- FirstClass2A (10/5): Quick Family getaway in Krakow - What a fantastic Aparthotel right in the middle of the main square in Krakow. we stayed 4 nights here which is central to everything you will want to explore in the area. the rooms all with fully equipped kitchen were a great help and bathrooms were of a great size with powerful showers. Set behind the main square close to all the restaurants and bars it was very quiet and clean if you want a great place to stay when visiting Krakow this is the place to go 5 Stars..

- andywhalley (10/5): Fantastic Location for a lovely Hotel - We would really recommend this lovely ApartHotel. The location on the edge of the Old Square is ideal for the square itself, and for exploring the wider vicinity. It was spotlessly clean and the facilities were as advertised. We had a small quible with our room, as my partner found the bed a little too soft. However, this was no problem at all for the lovely team of staff. At first it was suggested that they would switch the mattress, but in the end they switched our room. We had a really nice break in Krakow, and the Venetian House certainly helped us enjoy our time in this lovely city.

Our room had a lovely view of the square. All facilities excellent. Management and staff really looked after us when we had a small issue with our first room. One of the best places we have stayed. Air Con was great, staff fantastic, lift in building very helpful, would highly recommend. - Cruiser41594949807 (10/5): Perfect City Stay - We narrowed down our hotel to this one after looking at loads of reviews and wanting to be central. We were absolutely delighted with the choice because the hotel was on the main square and within walking distance to so many bars, restaurants and cafes. There is a taxi rank behind the hotel where you will get dropped off and picked up by Uber. Every staff member we came into contact with was so welcoming and pleasant. The room was a one bedroom apartment and fit 3 of us perfectly with good room. There was plenty of room for storage and in the kitchen for any snacks and food. I would not say this a negative but the only two things were the room was quite warm (in November) and the bed was quite firm but don't let this put you off as I would still recommend and stay again myself.

The room, or should I say rooms were of a beautiful standard. So very, very clean and everything was spotless, it looked like it had never been lived in! There was a kitchen, living area, a beautiful bathroom and a couple of stairs up to a lovely comfy bed. The kitchen was so well equipped if you wanted to prepare yourself a meal,snack,drinks. but why would you when everything is on the doorstep. If you were travelling with a family there was a fridge, hob, microwave, kettle, pans, plates etc etc for your use. There is an abundance of lovely restaurants and bars on the doorstep, We were on the top floor and the hotel was very quiet, there is a lift. I am certainly going to book again and would certainly recommend you book.

Basic cooking facilities should you need them, a fridge with provided bottles of water. Various tea and coffee with milk sachets also provided. Good bathroom with shower and provided shower gel. Clean towels provided 3 times during our 5 night stay. Very comfy bed, in room safe and good hanging space etc for clothes. A bit of noise can be heard but not enough to disturb sleep. Loads of restaurants and bars around, would stay here again.

I was so impressed by the location of the hotel, right in the middle of the heart of Krakow, and the apartments were amazing! So cosy, clean and convenient- they also provide a remote to use YouTube and Netflix which is great way to unwind for the day after long days of exploring and walking. I asked the hotel months before, to provide a birthday room decoration for my partner and they did not disappoint!!!! It’s a service that you pay for, but wow they did amazingly!!! I emailed them the day of, and they ensured everything was set up for when we arrived from our excursion. They even wrote a card on behalf of myself so that the decorations were extra special. The team there are so accommodating and welcoming, everyday as we walked down the stairs to start our day they greeted us with lovely smiles, and the rooms were so modern and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting krakow for the first time!! You will not be disappointed!!! Big big thankyou for making our trip so special!

I can only say the places we booked was amazing a two bedroom room the check in was easy they give a code for door and the lift is just beside the room was very big, lots of space, very clean it was cold outside but the room was always warm we were on the old town squarefaceing out the back we could not hear a noise housekeeping called avery day if we needed anything i would hightly recommend this hotel and cant wait to come back

- MrsFin (8/5): Nice, great location, but room for improvement - We had a one bedroom suite (49) which was lovely and quiet. It faced the courtyard which was good for noise but also meant we were overlooked so needed to keep the curtains closed for privacy. The bedroom and kitchen are huge and it was nice to have so much space. Decor was simple and stylish and it was very clean. It is in a pedestrian area on the main square which is a fantastic location but you do have to walk a couple of minutes to your taxi so this is worth bearing in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Areas for improvement? The bathroom was very small with hardly any space for your toiletries except for one tiny shelf. More shelving is needed. The towels are quite small and thin, and the toilet paper is a bit cheap and rough! The only complimentary toiletries is a single bottle of all purpose body wash/shampoo and a small hand soap bar. And apartments aren’t serviced. I can’t fault the location and size, but there’s room for improvement in the bathroom and I would have liked the room to be serviced while we were there.

Location perfect step outside right into Market square with all shops , bars and restaurants to hand. Staff very friendly and helpful could not fault. Will definitely return.

Although you are right in the busy centre you hear absolutely no noise. Comfortable bed and tv with all channels. Perfect stay for a comfortable city break

- Arno (8/5): Echt een super locatie in een geweldige stad !! - Het lag op een geweldige plek, mooi ruim appartement Ik vond het best wel rumoerig, de muren en bovenverdieping hoorde je wel goed de mensen praten en lopen, maar tot een bepaalde tijd en toen was het rustig .

Having just returned we can't recommend this hotel enough. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite that has been recently refurbished and WOW..the room was beautiful...modern, tastefully decorated and immaculate...100% recommended to anyone looking for a fabulous hotel right on the main square..
