It was quiet at night and a short walk to pubs, cafes and bakeries. Can charge your EV aswell. Great view of Mt Warning from room! Nothing

We got an early check in with no dramas at all and I would highly recommend this place for anyone travelling in the area. We will be back :) NA. We were missing duvet cover on one bed, but I'm sure that would have been fine if we'd checked in a little earlier and noticed while reception was still open.

- Margaret Coates (8/5): Well located , clean tidy accomodation - great for an overnight stay - Well located motel , good sized rooms with TV , microwave, kettle, mini fridge/ freezer , cutlery / crockery, coffee, tea , milk and biscuits, bath products provided. Clean and tidy - didn't see reception staff but good communication through messaging service and key was left in a lock box for us . Easy walk to local shops ( although a little hilly in the region ) Lower level units available on request if you don't want to use stairs ( we wanted to store our bikes in our rooms for security. ) Didn't get to use the pool so can't comment but no major faults to find overall.
- Leah (3/5): Not the cleanest place to stay. - When we checked in, the lady at reception was lovely. We stayed here to do the Rail Trail, it was only 1.3km from the accommodation. The bed was comfortable and clean. Besides the bed, the rest of the room was dirty; Mostly the floors, the carpet was disgusting and stained and the bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in months. The room had a smell to it as well, it wasn't pleasant.

- Rena (8/5): Good place, great location, clean and comfortable - The Motor Inn is a short 5 min walk into town where there are ample cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The walk back is up hill though. The place is very clean and quiet - the rooms almost soundproof. Aircon worked well, as did the Internet. If you want a meal in the room, there is minimal crockery and cutlery The bathroom is Room 10 is tiny, with no hooks to hang towels or clothes.

This was - The location was fine and the bed was comfortable and clean It is very old and smells musty. The bathroom is old and the shower has a wall to step over in order to get into it. Not easy for anyone let alone a person that uses a walking cane. We asked for a room that required no stairs and were given a room at the farthest end of the carpark so still required the most walking to get to with a cane.

The beds were comfortable The water pressure and heat in shower are amazing Mocconna coffee sachets FALSE ADVERTISING on Booking.com Rooms look NOTHING like advertised it’s broken cupboards, missing chip boarding, filthy appliances, stained lounges and floors, tiny bathrooms Lacking cutlery and crockery for a 3 person booking One teaspoon, 3 side plates, 2 bowls, enough butter knives and forks just. 3 mismatched and different size cups 2 coffee pods for 3 people for 2 nights No face washers, no additional towels 3only for 3 people (to bad if one was dirty or need to use on floor) as the shower door doesn’t close properly and water goes onto the floor. someone came in the room and replaced 2 towels the next day, dirty wet floor mat still in there and they left the blanket on the floor we had to use as floor mat no dishcloth but provided a sachet of dish liquid FALSE ADVERTISING on the tv access TVs are brand new but waste of investment (the money could be much better placed elsewhere) when you can’t use them or connect to anything, go to reception for help and told she doesn’t know how to do it and offered NO alternative option. Walk up to reception and see a deep green murky pool that should be ready the next day WORSE the next day If I had the money and knowledge of the area I would have left and booked elsewhere … ONLY stayed as thankfully we were not in the room much at all VERY run down and outdated for the price being charged. Expect $100-$120 a night NOT $181 photo to show the kitchen area (no sink) and filthy appliance (toaster in this pic)

- Frances (3/5): The worst motel I’ve ever stayed at - The beds were comfortable Office closed and staff not answering phone at check in time. Had to call 4 times to get callback. Room 3, dated and badly worn. Old unhygienic cabinetry in kitchenette, shower dirty. Shower door didn’t close so water flooded the bathroom floor. Power points moving when items unplugged. No bedside power point . Carpet and lounge stained. A refit badly needed. Pool green colour

- Stephen (3/5): Below average and way over priced. - Bed was comfortable Out dated, 30 year old decor, aircon had no vents, daily room clean didn’t happen twice, then when it did, they didn’t replace towels, shampoo soap or tea and coffee, had to go to reception to get fresh towels. Need to spray for pests, saw many cockroaches. Need privacy curtains so people can’t see in.

- Harry (5/5): We were comfortable enough but just sat in our room and read our books. - Navigating the parking was a challenge at first, as we were not told clearly where to go. Once we understood, it was quite acceptable. We couldn't access free to air on TV. No clear instructions for TV as we're not good with understanding scanning and connecting. When we wanted help with TV there was no staff around to ask. Office closed!
- Carol (7/5): Wheel chair accessible NOT wheel chair friendly - Great location, has good facilities pool, bbq, court yard, disabled access, disabled parking. AC was promptly fixed upon informing front of counter staff. Room was accessible not wheel chair friendly, had to move beds to manouver wheel chair for family inclusion. Exiting pool was not wheel chair friendly, yes it has a ramp but too steep and gate openinh not accessible for lone wheel chair user. Garden courtyard is not accessible at all. Bathroom was big but shower space small with wall chair that person slips off and small teansportable shower stool, no room to help with PC in shower. Disabled parking right outside room however non disabled people park there and get angry when ask them to move vehicle. Bathroom door to heavy for self moving person in wheel chair. Staff on arrival informed me person parked in accessible parking was dosabled, they were not nor were their passengers, no sticker on car. Gentlemen driving the car was rude, aggressive when trying to explain it was accessible parking. No guest laundry. No information booklet in room other than about wifi and repairs. Under the beds looked like they hadnt seen a mop or vacuum in months. Room needs sun blinds over windows so AC doesnt have to work so hard.

- Ross (7/5): overpriced for what you get - The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The fridge was also good as it had a seperate freezer. The bathroom was very very dated and not clean. Also the people in number 12 kept going past our window all night and in the morning.
- Emma (10/5): Lovely staff (thank you for holding my wallet for me ❤️❤️❤️), decent sized room, small bathroom, good facilities. A soli - They were really accommodating, moved us into a ground level room after we asked to change due to having bikes. On check out I realised later that I’d left my wallet behind in the room , front desk were amazing, they had it in a secure drawer at front desk and I was able to collect it on our way back up the coast. Great for a short stay Small pokey bathroom and in need of a refresh. Small but comfortable beds
