- Khrystyna (9/5): - Планування номерів, персонал на рецепції, СПА, ресторан та обслуговування в ресторані. Перша комунікація з персоналом була не дуже приємна. Чоловік, що зустрічає при вході і допомагає з паркуванням некоректно комунікував. На питання де нам припаркуватись він скерував нас просто на вулиці перед готелем. Ми перепитали чи точно нам там лишати машину і уточнили чи є паркінг на території готелю на що він відповів "Чим вам не територія готелю?". Коли ми уточнили що ми з проживанням, то в відповідь почули куди нам все ж проїхати. На мою думку, комунікація персоналу такого рівня готелю має бути більш приємною. Також була ситуація в СПА, коли нам сказали, що спа зайняте гостями готелю. Коли ми уточнили, що ми теж гості то тільки тоді запропонували варіант як нам все ж відпочити, бо всі шезлонги були зайняті.

Телевізор дуже старий, неможна нічого подивитись. Ніяких українських каналів та смарт ТВ. Це в той час , коли їхні сусіди пропонують нетфлікс та інше. Багато правил - коктейлі в номер неможна, міні бар під замком - а там 2 кока-коли та спрайту стояло. Свої продукти в холодильник не поставиш. Дуже холодно та дуже гучний кондиціонер.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice stay - Our stay at the executive club floor was really nice and staff there is incredible as the room and the lounge itself. However, the main entrance staff are not really helpful and prefer to chat togather than to assist you.
