ilie (9/5): - Micul dejun foarte bun,amplasare excelenta personalul amabil si saritor! Doamnele de la curatenie trebuie sa fie mai atente!Prima grija e sa scoata cardul desi aveam tableta la incarcat.Au inchis geamul desi era f.cald si au oprit aerul!Se ocupa de toate mai putin de curatenie!

Constantin (10/5): - Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la acest hotel de 4 stele. Totul a fost peste așteptări: camera spațioasă și foarte curată, personalul amabil și atent, iar atmosfera elegantă și relaxantă. Restaurantul hotelului oferă preparate gustoase cu specific international iar micul dejun a fost diversificat și proaspăt. Un alt mare avantaj a fost parcarea disponibilă, ceea ce a făcut șederea și mai comodă. Se vede atenția la detalii și grija pentru confortul oaspeților. Recomand cu încredere acest hotel tuturor celor care își doresc servicii de calitate și o experiență relaxantă.
daniela (9/5): Satisfacator - Personalul a fost ff amabil ( mai ales dl Rares si dna de la restaurant) si dorniti sa ajute. Camerele s relativ mici. Mobila e destul de veche,patul scartaie si salteaua nu i confortabila. In camere nu exista un cuier la intrare,iar apa curge ciudat la robinet. Televizorul e cam mic.

IULIAN (5/5): Schimbati-l pe omul agitat de la restaurant! - Hotelul impecabil, conditii excelente de cazare, curatenie, liniste, totul nou. Personalul de la receptie foarte politicos in ziua de 19.02.2026. Seful de sala de la micul dejun din data de 20.02.2026 a fost extrem de nepoliticos: mi-a mutat copilul de la masa cu tot cu farfuria pe motiv ca era masa prea mare pentru el. Era agitat si incruntat si tot plimba printre persoane un fel de carucior cu vesela, parca sa te grabeasca sa inchei mai repede micul dejun. Daca nu era el, acordam nota 10 hotelului. In schimb o doamna si un domn in seara de 19.02.2026 la restaurant au fost foarte politicosi.

Yachid Yohan (8/5): - החדר גדול ומרווח, הארוחת בוקר נחמדה וטעימה אם כי הוא לא מגוונת. יש חניה חינם, המיקום אמנם לא במרכז אבל נוח להגיע אליו בלי פקקים גם השעות העומס. המיטה גדולה אבל המזרון בחדר שלנו היה עם קפיצים וחלק מהקפיצים בלטו יותר מהאחרים וזה לחץ לי בגב. הזרם באבמטיה מאוד חלש וזה ממש מבאס, השירות חדרים קצת מחפפים לדעתי, יחסית למלון 4 כוכבים ציפיתי לרמה יותר גבוהה, יום אחד ניתקו את החימום שעובד על בסיס מים חמים בגלל שהיו קצת אנשים במלון ואמרו להשתמש במזגן במקום זה והמזגן על חום זה מחניק.

The room was clean, cozy, and well maintained, and housekeeping did a great job throughout the stay. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around Brașov and enjoy the city. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything felt well organized and relaxing — a great place to stay for several nights. Ungureanu (10/5): Merita revenit la locatie! - Personalul este foarte amabil, amplasare buna pentru zona in care am avut treaba, curatenie buna, statie incarcare curent pentru masini la pret decent, camere calduroase! Merita revenit la locatie! Izolatia fonica lasa de dorit - se aude ce se discuta in camera de deasupra sau alaturata - banuiesc ca se transmite zgomotul prin intermediul structurii metalice ce alcatuieste structura de rezistenta, patul a fost mare, dar cam prea tare - incomod, recipientele de gel dus si acele mici sapunuri etc - recomand eliminare si utilizare dozatoare cu refill pentru a micsora impactul asupra mediului, mic dejun prea putin diversificat, dar OK!
