I had the pleasure of meeting the Chef during breakfast—the spread was impressive, and special credit goes to Corporate Chef Naved and his team for such a wonderful experience. A special mention to the entire hotel team for their warm hospitality. I would also like to appreciate the female security staff at the entrance—greet you with a smile, efficiently manage security checks, and ensure you are escorted to the elevator, which adds a very thoughtful touch. The room rates are quite reasonable considering the excellent service and facilities provided. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying here again!

At breakfast I noticed thier staff perticularly Supriya and Aniket goes out of way and help customers like me for thier perticular need (me being diabetic) and always ready to serve with smile. They are epitome of hospitality and responsibility.

- PratapV19 (8/5): Nice hotel but the shower drain needs cleaning and lights switch labelled or relocated. - Nice hotel close to Goregaon area of Mumbai and close to a huge mall. Found it conveniently located to commute by train. We got upgraded to deluxe room on request as it was not too busy. The shower was a big disappointment as the water did not drain fast and found myself showering in puddle of water. Breakfast option was good with good choice from cereal to hot cooked food. The windows need a clean from the outside, although this is common problem with maintenance in every hotel. Found turning lights off in the night a challenge as the switch is literally hidden and located under the headboard which is also covered by the mattress. Found that any sudden movement will turn on/off the lights, very bad design. Had to call the receptionist to be told where they were located. A simple sticker pointing to the switch would have helped.

Atmosphere and vibe was great.location is very convenient, closed to almost everything you need in daily life. Front desk staff are professional and made check in and check out process so easy and fast. Morning breakfast was excellent in selections and tasty. Staff in the breakfast room, specially Supriya, Jayesh, Bhagyesh and Jay were very friendly with the guests and service was quick. - Navani (9/5): i stay was very comfortable the place was clean and the staff were very helpful happy and smiling. - Breakfast was a bit average , need a better quality of coffee and the way it is prepared should have filter coffee on the menu .Room service was excellent the house keeping team was great always had a smile on the face and nothing was too difficult for them . The quality and taste of food was amazing . So in all i enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend and revisit on my next visit to Mumbai. each room to have a hair dryer an iron and an ironing board , shouldn't need to ask for it always , and should not disappear from the room during the course of the stay , however it was always brought to the room when asked for it.
