- Mengke (7/5): - 安静，大浴场不错，房间干净。 房间太干燥(要一直开加湿器)。早餐种类太少了，而且补充菜品不及时，另外，咖啡竟然不是咖啡机现磨出来的，而是放在保温壶里的。幸好只订了一天的早餐。房间非常干，但每人每天只给一瓶水。在中国，酒店的水是可以无限喝的，有些意外。

- SHUICHI (5/5): - 立地とスタッフの対応は良かった。 大浴場が狭いので芋洗い状態だった。また洗面所も2か所しかなく不便だった。 朝食会場も狭い為30分程待った。
- YU YANG (10/5): 三井花園仙台-入住前就能體驗到專業服務品質 - 由於當時需要訂比較多天的雙床房型 所以中間有幾個沒有這個房型的日期必須要另外安排 Mitsui Garden Hotel Sendai的客服非常的有耐心 於線上溝通並明確的解說如何讓入住客人能更方便的更換房間 （如果預算允許 非常推薦 擁有2側窗戶的雙床房 房型比一般的 雙人床房大很多） 地理位置非常的具有優勢 附近就是主要商街 搭公交或是打車往返火車站也很方便（用逛的也能很順暢地走到火車站） 早餐是個很大的亮點！ 義式結合當地特色菜系 牛舌 芹菜鍋等 非常豐富 設備新穎 頂樓的大澡堂也很舒適 待在這邊的數天讓我們能完全 體驗到仙台三井的暖心與美好：） 日本的單人房（雖然床是雙人床）間空間基本上都偏小 （不過上述的優點完全可以沖刷掉這個小缺點）

Mattress was most uncomfortable I have ever experienced- so hard. Breakfast is awful and overpriced. Scrambled eggs not refilled for last 45 minutes of service, bacon undercooked, fried eggs hard yolks why not cooked to order?

- Masaaki (7/5): 露天風呂が使えない時点でアウト - 清掃やベッドメイキングが清潔でとても良かった ロビーでコーヒーを飲めるのも良かった 部屋に簡易的なソファーがあってゆったり出来た 大浴場の露天風呂が故障中で使えなかった このホテルを選ぶ時に露天風呂があるので選んだが、故障で使えないのは残念であった 露天風呂がない分、内風呂が混んでいてゆっくり入れなかった そのため、2日目は大浴場に行くのを断念した 歯ブラシが硬いと思った

- Fumi (7/5): おすすめ - 数回泊まっているが、立地の良さと部屋は狭くとも高級ホテルらしく過ごしやすかった。施設自体が清潔で満足できる。 ホテルは国分町と駅の間ぐらいでどちらでもすぐいける距離 お風呂場から下水が上がった臭いがして少し臭かった こういう事は初めてなのでたまたまなのでしょう

- EIKO (8/5): 泊まれて良かったです。 - 清掃が行き届いていて、清潔で綺麗。スタッフも皆様感じの良い対応でした。 宿泊の目的を知っての心遣いも嬉しかったです。 部屋に鏡台に当たるものがないので、化粧するのには不便でした。トイレも姿見も化粧品を置く場所がないので、姿見の床に座って化粧をしました。それと、他のホテルより、洗面台が高いような気がします。 顔を洗うのに、苦労しました。
