The room was beautifully set up and very clean. The towels placed decoratively on the bed, this could have been a five star city hotel except for the exposed brickwork and Laminex desk and sink. Advice about the town and dinning was appreciated and turned out to be useful. One thing almost all regional accommodation should consider is KING size beds. Almost no one offers them and they are usually the first rooms to become unavailable.

Someone checked into the room beside us at about 1am. Not only did their lights shine in and wake us up but we were very concerned our car would be damaged as they tried to open their door. The beds could be better, too. The tariff reflects these issues.

One wouldn't supply face washers, the next wouldn't supply hand towels, the next wouldn't supply washing up liquid, etc. Or there would be two tiny shampoos for the five of us for two days. So was lovely to arrive at Golden Harvest and find they had everything! And are very generous with linen, toiletries, crockery, choice of pillows to suit different tastes, etc. We appreciated being able to hang out our wet bathers and towels (from the artesian aquatic centre) on the washing line, thoughtful touch. Great location, so many eating options in the same street. Room nice and dark and quiet and clean. Thank you!

On a brighter note the pool was devine and room was serviced with clean towels , beds made second daily . The staff work hard as well as Alison . Highly recommend your future stay there.

My only comment would be to have plates and cutlery in the room. There is an excellent undercover bbq area and the pool is clean and welcoming. I stayed elsewhere in Moree and by far this property is better.

However it doesn't have players which was important for breakfast, no cutleries, no milk and no iron Box/table. This is particularly noticing when no breakfast of offered at the premise. If we want make tea or coffee, we need to bring our own milk and or own plates.

The original bathroom still works, so why change it? But comfy chairs and beds make a big difference to the quality of a night’s stay, and this is where Golden Harvest shines. Add an excellent position close to restaurants and other travellers’ needs, undercover parking and genuinely friendly staff, and it’s win-win all round.
