.

The Hotel staff was extremely caring, professional and Hospitable. Special mention to Mayank from ( F&B) Deepanshi & her sister at the Desk. And couldn’t recall the name of the DM she was the sweetest. Also the HK personnel from Orrisa who made my room was very kind and humble :) Thank you for making a difference and showing why Hilton Hospitality is different than the other brands!❤️
- PKPinut (6/5): Maybe after they renovate it’ll be worth staying? - Old and stained rooms. Headboard, rugs, sofa all had stains. Rooms are old and had that old grime in the corners. The room’s washing machine made my clothes smell and there was no dryer. When I inquired I was told that after I washed my clothes they’d bring me a portable dryer. Later I discovered the portable dryer was a clothes rack! After 24 hours my clothes weren’t dry. They were kind enough to dry my clothes for me but if I didn’t complain, I would have had to pack damp clothes for the rest of our trip. The items that still smelled after they were dried had to be laundered elsewhere. I found it misleading and inconvenient to have been lured into booking a room with a washer but no dryer. Food at the restaurant was like all food in India, too spicy to eat and pretty much ALL carbs. The staff was wonderful but I will never stay here again.
