Guest Reviews
- Nelson (10/5): - Everything Nothing
- Natasha (1/5): No running water all day is awful. - Friendly staff! There was no running water my entire stay. I checked in at 2:00pm and checked out at 11:30 pm to go somewhere else with running water.
- Tammy (9/5): - The location was great, close to my appointment. I didn’t have breakfast.
- Elizabeth (1/5): Not a good stay - The location was good There was no hot water. I was not reimbursed at all for that. They gave me a free breakfast which I feel should’ve come with the room that cost over $100.
- Cannon (10/5): -
- Henry (5/5): - The wood bed frames were covered with the linens and stuck beyond the mattress about 3-4". Kept hitting my knees on the bed. No regular soap in the room. Only lotion and the stuff in the shower.
- Tiffany (8/5): Over all clean rooms and good sleep - The location is nice. Off the busy interstate and easy to get where you need to go. It had rained the night before and there seemed to be some leaks in the casinos smelt kinda musky.
- Jose (10/5): -
- Roxanne (9/5): I had a pleasant visit. - I didn't like that we had to pay for parking.

- Cheran (3/5): - Location, parking was well lit Room was dirty from over used by oil field workers. Very large cocroach bug in bathroom. Told front desk and didnt do anything; killed it myself. Walls had very large stains on wall. Walls by bed had boot scuff marks, chairs were oily. Shower was slow draining and very slippery.
- Sarah (9/5): Overall, it's a nice hotel for a quick stay. - The location was great - central to a lot of restaurants and right off the highway. The staff was friendly and very quick to help when needed. I did not like that the main bar was closed on the weekends - it was the main reason I chose to stay at this hotel because my husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We had a quick drink at the smaller bar that had less options and not the proper ingredients to make an old fashioned, the bar tender did his best though. I also was so excited to take a relaxing bath and even put that in my request at time of reservation - our bathtubs drain stopper was broken and I had to use washrags to help plug the drain and the water still drained. The lights in the lobby were flickering and it triggered a migraine for me.
- Jeff (8/5): -
- Alejandra (1/5): Terrible staff was talking about me like if they were in high school and I tried many times calling - Nothing I just stayed there because I didn't had any other option They charged me $50 extra after check out
- Stephen (10/5): -
- Jessica (8/5): Overall it was good! - Nice facilities and staff I wish the pack and play had a more comfortable mattress for my toddler.
- Leah (4/5): I picked this place based on the 3 point star review, and I was sad that it did not meet this. - Friendliness of the staff. Great Bar/ bar staff. Breakfast was great, They gave us a one day pass for breakfast. Pool was super dirty. There were chairs in the pool. Trash and towels everywhere. Our fridge did not work in the room. We had a light in the hallway that kept coming on and off during the stay. Breakfast was very expensive.

- Consuelo (4/5): - It was a good location, the day receptionist was very friendly. You have to pay for EVERYTHING.
Parking is an extra fee.
Breakfast is advertised but $16/pp which is INSANE to me. We booked this hotel because we thought it was nice and a good bang for our buck but nope turns out more expensive than my first choice. I definitely won’t be staying here again. The wall thermostat was broken and just hanging, there was a random screw on the corner by the bathroom that I scratched my leg on, there was a acs barely blow so it was hot in the room. When we went to breakfast the server asked my kids what they wanted even before we realized we had to pay for it which is crazy because my kids just wanted cereal. I went to grab a fruit from the fruit bowl, after we were basically forced to get breakfast, and the fruit was sitting on molded fruit. Gross. Ended up spending about $180 after room, parking, drinks and breakfast. Not worth it at all.
- catherine (10/5): As a single woman traveling, I feel very safe there. - Hilton Garden Inns are always clean, friendly, and helpful.
When possible, I stay at Hilton Garden Inns when and wherever I can. The Keurig coffee makers!
Please bring back the brew coffee makers. Keurigs make terrible coffee, they're wasteful and I don't enjoy smelling or tasting plastic, especially on the mornings.
- Richard (7/5): Decent stay, I used the guest laundry and, other than the washer ripping me off AGAIN, it did the jo - Breakfast was overpriced. For $16 I shouldn't have to make the choice between an omelette or the breakfast buffet. At that price, the buffet should be at least 50% larger and the cook's station should offer more. I felt ripped off. The coffee was not good either. I've had the breakfast twice on two separate stays. Once with the buffet and once with the chef. I won't do that again. Midland has many excellent breakfast restaurants that I would prefer. Chef was a very nice guy though! Add more items on the buffet. the fruit was warm. The hash browns that the Chef made with my omelette were not nearly enough and they were greasy.
- cooke (7/5): Comfortable and clean - It was just a normal motel room. Nothing too fancy, but definitely worth the 112 we paid The water pressure in the shower
- Ally (7/5): -
- Burnham (6/5): I will not stay there again because of the elevator issue and because I asked for a first level room due to my husband‘s - I liked the location of the property. Property was somewhat in repair. The elevator was not working properly. I had tremendous safety concerns in case of an emergency.

- Zane (9/5): Superb - Clean rooms and pretty cheap No complementary breakfast. You have to pay $16 each person for breakfast. Plus the hot water isn’t even hot
- Matt (2/5): We stayed in room 222 for 2 nights, the fridge didn’t work and we didn’t realize that til the next morning we put our da - Nice and fancy The elevator hardly worked
- Tom (7/5): Good -
- Laurie (8/5): Very good -
- Eddie (5/5): Disappointing - No water when we arrived for about 45 minutes, water barely gets hot enough to take comfortable shower, came up to my room after being out with family and my room key had been deactivated, desk clerk said he had know idea what that happened but came up with new key, used to serve free breakfast, now you charge for it!!
- Anyhony (1/5): Bad -
- Baruc (8/5): Very good -
- Baruc (9/5): Superb -
- James (1/5): Bad -
- Johnna (3/5): Poor - The shower was broken, we had to change rooms and the shower in the new room leaked out onto the floor. The tile in front of the shower popped up and was then another tripping hazard.
- Karin (8/5): Very good -
- Bonnie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Teri (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (2/5): Unacceptable. Paid full price for a below expectation hotel - Room play, lobby nice, staff friendly Elevators not working, ice machines broken on three floors, grill not staffed. No dog walk area
- Fabian (10/5): Exceptional - Elevator Issues.
- Halil (5/5): Passable - The elevator was not working, had tk take stairs to the 3rd floor
- Dadcarter (3/5): Wake up, front desk. - The location was great. The bed frame sticks out from the mattress making sitting on the side and getting in and out of the bed uncomfortable.
The elevators call buttons weren't working, so you had to call the front desk to push the button to get the elevator to go up when leaving the room. When I had to leave at 4 am, nobody answered the phone at the front desk. I am disabled and going down the stairs was uncomfortable for me.

- Danny (9/5): Superb - Everything NA
- Melissa (5/5): Passable -
- Joseph (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joseph (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (6/5): Ok - The room was comfortable. It's a little out dated for the price.
- C. (8/5): Common midland theme, allowing nonpaying groups to use the pool. Other than that, nice hotel. - Nice place, cool pool area other than the disturbance. Nice grounds. Great location. Seems that the evening manager at the front desk was allowing several young people to come enjoy the pool without having a room. One person let another 14 in thru the side pool door. We kept closing it for security since we had kids and a pet, but they kept going in and out. They certainly were under age and bringing in alcohol. We notified the manager, and he came out, spoke some Spanish, and left them a trash bag. They stayed another hour or so and left out the side pool entrance, leaving beer bottles and pizza hut trash behind. Seems like a common theme here in midland, honestly.
Subpar breakfast for $17 was a little much.
- Chukwuka (9/5): Superb -
- Steven (1/5): Staff was great but whoever was over the cleanliness of the rooms wasn’t doing there job. - First room had an intolerable smell coming from the bathroom. Girl at the desk was amazing. She gave us the adjoining room. It was better but still smelled and bathroom wasn’t cleaned well at all.
- Glenda (7/5): Good -
- Paulette (10/5): Exceptional - Loved ALL the Staff .........they were all so nice and helpful. That the beds stick out and I hit my knee every time.
- Dan (8/5): Clean, comfortable and a good nights rest - Excellent service and very comfortable beds and everything in the room worked nicely with out any hassles!
- Becky (8/5): It would have been excellent all the way with ice - Ice machines and elevators were down
- Jean (10/5): Exceptional - Nice pool and places to sit outside The dog fee was high for a one night stay,
- Erica (8/5): Very good -
- Victor (4/5): Disappointing - The pool area We go up there on the weekends for the pool and bar and founding out they don't open da bar on the weekends
- Joe (7/5): Good -
- Guilherme (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mackenzie (4/5): Disappointing -
- Toshika (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, location was great, pets welcome, room had everything we needed. Pet fee was too high for one night stay.
- Bransen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Arriana (8/5): Very good -
- Jodi (8/5): Very good -
- Rebecca (9/5): Superb -
- Wade (6/5): Nice hotel, but not the most comfortable. - It was a very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and answered our questions. The beds were not comfortable. We were only given three pillows for each bed, and the pillows were very thin.
- Irvin (8/5): Very good - Friendly staff Breakfast was not included and a bit pricey for a family of 6
- Victoria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adnan (8/5): Very good -
- Victor (9/5): Superb -
