Lucha de extranjeros por las hamacas en piscina a las 10 y 1 minutos para desaparecer el 90 por ciento de la gente antes de las 10 y 5. Y no quedar sitio para nadie más. Vergüenza y ridículo. Comidas en otro restaurante a 400 m de paseo.

Mein Zimmer(016) war wegen einer ständig laufenden Klimaanlage außerhalb (vielleicht zum Betrieb des Swimmingpools?) extrem laut.

• Sandra (8/5): Great location - The rooms were cute, a little dated decor but sufficient for our 3 night stay. We didn't use any of the hotels facilities. The staff were excellent, professional and helpful. Nothing apart from having to walk up the hill!

On whole a great stay and I think we will be back. Location great. Sunbeds reserved with towels on them and no people actually on them a lot of the day. Pool wasn’t very warm Shower head went crazy every time you used it Really missed not having any WiFi

• Clare (8/5): Week away with friends - Brilliant location, very close to everything we needed. Lovely staff and our 5th floor room had sunshine all day, so a great sun trap. Communal areas all really clean, tidy and modern. Although the rooms a bit dated, they were clean. Ours was cleaned daily and fresh towels too. Sunbeds were a pain. Massive sign saying not to leave towels, but each morning it was the usual chaos. Don't have a sign up unless you're going to enforce it! Unless you're prepared to have a fight with a pensioner I'd go to one of the lovely beaches close by, which we ended up doing.

• Fiona (7/5): Very pleasant stay at this hotel. - Fantastic location. Great view from the balcony of our 6th floor room. The room was cleaned every day and towels changed. The decor in the room is a bit dated and limited wardrobe and drawers space for storing your clothes. Would also have preferred mugs rather than the small cups that were in the kitchen.

• Nuala (10/5): Great property, within walking distance to so many things. - The ladies on reception and cleaning ladies were all so so lovely and welcoming!! Such a good location less than 5 min walk to beach and to Mercadona, shops, restaurants/bars etc. Around 10 min walk to Las Americas. Good aircon in room! Nice and quiet. Will definitely be back!

• Caroline (4/5): Bearable because of location. But unhappy at spending £800 - The location was good. How the people that owned their own apartments acted like they owned the whole complex. Also bugs crawling around the benches and surfaces in the apartment. Also no air conditioning as described and no electric sockets in bedroom. Very very old fashioned. In desperate need of a revamp.

• Lien (6/5): Atlantis is een aanrader mits de juiste keuze van appartement - De locatie van het appartement was zeer goed. Atlantis was de 6de keer , het complex is zeker een aanrader. Verouderd. Weinig tot geen keuken materiaal. Koffiezet of senseo was niet aanwezig. Teppanyaki Plaat om buiten te kunnen tafelen hebben we ook gemist. Twee bruikbare stopcontacten is ook weinig.

Hotel silenzioso, personale gentile e disponibile La colazione e la cena incluse nell'offerta, vengono fruite presso un Hotel esterno alla struttura, questa informazione l'ho appresa all'arrivo e non l'ho gradita. Il WiFi solo nelle zone comuni e non in camera è a mio avviso scomodo soprattutto all'estero.

• Gbltz (8/5): Very good - We enjoyed the very spacious studio with balcony overlooking the volcano and the sea. We had a small problem, but the staff found solution for it. We booked without a meal plan, there were a lot of eateries and shops all around. The small attentions were much appreciated. There was no internet/ wifi available in the room. The pool area is over crowded, not enough space for loungers for all the guests.

• Mark (6/5): - This is not a 4 star property, 3 star at best. The rooms are very dated but adequate. Certain areas like draws had crumbs and dirt inside. This seems to be a property that has many pensioners and they must also own rooms here. This is not a child friendly hotel, no inflatables or balls etc allowed in the pool area. The hotel is in a great location but I would not stay again.
• Lindsay (6/5): - On arrival my room had been changed from a pool view to a car park/sea view which was okay as I got the sun in the mornings. It would have been nice to have an awning but it appeared that my room was one of about five on the complex that didn't so it was too hot to sit out there. The apartments are very basic and are in need of updating. My bed was comfortable however the air conditioning was just blowing out room temperature air which made it difficult to sleep int he nights and I was having to sleep with my balcony door open to get some air and try and drop the temperature. I reported it every day and every day I was told that the engineer had been and fixed it when he hadn't. The system was so old it was defunct and you could see loads of water stains where it was no doubt leaking in the past. There were hairs on the floor when I arrived and it took them two days to disappear so any cleaning wasn't thorough. There ants on the wall by the bed and in the kitchen cupboards. The spatula and other cooking utensils still had food on them from previous residents. They wanted €18 for the safe and a €10 deposit. When I asked to check out an hour later I was told it would cost an extra €20. When I reminded them that I hadn't slept for the entirety of my stay due to the lack of air con and no apology for that lack of air con or any attempt to make it up to me I was given the extra hour for free! How generous! I'd avoid as it's a 2 star really.

• Andrew (6/5): Enjoyable stay by us. - We really wished we hadnt booked half board. I was aware we had to go to Panorama for our evening meal, not also breakfast. This was not good for us. The walkway between the hotels was full of dog shit and absolutely stank, making us feel sick on our way to get meals. This really needs adressed. Food was lovely and plenty of choice. staff attentive and polite in the restaurant and reception. pools fabulous' clean with plenty loungers on the terrace. Location perfect and rooms good size. as above, the meal situation was not enjoyable and we would never book half board again here. You should not be sending guests down a public walkway full of dog shit. That was awful! The furniture in our room was very dated but clean.

• Justas (9/5): Good hotel for a good price - Great friendly staff, has parking options for rented cars, great location close to the beach and some shops. The hotel and places around it felt a bit out dated. The room especially is in the need for some new furniture and design, It had an "old house" smell on the first day but it was cleared up by keeping the balcony open! Pool hours were not 100% clear, on a paper it said from 10am to 6pm, but one morning we were able to go to the pool at 8am, the other morning it was closed. Same in the evenings, one evening we were able to go to the pool at 8-9pm, the other evening staff didn't allow it. Room lighting was a bit odd, but okay. Had only one electrical outlet for personal devices in the kitchen, had to disconnect TV for the second electrical outlet.
• Kostas (8/5): Nice, Chilled, Quiet Apartments - Nice, very quiet chilled hotel however feel it’s more based on the residents who own apartments there due to no speakers/music round the pool, no smoking other than a tiny little circle behind the pool bar, couldnt fault the actual rooms in the hotel they was lovely and clean, just could do with being updated as the pool area looks like it has had money spent on it where as the rooms are still very dated, great week away just could do with more of a “vibe”

• Mark (8/5): WOW What a steep hill.. - The presentation was good, staff were helpful, rooms were kept clean and tidy by housekeeping daily and the beds were very comfortable. The balcony was a very good size and the view was excellent. The 2 swimming pools were always clean and warm. The location is very close to the beach front and marina and shops, bars, restaurants. There was a lack of information on arrival. We were unaware that we had to queue up at 10am every morning and wait for the sunbeds to be unchained, causing a mad rush by all to get a sunbed. It took us 3 days before we found out that the Sun Parasoles were available for free use from reception. There is no on-site restaurant. Rooms are tired but functional. The hotel is on a steep hill with lots of steps to get down to the beach, bars, shops and restaurants so is not really suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

• Jennifer (5/5): Did the job - - great location - room was a good size with separate couch - nice balcony - very noisey, you can hear every sound from the apartments above and beside - large group of people on the corridor talking loudly - not a lot of sockets for phone charging/hair dryer etc - generally pretty basic , somewhere to sleep depending on noise levels

The leaking aircon and the fact that you had to hire an umbrella for round the pool. We had to carry it every day and we both have arthritis. The constant questions about whether you were staying in the main hotel or the bungalows was extremely irritating.

• Michelle (6/5): Hovima Atlantis - Hotel is in a really good location, and is close to everything. We were half board but had to walk to a sister hotel for meals because we had no restaurant. Hotel is 75% owned and has a clicky feel about it, especially around the pool. Rooms are basic , and will need refurbishment soon.

Very attentive - even made reference to the room request we had made in advance (unable to honour, but explained) Very very dated. Needs a total revamp. Mostly owners and people renting from owners so didn't even have umbrellas by the pool as people expected to bring their own!
• Jodie (8/5): - Brilliant hotel, had a great room with large balcony and sea view. Lovely pool area with 2 pools. Enjoyed our 5 night stay here. Situated in front of the harbour close to Adeje and Las Américas. Room would have been better to have 2 plugs near the bed instead of just 1. The only thing we was disappointed with was we requested late check out and was told to ask the next day in the morning but if not there was a shower room available for us to use which we was happy with. When we asked the next morning we was told that we wasn’t able to have late check out and there also wasn’t any shower rooms. We then had to go out all day in the sunshine without being able to freshen up before going to the airport. This was very disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Overall enjoyed the hotel and the holiday.
