- Patricia (4/5): There is a thief - I have just realized that while we were having breakfast yeaterday morning, someone took 100 dollars from my suitcase. Also, as we were leaving I overheard the receptionist speaking on the phone to a customer complaining of missing money...
- Christoffer (6/5): Warning - It was Clean and ok rooms. Somebody stole Money from my bag in the room. We talked to the manager and she spoke to the cleaning lady. She said no one of her staff had stolen anything and no one else had been inte the room. They did check surveillance camera and nobody else had been in the room, just the cleaning lady. The manager didnt said Im sorry or anything she just Went away. 100 us dollars was stolen. My bag was Closes when I left room and open when I return. Warning, use a padlocker at this hotel.

The entrance to the hotel at first seems a little strange however it is within walking distance to the beach and numerous lovely retaurants and shops of Miraflores.

- Guilherme (6/5): Arquitetura estranha. No mais, padrão. - A arquitetura do hotel é super esquisita: tive de mudar de quarto porque em um deles batia a cabeça no teto. Sou alto (1,98m), mas parecia que eu estava na casa do Frodo. Não chamaria de hotel “boutique”, pois a decoração não é lá esse charme todo. Pelo contrário, parece bem padrão, até. No mais, é limpo e o bairro é muito bom. Não pude usufruir dos serviços porque pouco tempo, mas nas interações que tive foram simpáticos e solícitos. Nada a reclamar deste ponto ou da limpeza.

O quarto que ficamos possuia a janela para a Avenida, assim fazia muito barulho, tanto durante o dia, como a noite toda, o que nos causou muito desconforto! A localização não é boa, pois fica longe de restaurantes e da praia. O café da manhã é servido "a lacarte", com poucas opções para pedir. Por fim, no site informava que pagaria no hotel, entretanto, quando chegamos no hotel, já haviam efetuado a cobrança no cartão de crédito, assim terei que pagar taxas e IOF, o que me desagradou!

- HARRY (8/5): Miraflores is a good base in Lima - The lady at reception was most helpful with some tour information. Generally pretty happy with my stay. There is a noisy major road out front. Saturday night there was some heavy duty 'music' coming from next door till past 3am on Sunday morning. Sadly not much sleep. Miraflores is one of the better parts of town. Quite a well run hotel.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Friendly and helpful staff! - I really enjoyed my stay here. Not as expensive as other places and the room was comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and it is easy walking distance to miraflores centre. It is close to a motorway so can be quite loud.

Only problem was that noise from the highway in front of the hotel can get into the toilet. The noise is at all hours of the day and night. But once you shut the door to the toilet, the noise is gone. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. You can choose to have your breakfast in bed. Good location.

It's a house in front to a big avenue, I didn't have a good view, when I saw the photos in hotels.com, was seen very well, but when I arrived I didn't like.

The hotel is quiet, comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, including fresh juices and eggs cooked to order. There is a lovely courtyard garden as well. It is a very pleasant place to stay.

The room was small but comfy. It has a nice bed and overall good amenities. The area is good, lots of shopping nearby.

- Juanita (8/5): CLEAN and great location in Miraflores - Great hotel staff. Upon check-in, the receptionist was a true professional in attaining our docs and checking us in. We were tired and worried that they would require us to check in at 4 PM. To our wonderful surprise, we were able to check in around 2 PM which was extremely kind their behalf. The room was comfortable, had ample closet space, and a king size bed for two. The daily continental breakfast-absolutely top notch. The attendant/cook was friendly, and cooked up some great eggs! For hotel coffee, the coffee quality was great! They also offer some freshly squeezed juices! Overall, our stay was fabulous. The location is close to her the bus stop (where you can take the metropolitano to Lima) restaurants, and shops. You can also walk over to the most coolest shopping and dining experience in Miraflores called the LarcoMar. Ask the front desk staff and they will guide you and recommend wonderful eateries and locations worthwhile visiting. I truly appreciated the handwritten note left by the hotel staff with complementary chocolates upon my arrival! The only comment I must make is that I had my "privacy please" door handle on and had requested no housekeeping and a staff member entered to leave some chocolate strawberries. Although it was very kind gesture, I was embarrassed that they were able to see all my luggage spread out! Overall, I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a boutique hotel in this area. I would definitely stay here again.

- Luiza (6/5): Located on a busy street - Our room faced the street, so needless to say, there is noise. The room was not comfortable, blankets are not comfortable and the bathroom has mold spots over the shower because there is no air circulating after a shower. It stays very humid in the entire room. The hair dryer is not functional at all, the airflow is so weak, it would have taken me an hour to dry it well, so I went to bed with my hair wet. That was very upsetting. I have stayed in much better boutique hotels before.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - We stayed at this hotel for one very brief night before an early morning flight out of Lima. We only stayed for 4-5 hours, thankfully. The ceiling had mildew growth around the outside of the restroom entrance, and there were candy wrappers on the floor from the previous guest. The light had a strobe effect, approximately every 5 seconds throughout the night. For someone as average-height as me, I struggled to fit on the full bed (booked a queen size). The hotel staff was kind and friendly on the bright side. The receptionist packed us with some fruit on our way to our 6:00 am flight out of Lima because the continental breakfast was not open when we checked out. I would not recommend this hotel to a friend, and would not stay again, but did appreciate a friendly staff.
- Amanda H (8/5): Quiet boutique hotel in residential neighborhood - First I should say that the service at this hotel can not be beat. Everyone from the doorperson, to the concierge and breakfast cook was extremely friendly, helpful and always ready to give service with a smile. Our first room was cute and overlooked the central courtyard, but unfortunately had some problems with the toilet flushing. Initially they fixed this but then the hair dryer didn't work either, so they changed our room completely. Our second room was even nicer than the first but it did overlook the main street out front which was a little noisy in the morning. Otherwise, the neighborhood was extremely peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was included and delicious - buffet of fruit, cheese, meats, bread etc... with your choice of eggs made to order. The location was a close walk to most attractions in Miraflores - but the city is huge, so really no hotel will be close to everything! Overall it was a sweet, clean boutique hotel with all of the amenities of a larger hotel. If you're looking for something a little off the beaten path and less mainstream, this is an excellent option.

This is a great hotel for business if you are on a budget. The rooms were small but clean and the service was great. The restaurant is more like a kitchen rather than a full restaurant or bar. There is no elevator but it is only 4 floors.

The bathrooms are a more decent size. The "restaurant" is really just a small kitchen. The hotel is not central in miraflores. You must take a taxi to arrive anywhere of interest.

My suite was beautiful, breakfast was amazing, front desk was above and beyond, staff was warm and super friendly (we even had Spanish lessons). - Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel for low price - Very nice boutique hotel in Miraflores. The hotel itself is lovely and very comfortable for a business or vacation stay. The only downside is that it's off Paseo de la Republica which is a busy street and was warned to take a taxi anywhere for safety reasons versus just walking which I feel like I can easily do on other streets in Miraflores. It's a quick walk anywhere though to more touristy places if you're in a group.
