• Marijan (8/5): Ein gutes Hotel für kurze Aufenthalte. - Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend (z.B. bei der Lagerung des Gepäcks bis zur finalen Abfahrt.). Das Hotel ist in der Nähe des Mahanaton-Tower den man nicht verpassen sollte. Daher besonders geeignet wenn man günstig für eine Nacht unterkommen möchte. Die Dusche und Toilette waren sehr eng und selbst für durchschnittliche Menschen nicht leicht zu betreten oder rauszukommen. Teilweise sind Handtücher etc. so hoch gelagert dass Menschen unter 1,70m schwierigkeiten bekommen ohne Hilfe dran zu kommen. Klimaanlage bläßt direkt auf das Bett, was das Schlafen sehr behindert.

• John Graham (8/5): Good value for the price. - Bed very comfortable and the room and bathroom very clean. TV was not working even asking for the signal to be rectified. Breakfast is not available as there is no cafe.

• elena (9/5): Perfecto - La habitación era muy amplia y estaba limpia. El personal era muy amable. Disponen de servicio de lavandería gratuito, incluso nos ayudaron con la colada. En ocasiones se oía ruido en los pasillos, aunque esto se debía a la falta de respeto por el horario nocturno de algunos huéspedes, no a una deficiencia del hotel.

• ABE (6/5): - The pictures show everything as new and this is not the case. Do not be fooled by the pictures. The property is located down an alleyway which feels unsafe and dark at night. You will be harassed by the massage girls each time you pass. The rooms are outdated and the bathroom shower has mold. The air conditioner is not strong and it is limited to how far you can lower it, so the room will never feel cold and since you only get one key, when you leave the room, it will get very hot and when you return it will be very hot and never really cool down. The shower never had hot water. All my showers were cold. The Wifi works for a while and then does not work. The BTS train station is not nearby, about a 10 to 15 minute walk. The staff at the front desk are fine and helpful. The front desk staff speaks very limited English and any other staff, such as the cleaning person, speaks no English at all. Overall, it was not worth the value for the amount of money I paid.
• AroundTheGlobeTravel (4/5): No Hot Shower, Poor Air Conditioning - The bathroom is small. You cannot open the door unless you step into the shower. Awkward design. There is no hot water in the shower. If you like cold showers, then this is fine. There is no sink in the bathroom. You must step out of the bathroom to use the sink. The Wifi works most of the time. The room is old and dated. The air conditioner will not cool down the room and it will not go below a certain temperature. If you need a cool room to sleep in, you will not find it here. You paid for what you get and although the price is reasonable, expect poor air conditioning, no hot shower, and you can hear everything in the other rooms, as the noise travels easily. Do not except a good nights sleep because the hotel accepts families and they have children screaming and running around the hallways late at night. At night, there is no receptionist at all, it is an empty desk Also, no phone in the room to call the receptionist. It was a mistake to stay here and I will not return.

Despite making a reservation 15 days in advance for a room with twin beds, upon arrival, I was informed that only a king bed room was available. It required considerable discussion and the mention of a potential complaint to Booking.com before a room with twin beds was allocated to me. To ensure a smoother guest experience, I kindly request that your booking platform only display room options that are accurately available. There is no breakfast included . to make matters worse they dont even hv coffee or tea vending machine in wokring condition. Coming to the room qualiity, it was teh least i expected, the toilet doesnt even hv a washbasin attached to it, and its ongested cramped up, not at all fir for healthy or fatty people. How does teh hotel expect for custoemrs to wash hands when going to loo. To come out with uncleaned hands and then wash hands in teh room. This is absolutely gross. I have lived n experienced scores of hotels but never ever seen such weird arrangement of no wash basin in the washroom. I am never ever staying here.

• shsen2229 (6/5): Sadly, Not what it used to be. - I have stayed at this little hotel many times but have noticed a gradual decline over the years to where it’s finally at a pint that I won’t stay again. The price is great and the location is fine but too many little things now make a stay unpleasant enough to cancel out the above. Cons- they now charge 500 baht for an extra pillow- and only one flat pillow per person is provided- 500 baht is almost $20, when the nightly price is only around $30! The AC is now locked to not go below 18, and with the old units in the rooms, this just doesn’t keep the room cool at night. And the smell from the drainage has become so horrible that you gag while in the bathroom- it has always been a problem here, just has become so much worse. Pros- front desk staff remain lovely as always, and the area is very safe. I do enjoy the free little tea/coffee/chocolate dispenser in the lobby. I doubt I will stay here again though due to the pillow charge and AC issue.
• Shannon (4/5): Sadly, declining 🙁 - Have stayed here so many times in the past but slow decline has finally escalated to a point that I will no longer stay again. The main cons: they charge almost $20 USD for an extra pillow- not a deposit- it’s a charge! On a hotel that costs $30/night they want twenty more for a pillow! The AC units are now locked to not go below 18c, this just doesn’t keep the room cool at all and makes for a fairly miserable nights sleep. The drains smell so badly of sewage- always has been an issue at this little hotel but has become so much worse. Pros- Lovely front desk staff who try hard to help, very safe area, price is nice. Sadly, I am unlikely to return again after having stayed at least 40 nights over the past 5 years in this hotel- hot rooms and the charge for the extra pillow were the last straws.

• rlayneholley (4/5): The low end of marginal - The staff is very nice. The receptionist took care to provide a room less exposed to the sun in very hot BKK. That was the highlight of my stay. This non-descript hotel is on a short commercial alley off Silom. It is difficult to locate and has poor, hardly seen signage. The initial key card (500 baht refundable deposit req’d at check-in) did not work on the door. The replacement card did not function in the lift. The third card worked. The bed was comfortable in the small room. The TV was fine. The bathroom was very small too and hot water did not exist in the shower; only luke warm. The A/C was fine. Generally, it was a clean facility. The housekeeper was very pleasant. The pricing was very good considering the old adage that you get what you pay for. I will not return.

• usuariotripadv (4/5): Fix the WiFi - WiFi kept dropping in my room and was basically unusable for most of my stay. This is simply unacceptable in this day and age in Bangkok. I have stayed in enough hotels all over Thailand to know. Otherwise, the hotel deserves a higher score: good location, rooms are nice and staff very polite and competent. But I am done giving a pass to hotels that don’t have proper WiFi in the rooms. By giving it a low score I hope the management takes notice and sorts it out.

• Mcvarki (8/5): Good Location, Good Value - Location was perfect as a lot of establishments are within walking distance such as 7-11, Family Mart, restaurants, night markets, street food places, jewelry stores, and even a bike tour company. Rooms are clean and bed was very comfortable. Coffee and tea available 24 hrs at the ground floor. WiFi was sometimes spotty. Staff were friendly enough. They give a one night free stay if you book directly on their website for a minimum of 5 days.

I was able to check in early and the issue with the air conditioning was fixed immediately. The room was clean, modern and spacious with the entertainment district a mere kilometre away. Thoroughly recommended .

• cebugadie (6/5): Great but bad for my chronic sinusitis - Location is very great, close to shopping area before I fly back to Cebu Philippines. The reception staff is very helpful and they give you full information. When I check in the room it was perfumed but I don't know what kind of perfume since I am very allergic to all kinds of perfumes and chemicals, how I wish they do not spray inside the the room any perfume or room spray because not all guests are ok on it. I was had super strong headaches and my sinusitis was crazy, even though I was usi g my mask before I went to the room but it was very strong perfume smell which cause me to vomit. I suggest let the room smell naturally and do not put any perfume smell or chemicals smell. The rest are okay, service is good. I recommend this hotel it is clean. Aircon is quite.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable I slept very well so yeah I definitely recommend this. When I take my second visit I will go back to this hotel just because the price was fair and very reasonable definitely will do it again.

Upon checkout they charged us for the water and were unwilling to admit that their colleague is giving out incorrect information. An otherwise nice stay in a mid-range room ruined by unpleasant check out. Good location but difficult to arrange uber or taxi transportation. Felt the hotel try to rip you off at every opportunity.
• Toeylicious (10/5): Very warm welcome hotel - i have visit this hotel and it's so nice, clean and privacy. Room space is not too small. Home style decoration is the thing i love here. There is DVD movie, video games and puzzle for relax living at lobby. in front of hotel has smoking area and you can chill out with drink or chitchat :). Love it!
