Buffet Breakfast is Good. Room Size is Good Size And The Comfortable Facilities Available. Location Might Not Work With Mainland Mumbai. But, Sure It is Very Good Locality And To Reach The Navi Mumbai Airport Very Nicely.

They have put the body lotion dispenser in the wash basin area and the hand wash dispenser in the bathing area the bathing cubicle did not have a hand rail for elderly people to hold, the chance of someone slipping and falling is very high

Despite the premium pricing, basic service standards were lacking. The staff did not take customers seriously, especially in the restaurant. Service was extremely slow, and the waiting time was unacceptable. Because of this delay, I missed an important store launch meeting, which caused significant inconvenience. At the live counter, the food that was ordered was not provided to everyone as requested. This was very disappointing, and it felt as though we were not treated equally or fairly compared to other guests. Overall, the hotel needs major improvement in customer service, restaurant management, and service efficiency. This experience did not meet the expectations set by the pricing and brand image. Thank you.

I do all my business and personal trips reservations at this hotel and its always amazing. The hospitality is top notch and the staf are very friendly especially my bike fanatic buddy Kaveih Trivedi. The rooms are always clean and room service is amazing. The location of the hotel is easily accessible to the highway but the sound proofing of the rooms are pristine that you can actually enjoy the city view and not be disturbed by the noise. The spot is also easily accessible. The gym and swimming pool are very well maintained and the spa, I am a member and always find it refreshing. In general, the overall homely experiance that the facilities and the staff of Park Inn provide us is worth every penny that we pay.

The chap who greets you is very polite and helpful, was such a nice gesture when he offered to get me a coffee. Myself and my husband both had massages which were relaxing and therapist very good. Nice little gym great equipment . Breakfast very good. Would stay again if ever back in Mumbai
