- minoru (10/5): 頼って良い宿。 - 素泊まりで泊まった時になんとか夕食バイキング付けてもらえないかお願いした時に、すごく親身になって考えて下さっていただきました。 結果、枠として空いてところに入る事が出来て凄く満足しています。 スタッフの方々も凄く愛想も良く温泉街と言う非日常を楽しく満喫する事が出来ました。 また来たいホテルの候補になりました。

Los baños de aguas termales son maravillosos te deja la piel súper suave, dispones de champú, gel, acondicionador y mascarillas y cremas faciales, todo lo necesario para hacer del baño un momento de placer, con Onsen interiores y exteriores.La habitación tradicional una experiencia junto con el estar con las yukatas facilitadas mie tras te encuentras en el. El desayuno y la cena, comida típica Japonesa nos encantó, los adolescentes también comieron y disfrutaron. Muchos detalles para que disfrutes de la estancia. Se encuentra un poco distante del pueblo, sin embargo se desviven para facilitarte el transporte que incluye el Resort. Nosotros una mañana incluso subimos andando y no es mucho trayecto.

Está en un punto de difícil acceso andando, pero lo compensan con su servicio gratuito de vehículos que te acercan a donde necesites y te recogen a la hora que les pides, nosotros lo pedimos para bajar al pueblo a cenar y muy bien. - クマクン (10/5): - 일본의 3대온천지역입니다. 하프보드가 포함된 호텔을 찾고 있었는데 료칸의 높은 가격보다 합리적인 숙박을 고려하여 검색하던중에 방문하였습니다. 객실에 준비되어 있는 과자와 차가 좋았습니다. 특히 웨하스 과자가 매우 맛있습니다.. 강력히 맛보시길 추천합니다 가격대비 저녁식사가 매우 좋았습니다. 저는 구운파인애플과 저온조리 소고기를 주로 먹었습니다. 그리고 술을 좋아하는분들에게도 좋은 선택지일수 있습니다. 각종 주류가 무료입니다. 저는 온천보다는 강의 흐르는 물소리와 경치가 좋았습니다. 그다지 없습니다만, 아침식사가 아쉬웠던것 같습니다만 이 아쉬움은 저녁식사가 해결합니다 \(^^)/

- shuji (8/5): - 館内の雰囲気は清潔感もあり非常に良かった。 お風呂もきれいで、泉質も肌触りも良く満足できた。 食事に関しては、バイキングだったのですが、酒類も豊富で味も良く時間いっぱいまで堪能できました。 唯一、食事の終わり際にレストランの掃除が始まり、隣の席に掃除道具が置かれたりして微妙な感じだった。 時間内なのに、周りで掃除が始まると嫌な感じにとらえる人もいるのではと思う。 食事をしている人が時間いっぱいまで落ち着いていられるように配慮した方が良いと思う。

- Wing Ki (10/5): - 酒店分新館本館，好像是疫情後蓋了新館。升降機很有特色，是斜着上的。住的是和式榻榻米，會幫你鋪好床。職員們都十分有禮。早餐和晚餐是自助式，兩天菜式都一樣。溫泉有露天和室內。酒店在山上，所以酒店有提供接駁巴士，但不是按時間表發車，而是他剛好有人下山，就會發車，剛好回到JR站的人就可以上車回去。如果沒有發車，需要自己打給酒店，派人發車。但我們有一次等了30分鐘都沒有車，也沒有日本電話號碼，在電話亭打了兩次才有車。其實車程只是1分鐘，但是上山走路可能20分鐘吧，而且下大雨。希望可以完善此部分

- Thunchanok (9/5): Breathtaking view for outdoor onsen. Superb place for onsen. - The outdoor onsen’s view is superb, especially in the morning time. The onsen water is worth to try once, so much mineral, feels so healthy. There was welcome drink, and we got free beer or ice-cream! The hotel is a bit old but all facilities and equipment are well-rounded. As the hotel is located on the mountain, it is not possible to walk from the hotel to the city. The breakfast is quite expensive compared to the food.
- Chi (9/5): Superb - The location is around 10 minutes, but difficult to go there on foot. There is shuttle service between the station and the Hotel. Breakfast and dinner is very good. Nothing that I do not like.
- Karenmegumi (9/5): Superb - Staff, food, onsen It's little hard to go to there, but they have shuttle for free. The installations are OK, but it's very far to go to have food, or to go to onsen. And he elevator took some 4 persons and it's very slow........

- テーラー真喜子 (10/5): Highlight of our trip to Japan - Both dinner and breakfast was impressive! We had all-you-can-eat buffet for both and dinner included all you can drink certain alcohol. There's something for everyone! Having a choice of yukata design was a nice touch for women while welcome drink/ice cream was great option for kids! The onsen was everything we hoped it would be. Just like the photo shows.....Usually, the bath will become unavailable for cleaning but this hotel allowed guest to use bath extended time. I was able to enjoy bath in the middle of the night as well as early in the morning. The shuttle bus available per requests. We didn't have to wait more than 10 mins for next ride. Everyone in the hotel was so courteous and nice.
- Verified traveler (10/5): エレベーターが来るのが遅い - エレベーターが2基しか無くて、時間帯に寄ってはかなり待たされるのでそれだけが不便でした。 他は、駅からの送迎も有って良かったです。 夜の懐石ディナーは、時間よりも少し早く行っても対応して貰えて料理も美味しかったです。 朝のバイキングは、時間帯指定をしていてもかなり混雑していて残念でした。
