Verified traveler (6/5): - Nous avons séjourné récemment dans cet appart’hôtel et notre impression est plutôt mitigée. Les appartements sont propres (encore heureux, car il faut faire le ménage soi-même ou payer un supplément). C’est un bon point que les chiens soient acceptés. Toutefois, le service ressemble plus à celui d’un 3 étoiles qu’à un 4 étoiles, et le prix est relativement élevé pour les prestations limitées. De plus, on nous a un peu pressés de partir, malgré la basse saison. En résumé, c’est correct, mais certainement pas digne d’un véritable service 4 étoiles selon nous.

Nem parkering, har flere parkeringspladser ved gaden, og også parkeringskælder Virkelig fantastisk beliggenhed kort gåafstand til havet, lille gade med bager, slagter købmand osv lige om hjørnet.. Lidt overrasket over at man selv skulle klare slutrengøring, men det kunne man heldigvis betale sig fra. Receptionisterne var hjælpsomme. Vores lejlighed havde seperat køjerum man kune dog ikke lukke indtil stuen, hvilket var lidt besværligt.. virkelig dårlige hovedpuder.

Un emplacement au top : proche de petits commerces (boulangerie, boucherie, traiteur, supérette…), à quelques minutes (à pied) de la grande plage et du centre-ville. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appart’ hôtel !

Nice pool area and possibility to read/relax at the pool area as well. We had a brilliant afternoon in the spa/wellness area as well - included in the stay. We were 3 people in a 6 people apartment. I would recommend max. 4 in such a apartment, to make it good for everyone. I am Looking forward to going back there.

eeva (6/5): Odd reception hours - The staying and the rooms were great. But the reception hours not good= open mornings until 12 and afternoons after 5 pm. I arrived early afternoon after a train ride from Paris. The door was locked. I got a code to enter the hallway, but I did not know how to use it. Some other people staying there let me into the reception area.There was no info about a restroom. The reception opened exactly at 5pm .

Brandy (2/5): - The room was so tiny you could not open the door to the apartment all the way, it hit the small entertainment center. Same with the bedroom door, it got the bed, and to slide in next to the bed (too small to walk) you have to close the door. We had to push the dining room table against the wall in order to have space to sit. An apartment for 6 only had room for suitcases if you put them in the tiny kitchen. We were asked to inventory the entire contents of the kitchen or be charged for missing items. We were then told we had to remove any trash from the space and wash the dishes, though no dish/dishwashing detergent or sponge was provided. This property was a joke and I would not return. Prior to this my family and I had traveled through Portugal and Spain and had great experiences

Tout étant fermés à l’extérieur, nous comptions profiter du spa… mais on nous a dit: fermé pour covid… ça aurait bien de le préciser sur le site. Attention demandez à avoir une vue correct à la réservation sinon vous serez dans une chambre avec le balcon qui est face à un grand mur… Les +: bien situé

Johanna (6/5): - We were greeted by a very impolite receptionist who snapped at us for not knowing there is a 400 euro deposit to be paid upon arrival. Telling us this is written EVERYWHERE. Which is not true, only upon very thoroughly checking the Hotels.com booking did I find that the deposit is mentioned in the Small Print area. Furthermore, we have been back for over a week and the deposit is still on hold, not ideal if you're low on money. She also did not give us the passcode for the front door so when we got back really late in the evening we were pretty much stuck at the front door until a very lovely German couple came and taught us how to get back in. Otherwise the place is nice, quite spacious and we were laughing the flat is massive but the furniture is even bigger. So the room is taken up by sofas and beds that are too big. It's also quite clean. But the pool was closed and the sauna and jacuzzi are only open in the daytime from 9:30 till 7:30 which is a pity because we'd have loved an early or late sauna session after a day out in the rainy breezy autumn weather. Anyway, all in all it was an ok stay, I slept well (which I never do in hotels). And we had a great time.

Guillaume (6/5): 4 Étoiles ? - La résidence est idéalement située dans le quartier St Charles et ses commerces de proximité. Le centre Ville et les plages sont à 2 pas. Les appartements sont relativement bien isolés entre eux (fenêtres fermées). Les vis à vis sont très proches dans la cours qui résonne. Il suffit d avoir quelques personnes bruyantes et le séjour devient un enfer. Établissement très très sale ! Le ménage est payant mais sans doute que le personnel n est pas a l effectif nécessaire. Décoration triste. Accueil sympathique et serviable.

It is a short term ( weeks or months) rental, and advertised as a hotel. We were told on arrival we’d have to do our own cleaning or be charged 45 euros, the place was filthy, and we were charged for toilet paper. I cannot even believe my experience here, one of the worst I’ve ever had internationally.

A mon retour à 18H15 la responsable me donne les clés pour effectuer moi même le déménagement.Invitée je procède rapidement à mon installation mais à mon retour vers minuit je m'aperçois que le lit n'est pas fait,2 interrupteurs sont maculés de sang, pas de savon dans la salle de bain etc(j'ai dormi sans drap)...Mes observations se sont heurtées à la mauvaise foi de la responsable qui avançait qu'il m'appartenait de m'en apercevoir et que de toutes façons à 18H il n'y a plus de personnel.....que des draps étaient dans un placard.Je précise que ma réservation était "lits faits".D'autre part de 10H du matin à 18H la responsable avait largement le temps de faire préparer la chambre, la résidence était loin d'être complète.

christophe (8/5): Bel hôtel - Très belle hôtel. Bien situé à Biarritz. Seul inconvénient : la vue depuis le balcon qui n’est autre qu’ Une façade d’un mur. Ceci rend l’appartement très sombre. Avantage : pas de vis à vis et très calme. Appartement bien équipé et très propre. Seul le matelas du canapé n’est pas très confortable pour dormir. L’accueil a été chaleureux.
Catherine (8/5): Résidence conforme aux photos - Accueil vraiment au Top. Le personnel est très souriant. La résidence est vraiment bien placée au coeur de la ville. Seul point négatif, l'appartement avait dû être occupé par des fumeurs et l'odeur était persistante pendant les deux jours. Vraiment dommage. Tout le reste était parfait. Les lits sont de bonne qualité.

Susan (10/5): Apartment with everything you need in a great area - We booked an apartment for 6 people because the two of us wanted a bedroom each. As a result it was very spacious but still economical compared to those on the sea front. A good compromise since it was only a short walk (<5 mins) to the Grand Plage. Situated in a pleasant and safe area, with it’s own row of shops, supermarket, delis, bakery, laundrette etc. Good selection of bars and brasseries makes a nice alternative to the town centre. Made good use of small pool and sun terrace. Never seemed busy. Staff were very helpful on local area, travel, taxi booking etc and also very tolerant of our poor French.
Verified traveler (8/5): Nice family stay in Biarritz - There are some hotel services Residence Lagrange does not provide such as 24hrs reception (you get a key/code for out-of-office hours) or cleaning services (they come to check your room prior to check-out) but it is a comfortable, well located, nice place. It is walking distance from the beach and shops, staff is polite and they speak English, there is free parking in the few spots next to the hotel and has a pool (which is smaller than in their promotional picture). All in all, it is nice place for a family stay in Biarritz.
margarita (8/5): Great weekend away - Check in was smooth, close to bus lines and the beach. There is a free bus that runs downtown which is nice, but doesn't run on Sunday. We were shocked to have to pay a pretty big deposit of 400 euro for the weekend. I must have missed that when I booked that you had to pay a deposit. The beds were very comfortable, but the pillows were not. Overall the stay was good and I would stay there again. Also wifi is not free.
Verified traveler (6/5): It's not a hotel. - It was ok. It's not a hotel. And it's very annoying that the reception is open for few hours everyday and the staff are not so helpful and they don't know so much. The Location is good. Not far from the beach.
Annette (8/5): Wonderful Biarritz - We had not been to Biarritz before and after one week still had many things left to do so we will go back another time , The weather was poor just one day so we spent half a day in the sea life centre , the best we have ever visited it really was fascinating . Everyone was friendly , the shops are good , the bus service was excellent . The only downside is the lack of toilet facilities and in restaurants and the sea life centre, always men and women have to use the same loo and queue together which is bazaar.
Daniels (8/5): Great Location - Great location, local shops just around the corner which is a god send as eating/drinking out is very expensive one of the most expensive places we have ever visited in the world. Accomodation is of a great standard, kitchen badly fitted out but with only being there on holiday you can put up with it. The lighting in the hallway is on a re-mote sensor and you are walking the dark in some areas this needs to be adjusted.
Marie (8/5): enjoyable stay - Nice apartment, walking distance to beach, shops & restaurants. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Jacuzzi was a nice extra. There was a stale smell of smoke in one of the bedrooms which was the only negative we had. When we mentioned it to the staff they helped resolve this. Pool is small but perfect for us as we had a baby with us. Would come again
