Coffee always available on second floor. Apartment style rooms. In room laundry. The humidity in the room was unbearable. We were not able to control the humidity and it felt wet in the room our entire stay. The room needs a dehumidifier. I would not recommend this hotel due to the humidity issue in the room.

• Megan (9/5): Great location, fabulous amenities, would stay again. - Loved the useful things like filtered water on tap to fill our water bottles, the sleepy yoga suggestions, the washer/dryer and the generous room size. The staff were attentive and addressed any questions quickly. Close to two MRT stations, restaurants and loads of shops. The breakfast was completely fine but not as good as other hotels of similar quality.

The entire staff is amazing. They go above and beyond to make your stay the best. The hotel cleaning staff is hands down better than any other. One person I’d like to give special thanks to is the sweetest lady I’ve ever met. Her name is Napsiah but everyone calls her momma because that’s how she treats everyone. She is a wonderful person and truly represents the character of all the employees at this hotel.
• Marleen (8/5): Prima verblijf gehad - Het personeel is behulpzaam en vriendelijk! Het ontbijt is goed en er is veel keuze. De locatie is goed; je wandelt zo de Arabische wijk in. De metro zit op ongeveer 5 minuten lopen. De kamer was ruim en schoon. Er zijn nog wel wat puntjes die ze kunnen verbeteren om er een 10 van te maken. We zouden vanaf 15 u kunnen inchecken. Inchecken om 15.30 uur duurde lang en toen was de kamer nog niet Klaar. Dit kan allemaal vlotter. Ik zou verder adviseren de kamer nog eens door te lopen en alle kleine laatste punten in orde te maken; er was een wasmachine en droogrek maar geen knijpers of iets waar je je was op hangers aan kon hangen. Water stroomt behoorlijk de badkamer in ook als je kort doucht. Water wordt na lang stromen lauw, maar niet warm. Naast de wc zat een gat in de muur; op de grond een putje dat lang na bubbelde als je had gedoucht of de wastafel gebruikte.

• GrandTour34323649087 (2/5): Stay at your own risk - This was one of the worst “5-star” hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Stayed from 8–10 April and almost every part of the experience was frustrating, misleading, and poorly handled. We arrived at 2:30pm and were completely ignored at the entrance- no greeting, no help with luggage, despite a concierge literally standing there. At check-in, we were told that the room will be ready at 3pm and that we would be notified via WhatsApp when the room was ready. We returned at 4pm and received absolutely no update. What was the point of saying you would notify us? Only when we were finally handed the room keys did they inform us that the gym and pool were CLOSED for renovation. This was NOT stated anywhere on Agoda or their website. Instead, they said we had to request staff to escort us to a sister hotel every single time we wanted to use the facilities. This is completely unacceptable and feels intentionally withheld. The worst part: the room itself. We booked a 1-Bedroom Premium King because it was advertised to have a bathtub. There was NO bathtub. When I called the front desk (after having to Google the number because there were no instructions in the room), the staff told me that this room type does not come with a bathtub- and that only a cheaper, more basic room does. That makes absolutely no sense. How is a higher-tier room missing a feature that a lower-tier one has? As I made this booking through Agoda, they shifted the blame to agoda but this is NOT MY PROBLEM. When I requested a room change, the staff kept repeating that if I changed the room it will be a “DOUBLE DOWNGRADE, NO REFUND” multiple times, which was both irrelevant and incredibly unhelpful as he followed up and said no other rooms were available. After pushing further, they suddenly “found” a room with a bathtub- was told to wait 15-30mins for them to get the room ready but we had to wait 1.5 HOURS to be moved. Only after I escalated the issue did they offer a pathetic $40 voucher (usable at their sister hotel, not even their own). Bear in mind that I paid for the premium king room and had to be downgraded 2 tiers lower to a deluxe room for the bathtub that the room was supposed to have and the voucher was all they offered. I had to PUSH for a late checkout as they wasted 2-3 hours of our time just waiting around (they did not offer it to us). Service throughout the stay was consistently terrible. Staff showed zero hospitality- no greetings, no smiles, no acknowledgement at breakfast or during any interactions. Escorting to the sister hotel was a hassle involving multiple lifts, bridges, and buildings. Imagine doing that while wet after a swim. Completely ridiculous for a property of this supposed standard. To make things worse, on our final day, despite being granted a late checkout until 3pm, our key cards were deactivated at 12pm. We were locked out and had to go back down to fix their mistake. During checkout, at least four staff were sitting at the front desk chatting. They took our key cards without saying a single word. No confirmation, no thank you, nothing. We sat nearby for a while and not one person bothered to acknowledge us. This place is severely mismanaged and nowhere near 5-star standards. Misleading listings, poor communication, unprofessional staff, and zero service recovery. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

Gutes Frühstück, wenn auch wenig abwechslungsreich. Die Lage des Apartments ist gut, man kann zu Fuß zum Marina Square oder zur MRT Bugis laufen. Das Apartment war groß und geräumig. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Dusche im Bad ist nicht ganz dicht gewesen, sodass man nach dem Duschen ein leicht überflutetes Bad hatte…

• Explore50495521624 (10/5): Great time at Pan Pacific! - The hotel was fully equipped with all our necessities, and we had an amazing time during our 4 day stay. The hotel's amenities were maintained very well, and was not too crowded at any time. The staff were also very friendly! From our check-in and throughout our entire visit, the staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast foods were absolutely delicious, with a little switch-up in the menu everyday. Chef Amir in particular, was very bubbly and cheerful. He'd greet us and have light conversations with us. All in all, we had a great time. Would definitely come back again!

Ein sehr sehr freundlicher Service/Koch beim Frühstück. Die Lage ist zentral, aber nicht mittendrin und das fanden wir ideal. Genau am arabischen Viertel zur eine Seite. Wohn- und Business und andere Hotels ringsherum. Die Metro ist 5 min Fußweg entfernt.

The pool and room quality were outstanding, making my stay very comfortable and Enjoyable. The hotel's location is also excellent, conveniently situated close to many sights and attractions, which made getting around very easy. From the moment I arrived, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The entire experience was absolutely worth it, and I’m so happy I chose to celebrate Eid al-Fitr here with my family—it made the occasion even more special and memorable. The reception staff were consistently accommodating, friendly, and highly professional. Every request I made was handled promptly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. The housekeeping team also deserves recognition—they were warm, approachable, and did an excellent job maintaining the room. Overall, the service and comfort exceeded my expectations. I will definitely choose Pan Pacific Serviced Suites again for future stays. Highly recommended!

• Kaza662 (10/5): Wonderful Accomodation - Highly Recommended!! - All the staff were lovely, and nothing was a problem. On the last day, for example, when our car was at the wrong location to pick us up, the concierge really went out of his way to rectify the situation. This meant we were at the airport in plenty of time for our flight. We don’t know what would have happened if he hadn’t helped us. The kitchen was well-equipped, the view from the room was exquisite and the pool was wonderful. It was all the little touches that made the difference; we will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Singapore.

• Siti Haziza (7/5): It’s ok very basic. - Great location near Arab street so food choices were exceptional. The size of the room was nice. Would be great if we could open the windows a bit to air the room. Check in staff were robotic and not warm. Just doing what they have to do and nothing extra. For a 4 star hotel this could be improved. Didn’t make us feel welcomed at all.
• Jodiemparks (10/5): Great hotel, will recommend. - My husband, baby and I stayed at Pan Pacific Apartments for five nights. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for a baby. High chair and cot provided. It was a great hotel, situated perfectly, close to shops and public transport. We loved the complimentary bikes (one had a baby seat!) which we used often. The pool was fantastic with a great view. Breakfast had a great variety with an egg station, fruit, pastries, salad bar, yogurt, cereal etc. Chef Amir greeted us every morning and was so hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble! Cannot fault the staff here, very friendly.

• Karen (10/5): Extraordinary Experience - The room had a beautiful view, the pool was very inviting, they had a guest lounge, the elevators were fast, a short walk to the metro and there were lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Most importantly the staff were amazing and constantly went out of their way to assist when needed. The adjoining room didn’t have the nice view.

Location was great, across the road form the Arab precinct and easy access to convenience store. We will have no hesitation in staying again.

• CESAR (8/5): LINDO PERO NO FACIL DE ENCONTRAR. - Lindo hotel, lindo apartamento, comodo, . muy tranquilo y sin ruidos, tiene casi todo, (no horno), fácil check-in/out, bien el wifi, desayuno y lugar agradable. No es fácil encontrar, en Beach Rd no hay ningún 7500B. el ingreso está en una entrada a una zona: "The Plaza" Edredón sin sábanas, no me gustan.

House-keeping service was exceptional and provided everything we requested very quickly. Our room was really spacious and very clean. The beds and bedding were so comfortable. The room was very quiet at night. There was tons of storage. We had a really nice kitchen with filtered water and coffee service. The breakfast which was included in the price was extensive, diverse, and delicious. The elevators are super fast. The pool area is stunning and the gym is quite well appointed. We booked to celebrate my son’s first bday and they upgraded our room with MBS view, gave stuff toy, balloon and birthday cake for the celebrant🥳 A perfect blend of comfort and luxury - I would highly recommend this place. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. I would like to commend Syahira Ahmad for the exceptional customer service! Everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay🙂

• SamNZ (7/5): Poor Breakfast- No Hot Vegetarian options - The facility is clean & staff was very friendly. Check-in process was smooth. Breakfast- There were only handful of Vegetarian Breakfast items like bread, butter, cheese, cut fruits, crosoints & pattisaries. There was absolutely NO hot Breakfast for Vegetarians or special diatery requirements. We were informed if we needed Veg options, we have to inform one day in advance. We did so, but received only Rice noodles. Is this someone would eat first thing in the morning with Tea/Coffee? I suggest, there should be more Vegetarian varieties to include (if possible Indian dishes), given there are many Indian guests must be visiting this hotel.

We found the bed a bit too hard, we woke with sore hips and back and air conditioning was never consistent, it sometimes was so cold other times warm. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it perfect for families. The environment felt safe and welcoming, and the location was very convenient.
