Dominika (9/5): Great hotel in Chinatown, close to the Brooklyn Bridge - We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location in Chinatown is excellent, just a short walk from the Brooklyn Bridge and perfect for exploring Downtown Manhattan on foot. The room was very clean, and the bed was large and comfortable. The only challenge was the hotel payment process, as there was no contactless payment option and payment had to be made with a physical card, which might be stressful for guests who mainly use mobile payment apps. However, the staff was extremely kind and helpful, and they quickly turned the situation into a positive experience.

Colazione abbastanza buona. Struttura valida, ma la porta del bagno sfida le leggi della fisica: aprirla dall'interno senza scontrarsi con i sanitari è un'impresa! Forse l'architetto era distratto... Il divano letto dove dormiva il bambino risultava leggermente scomodo.

The location is great — everything is close by, either within walking distance or easy to reach by metro. Breakfast was also really nice, with a good selection every day.

CATHERINE (8/5): Bon rapport qualité/prix - Nous sommes une famille avec 2 ados, l'emplacement de l'hôtel était top. L'accès au métro, à 5 minutes à pied, nous a permis de nous déplacer trés facilement dans Manhattan et de pouvoir revenir nous poser dans notre journée. Situation à 2 pas du pont de Manhattan. Les chambres étaient propres et avec 2 lits king size. Le petit déjeuner inclus nous a permis de partir tous les matins à l'assaut de New York ;) J'ai aimé aussi le fait d'avoir de l'eau chaude à disposition et des fontaines à eau toute la journée. Le personnel était assez sympathique et disponible. La diversité du petit déjeuner aurait pu être améliorée. Nous aurions aimé avoir des pancakes mais cela n'a jamais été le cas!

Le confort de la literie est super ainsi que davoir un frigo et un micro-onde cest top. La chambre qui donne la vue sur le pont cest super sauf qu'on est en face de l'ascenseur qui fait un bruit de claquement des quil se deplace. Le petit dejeuner manque de bacon avec les oeufs car le steack à base de saucisse turque pas top.

As a result, the noise from the train crossing the bridge was clearly audible throughout the night. While the breakfast quality was good, the staff did not replenish the food once it ran out, even though the breakfast service was still ongoing.

Quartier qui peut paraître peu sécurisé (ruelles sombres, SDF, toxico..), mais nous n'avons personnellement eu aucun problèmes.
Jiska (8/5): Prima hotel en erg vriendelijk personeel. - Erg vriendelijke personeel, 5 minuten lopen naar jet dichtstbijzijnde metro station. Bus stopt nagenoeg voor de deur. Het hotel zelf is schoon en netjes. Het ontbijt mag wel iets uitgebreider en gevarieerder. Wanneer je een vroege vogel bent heb je genoeg plek, later op de ochtend wordt het krap. Eten is vers en wordt goed aangevuld.

Michelle (8/5): Overall good place to stay on a budget - The hotel was good for our needs. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was complimentary which was good. Loved having the microwave in the room. The location was good, however the surrounding was dirty, cardboard boxes etc left on the street for collection which made the area look bad. Noisy in the rooms due to trains passing by 24/7 We had the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds for 4 adults. Room was small and crammed. Not enough space for 4 suitcases. House keeping is only offered every other day, bins fill up.

Catherine (7/5): Nice place but not great for special diets - Friendly and helpful staff. Good sized room with refrigerator, tv and air-conditioning. Good location on the edge of Chinatown with easy access to subway and Manhattan Bridge. Unfortunately although we'd advised of our dietary requirements in advance of our stay (1 gluten free and 1 vegan) there was very little available to us for breakfast each day. This was very disappointing.

Tom (8/5): Good value deal in central Manhattan - Location is key on this one, just below Chinatown in central Manhattan. Good value for money therefore. The metro line on the Manhattan bridge is very near, meaning that all trains made substantial noise inside the room. We’re sound sleepers but be warned, you’ll hear them! Breakfast was also mediocre, in a space which is definitely too small for the hotel’s capacity.

El desayuno, lo peor que he visto en años (acumulación de genre, no te puedes ni sentar, poca variedad, y sobre todo malísima calidad). La habitación la limpian día sí, día no. Te cobran 50$ más por día en concepto de fianza sin avisar ni explicar. Te cobran 5$ por maleta si la dejas en consigna antes de irte...con límite de tiempo (solo hasta las 19 h).

Alexandra (9/5): Hotel in sehr guter Lage - Sehr gute Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück, ständig verfügbarer Kaffee und Tee, mitgebrachte Speisen können im Speiseraum verzehrt werden Leider hatten wir das Pech , dass Wasser aus der Toilette in unser Zimmer lief. Nasse Wäsche wurde aber direkt vom Hotel gewaschen und getrocknet zurückgebracht

Viviane (9/5): Cost effective option in NY - The mattress is very comfortable and the room is quite large for NY standards. The shower has good pressure and the location is also great, just two blocks from the metro station. The noise from the train is audible from the room, so be aware if you are a light sleeper. The breakfast is very basic.

Victor (7/5): - El hotel tiene una ubicacion excelente para moverse por NYC, las habitaciones estaban limpias y en servicio al cliente fue muy amable en todo momento. Las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño, la cama era grande y comoda. Siempre tuvimos agua caliente en la ducha. Lamentablemente hay una linea de metro superficial cerca por lo que puede interrunpir el descaso si toca una habitacion cercana al metro. Ademas, el desayuno tiene pocas opciones y es repetitivo, pero cumple su objetivo. Por momentos, la calefacción no funcionaba adecuadamente.

K (5/5): Should have paid a little more to stay in a nicer location - Proximity to things. Friendly staff. Very noisy neighborhood especially at night. Ambulances and police sirens all night long. Subway track close by. No lobby in the hotel to sit. Our room was very small. Mattress uncomfortable.
