- Joyne (8/5): I have always liked staying in golden prince because of its proximity and good location to everythin - The rooms are clean and sheets were updated, fresh and clean. The towels were also clean and fresh. Food was great as usual but i was hoping for more variety and new additions to the menu. The staff still remembered us from.last time we booked and that's a plus for friendliness and courtesy and for the guests to feel more welcome. Elevator is working well. Parking was a plus. Location is very close to ayala we walk to and fro. 7- 11 is just across that you can buy and very convenient for late night cravings. I have always liked staying in this hotel bec of its proximity and location to everything. I wanted to wish this hotel keep up with the standards and even aim to improve for better facilities, comfort, convenience for their guests stay. I will be sad if you can't keep it up because i am sure your guests will always look for better accomodations and for that you might lose them if you will not keep it up and improve more. I booked the royal 2 bedroom suite but unfortunately they told us we only have the room for a day and not our entire stay because of some internal problem which made us move to another accomodation and have to spend time packing up and moving. It was a hassle and an inconvenience that i hope will be avoided. Plus, the room they moved us didnt have smart tv for netflix and youtube, etc which was important for entertainment and in which was included in my request when booking.There were no extra hand towels and no face towels in our room in which i needed to call and ask for them. The shower drain wasn't working in the first accomodation we have. Have to call for staff to unclog the drain after i showered at 2am.So, it was a hassle too. Supplies, toiletres should be stocked for the number of days a guest will stay to eliminate countless requests of asking to replenish them. The kitchen is not well equipped for 4 occupants. There are only 2 cups, 2 glasses. Not enough or lacking in spoons, forks, no table knife. No kitchen towel, no soap or dish soap and scrub. The ref wasnt cooling up and had an old moldy smell.

Fijne sharing porties, lekker vers en veel smaak aan. Prijzen ook echt prima. We hadden meerdere kamers en het kwaliteit van schoonmaken per kamer was wel sterk wisselend. De helft zag er prima uit, de andere helft had echt wel even beter nagekeken kunnen worden: voorwerpen van vorige bewoners. Handdoeken die niet volledig schoon leken, etc. Breakfast buffet is verschrikkelijk druk waardoor je vaak mis grijpt als er iets wordt bijgevuld.

Guba ang aircon sa first room namo but na okay rasad mi kay gipabalhin dyon mi og lain room. Sige lag ka deactivate ang keycard. Very hassle everytime ma deactivate siya kay di mi ka adto sa floor nya niandar na ang eleverator so ang ending maglakaw mi panaog.

- Maria Celia (8/5): Easy to stay in with 6 year old twins. Close to main shopping centre. - Buffet was amazing and the room was tidy. The staff were AMAZING! So helpful and kind. Laundry was easy. Ring for them to pick up your load and back the next day. We are short stroll away from Ayala (a huge shopping centre) so we’re able to get whatever we needed and close to lots of shops. Anything food wise/groceries wise we needed we used Grab (Uber eats /Uber). Having a decent fridge and freezer in the room was useful when you have kids, The mattress we asked for wasn’t ideal (clearly old and stained and needing to be thrown out tbh). That was the main negative.

- Mel (7/5): Good location - The bed was comfy, also very close to Ayala mall and the house of lechon is 2 mins walk only. Staff are friendly too. As the hotel held events i.e bithday parties and coferences, the guests staying in the hotel were noisy and you can hear them a lot in the corridor. Ended up hushing and reporting them.

- yuko (8/5): 帰国の時間つぶし程度には〇 - スタッフの対応はよかったと思います。 立地も問題なく、ＳＭモールまで徒歩５分程度でした。 スーツケースを拡げるスペースも十分にありました。 冷蔵庫が壊れていると口コミで見ましたが、スイッチが別途あり、フロントで尋ねるとスタッフが部屋に来てスイッチの件を丁寧に教えて下さりました。数時間でビールが凍るほどよく効く冷蔵庫で便利でした。 シャワーの湯量が少なかった 朝食があまりおいしくなかった 部屋が少し暗い 施設は少し古さを感じました、価格も安いとは言えないかもしれません。

It was my birthday and I'm glad to find this hotel. The breakfast was really good. Pitty the dinner buffet wasn't available when we checked in because there's schedule. For sure it's really good too. It's also closed to everywhere. Rien. Tout et chouette. I love it

- Honey Grace (4/5): Cockroaches everywhere - Beds were comfy and there was complimentary water. Location is great. I paid at the property. They charged me more than the 50€ tax that is shown in the booking. I tried talking to them and showed them the booking confirmation but they insisted on the price they gave. I do not recommend paying at the property or stay somewhere else because of this. All of the rooms we stayed in were infested with cockroaches, we even saw a cockroach on the breakfast table and in the hallway. Of course we let them know and they changed one of the rooms - but the whole hotel has to do some serious pest control. This was our last stay before our flight so we didn’t want the hassle of moving hotels. But if you don’t want to bring cockroaches with you home or be charged more than booked - I do not recommend this hotel.
