- Patrick (9/5): Perfect Hotel for our Osaka trip ! - Perfect hotel for our Osaka stay, vey modern, very clean, and the price with breakfast included, cant ask for better. staff was very helpful and nice Breakfast was great, but already for my taste to western. Fries and Spaghetti , really ??? Please prepare a more japanese breakfast!

- Ferran (9/5): Buen hotel en Osaka - Buena ubicación, camas muy cómodas y personal muy agradable y servicial. Las lavadoras funcionan bastante mal, en especial el modo secadora, y solo hay 3 lavadoras para todo el hotel.

Zaraz przy wyjściu z hotelu znajduje się zejście do podziemnego przejścia prowadzącego do stacji metra. W recepcji dostępne podstawowe środki higieniczne oraz kawa i herbata. Zdecydowanie polecam :)

- HIROKO (10/5): - あるサイトから予約したのですが、バグなのか2部屋予約になってしまい、ホテルではキャンセル出来ないとのことで、サイトに連絡しましたが返事は来ず…困っていたら、ホテル側からサイトへ連絡してくれたお陰で無事にキャンセルが出来ました。キャンセル料も発生せず、 本当に助かりました。立地も良く大阪に行く際は、また必ず利用させていただきます！

Но вроде я Японии везде так ) Особых просьб к сотрудникам не было, но с теми что подходили - все решалось. Не то чтобы не понравилось, было в рамках ожиданий - компактный номер. Но еще раз, ровна на такой и рассчитывали. Вдвоем было комфортно.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was a good size for one person. Would have been very small for two people staying more than a night or two.
