- Hsinyu (8/5): 整體非常愉快！拿掉床上毯子下次會再入住～～ - 員工非常的友善！英文服務也非常專業～ 飯店位在住宅區巷弄內，從上野站大概走10分鐘不算太遠，可以上野公園慢慢散步 房間整體乾淨，但床上那張毯子是大敗筆，拉開會在床單上黏毛而且還有前面客人的毛髮
- Eline (7/5): Super sauber, alles in Ordnung. - Die Unterkunft liegt nahe der Metro Station Nezu - für einige Fahrten muss man aber eine Viertelstunde zum Ueno Bahnhof laufen. Die Zimmer sind typisch japanisch recht klein, ebenso das Bad - aber beides vollkommen ausreichend.

- Constantin (10/5): Einfach ein sehr schönes und freundliches Hostel - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ich habe schon viele Hostels gesehen, aber GRAPHY Nezu hebt sich deutlich ab. Die Sauberkeit ist makellos, die Betten sind bequem und bieten genug Privatsphäre, und die Ausstattung ist fast schon auf Boutique-Hotel-Niveau. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilft mit echten Insider-Tipps, nicht nur die typischen Touristenorte. Dadurch bekommt man eine ganz andere Perspektive auf Tokio. Ein großes Plus ist die ruhige Atmosphäre, trotz der Größe fühlt sich alles entspannt an. Die Lage in Nezu ist perfekt, ruhig, authentisch und dennoch gut angebunden. Ein perfekter Rückzugsort nach einem Tag im pulsierenden Tokio. Mein Flug ging erst sehr spät. Ich durfte mich aber bis zur Abreise dort aufhalten.

We had a small double with bathroom as it’s all that was left and it was very small! Double bed is a challenge for two westerners (and we’re a relatively small mum and child!) Bathroom very small too and you can’t dry yourself in there! Would also like to see the roof garden open a little later so you can chill up there after a busy day in Tokyo

- Regina (10/5): LOVE THIS PLACE - My husband and I LOVED everything about this property! The location was located close to the train station and Ueno Park. The room was cozy, a decent size, clean, had a fridge, A/C, the toilet has a bidet (we got a room with a private bathroom), the tub is a good size and it has a shower attachment that you can hang up high or low, there are other things included with the room, they have a little cafe in the lobby, a laundry room on the 4th floor, and etc. The dryer did take a long time to dry clothes
- Kamil Robert (9/5): - General vibe that makes you feel home, very chill. The location is not as crowded as other parts of Tokyo, which is good. The staff is amazing, the food is tasty and reasonably priced, nice additional touch like free amenities and possibility to borrow umbrella and other useful thing you forgot from home. Also, love the idea of free beer. Rooftop is again a good plus. Overall, this was our first time in Japan and undoubtedly the stay at Graphy Nezu Hotel made the whole experience pleasant. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others. One thing we disliked is the way the laudry washers/dryers work. We washed and dried our clothes in 2 seperate machines (respecting the weight limits) + run 4 cycles in total and it wasn’t enough - the laundry was still wet and it didn’t smell freshly washed :(

- Emma (7/5): Quiet, clean and relaxed location - Clean and had what we wanted to make our stay in Tokyo nice. On the whole, staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags prior to check in as we arrived at 9am. Good location for us - we wanted something quiet and our of the hustel and bustle of the city - but if you want that maybe not the ideal place. Good transport connections to the rest of the city via Nezu and Ueno stations. Quite small rooms (but this seems standard for Japan) but there was room for our bags under the bed which was helpful. Breakfast included in our staff was good but quite limited choices - option of 4 breakfasts which don't change, quite limited when we were there for 7 nights

- Edward (5/5): Very unclean and dusty hotel. - We stayed here for 3 nights and the good points were the bed, the facilities and the breakfast. The bedrooms clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. Please see an image of my partners suitcase attached that when left on the floor for only a matter of hours was covered in dust after we picked it up. This hotel needs a serious review of its cleaning procedures. The location was not great either, its in a very very quiet neighbourhood and the nearest Konbini is at least a 15 minute walk away which I feel like it almost unheard of in the rest of the city. Don't stay here if its your first time in tokyo.

Most staff speaks English and if not still trying to be helpful and accommodating. In the communal spaces it was quite cold. Some things were harder to find and orient in the building (laundry room). There is a huge step from the bathroom into the room.

The staff is always happy and helpful, free beer every night, nice food if you feel like staying in, or big and well equipped kitchen and common spaces if you feel like cooking or reheating something. - Timothy (9/5): A great stay with a lovely park nearby, and close access to the train - Breakfast was hit or miss. The rice pancakes were great, but I was not a fan of the avocado toast. The locally baked breads were amazing, as were the pottage options. I tried to get coffee at 729 one morning and was told I had to wait until 730, which I thought was a little silly. But I might be being unreasonable. The room itself was comfortable but not really decorated or designed at all like the rest of the hotel. The lounge area was great. Staff were all super friendly and you can get more pillows if you ask. Location can make finding food difficult as most things were reserved or a bit far to walk to -- on the other hand, it was an extremely quiet area and really nice to walk around. Ueno park nearby was an incredible benefit

- JOHN (10/5): Quiet residential location, with good facilities and helpful staff - Great location in a residential area and helpful staff. There was a small bar/cafe in the hotel which was useful for breakfast and light meals. The hotel had a lounge/kitchen and laundry which were all very useful - the lounge helped to offer a useful space for socialising. Our room (415) was very large and well appointed and the very large bed was very comfortable. The breakfast menu was limited, but very good value, so no real complaint.

- Angus (8/5): For the price this is a great place to stay! - I loved the little cafe attached to the hotel, it was very comfortable, had a good atmosphere, and good food available. I also loved the location - it's in a slightly more residential area so it's a bit quieter and is a nice place to explore. The staff were also really helpful and a pleasure to chat to. I think the beds could be slightly improved, there were so creaky that as soon as I/someone else moved, it was quite loud.

- Marlène (8/5): Belles installations communes et chambre ok - Très bel hôtel avec de superbes installations communes. Les salles de bain et toilettes sont propres et les équipes passent régulièrement pour les nettoyer ou effectuer des travaux. Le rooftop est à visiter au moins une fois, je n'y suis allé que le dernier jour alors que c'est un super endroit pour se poser au calme et la vue est géniale. Agréable de n'être dans une chambre que de 4 personnes, cela réduit les nuisances. Je n'ai pas compris et on ne m'a pas expliqué comment cela se passait pour le ménage des chambres mais en 1 semaine de présence mes draps n'ont jamais été changés. Très chaud dans la chambre malgré la clim et la ventile (bruyante) qui tournait toute la journée.

- Marck88 (9/5): Great place to stay! - Staff are friendly and knows basic English. Location is decent from the metro The hotel didn't provide luggage delivery services. You would have to head to the nearest convenience store to do luggage delivery. However, the staff are friendly and kind enough to offer to help fill up the form in Japanese to pass it to the convenience store which is extremely kind and helpful.

- jesus (9/5): Excelente opción, diferente a lo normal - Buenas opciones comida para vegetarianos/veganos, ambiente muy desenfadado Para entrar y salir en mi baño de la habitación había un escalón grande
- Caroline (9/5): Très bon séjour dans le quartier agréable de yanesen - Pièces communes super agréables et spacieuses Très bon petit déjeuner Dans les chambres partagées, ce sont des lits superposés, on est un peu moins bien isolés que dans des lits cabines
- Bar-El (9/5): - Great location in terms of quiet, walkability, transportation access and nearby businesses. We had the king room with a large TV projector which was fun. When we arrived, there was coffee and a kettle, but they would not replenish and we were there 3 nights. The breakfast was okay but not many choices and no variety over the 3 days. Some of our hotels in Japan had a couple of English language stations on the TV but this one didn’t.

- Rajat (10/5): - Everything from location to facilities and an excellent cafe to top it all. I would definitely stay here during my next Tokyo visit. Nothing to not like. Everything was perfect!
