O quarto apesar de grande não era muito confortável, principalmente os colchões pareciam ser de molas com bastante uso

• Christine (7/5): Für eine Nacht in Horta ok - Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr vielseitig und lecker! Leider gab es kein heißes Wasser. Wir konnten nur lauwarm duschen. Leider waren auch noch einzelne Haare des Vorgängers in der Wanne zu sehen. Insgesamt ist das Bad schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

• Lisa (7/5): - Die Lage ist gut. Alle Balkone gehen Richtung Hafen, so dass man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Nachbarinsel hat. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Großes Zimmer. Bett war steinhart. Das Zimmer insgesamt ist sehr sporadisch und nicht besonders einladend.

• Anton (7/5): good for budget travelers - Great view of the port and Pico volcano! Nice and helpful staff. It's very noisy. There's poor soundproofing between rooms. Everything is very old. I couldn't rest at lunchtime because there was constant pounding and banging.
• Susana (9/5): Uma estadia agradável - Boa localização. Sala com a maravilhosa vista para a ilha do Pico. Funcionários simpáticos. O nosso quarto era virado para a ilha do Pico, mas tinha uma árvore grande em frente, dentro do espaço exterior que pertence ao hotel, que impedia a vista.

• FIONA (10/5): Tiny house with a view and a hot tub - I love my tiny house, the view and the hot tub. Staff were very helpful and the property is very clean. Unfortunately, the weather was not very kind to me at the end of my stay, but at least I managed to go horse riding -see turispico which I recommend and stayed dry for one hour! Be aware the approach is very steep and you can’t turn right into the driveway, you need to turn left into the approach. I was glad I hired an automatic car even though I’m used to a manual.
• FIONA (8/5): Stay here for the view! - The view is magnificent! Good breakfast. Very helpful evening receptionist (from Pico) I liked the toiletries- good to have body lotion! The hairdryer is terrible. Door to balcony difficult to open (couldn’t open at all on last morning). Room 406 Room has everything you need but could do with refurbishing as dated.

• Carina (10/5): Excelente - O quarto era espaçoso e os funcionários muito simpáticos. Deixaram, sem qualquer objeção, que fizesse check in antes da hora e sem cobrar nada Nota-se que é um pouco antigo, nomeadamente das casas de banho. Mas isto é uma questão de gosto pessoal.

• Christian (9/5): - Sehr schöne Aussicht grosses Zimmer zur Nachbarinsel Pico. Balkon ist gross und gemütlich mit Aussicht über die Stadt. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer hat gewisse Mängel, die behoben werden sollten. Kaum freie Steckdosen vorhanden um elektrische Geräte aufzuladen. Licht/Schlüsselstecker im Zimmer funktionierte nicht richtig. War lose.

• André (5/5): Good hotel but to noisy with parties - The view was the best part, also the hotel was quite clean. There were parties Friday and Saturday past midnight so it was really noise and with a flight Sunday morning it was hard to sleep.
• Illar V (7/5): - It felt like pretty standard summer vacation hub with a pool and lovely ocean view and was akwardly empty in winter period. They have restaurant on site and friendly helpful staff. Might be a challenge to find good parking spot next to it if you come at the peak time. Decent place for the value, but nothing really stunned about it.

• Frsncisco (10/5): Ver a Horta e o Pico de um "Mirante"! - Gostei de tudo!: dimensão e características do aposento; limpeza; simpatia dos funcionários; e, excelente vista sobre a cidade, o canal e a ilha vizinha. Não conhecia este Hotel, mas agora, será o meu preferido na Horta.. .! A iluminação do quarto, para mim, era um pouco insuficiente para se se escrever ou ler à secretária/cómoda.
