• Saad (3/5): Rockville House Bulgaria Members Only Club - The location and everything they have The fact that Sense hotel doesn't have a say or can do anything about the restaurants and entertainment that is outsourced. Besides the rooftop restaurant managed and operated by Stefan and the Hostesses and staff of the rooftop bar ... The ground floor supposed Jiru restaurant of Chef Gordon Ramsay, staff has the same attitude of Gordon Ramsay.. I have always stayed at the Sense Hotel Sofia for the last 10 years at least .. always has been an amazing place to stay.. I love the staff.. But this disconnect of not managing and operating everything themselves is Not Working.. Having said all this .. in my defense.. Jiru staff needs to be trained in dealing with all kinds of customers.. Gordon Ramsay need to take this in notice .. the distaste from their behavior.. on Valentines Night of all the times .. a 7.30pm reservation means 7.30pm... and if the guest arrives at 7pm then what does that mean you should do .. ? Especially when you are a part of Sense Hotel.. so in addition being a Hotel guest .. and booking.com guest .. Jiru staff is horrible .. the worst I have seen .. convicts dressed like staff trying to pull of a heist .. forget that .. my money can be sent elsewhere.. given that your amazing tasting food even has a value .. your service made the food taste disgusting.. • Eliyahu (8/5): מלון ברמה גבוהה, ללא בריכה פעילה - מלון ברמה גבוהה, חדרים גדולים מאד מעוצבים יפה, מגבות גדולות ועבות, גם חלוקי רחצה. חדר האוכל בקומה 9 עם נוף מקסים לעיר המושלגת. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה. בחרנו במלון הזה בעיקר בגלל שיש לו בריכה מחוממת. התכתבתי עם המלון מראש כדי לוודא שהבריכה פתוחה ומה טמפרטורת המים. אך שהגענו למלון נאמר לנו שהבריכה סגורה כי צריך להזמין מראש שעה והכל תפוס עד אפריל.

• DIMITRIOS (9/5): TOP - 1)Το κατάλυμα πρώτα απ’ όλα είναι σε κορυφαία τοποθεσία 2) Έχει top πάρκινγκ φυλασσόμενο υπόγειο οπου μπορείς να φορτίσεις δωρεάν. 3) Έχει πάρα πολύ ωραίο spa (που φαίνεται λίγο παρατημένο και θα έλεγα καλοπροαίρετα να το δουν λίγο)οι κοπέλες στο μασάζ κάνουν τόπ δουλειά σε πολυ καλη τιμη. 4)εχει μικρο αλλα καλο πρωινο και με ωραια θεα. 5) Όλο το ξενοδοχείο το κουβαλάει στις πλάτες του ο κύριος που σε βοηθάει με τις βαλίτσες το πρωί στη ρεσεψιον και σε βοηθα με το αυτοκίνητο. Αυτός ο άνθρωπος είναι ικανός να σου λύσει όλα τα προβλήματα με το χαμόγελο. Είναι σίγουρα το μεγαλύτερο θετικο για το ξενοδοχείο αυτός ο ανθρωπος. Δεν μας άρεσε ότι είχαμε κλείσει το καλύτερο δωμάτιο του ξενοδοχείου,με την καλύτερη θέα και ενώ ήμασταν με νεογέννητο βρεθηκαμε σε μια δυσαρεστη θεση. στον 8 όροφο που υπήρχαν μόνο τρία δωμάτια είχε βλάβη με τα ηλεκτρολογικα και δεν το είχαν διαπιστώσει πριν φτασουμε και μας μεταφέρανε σε δωμάτιο χαμηλότερης κατηγορίας στον 7ο οροφο και χειροτερη θεα. Στο τελος το διαχειρίστηκαν πολύ επαγγελματικά οπότε κανένα πρόβλημα και βοήθησαν πάρα πολύ ωστε να περάσουμε καλά αυτές τις μέρες των Χριστουγέννων με την οικογένειά μου.Ηταν τα πρώτα Χριστούγεννα με το μωρακι μας.Θα γυρισουμε συντομα και με την Ναταλια την κουμπαρα μας.

• Alex (9/5): Wonderful hotel with terrific view - The room we were initially given was already very comfortable, spacious and with a fantastic view. We asked for a paid upgrade, and we moved to a suite that was amazing. Better view, lots of space, reasonably priced. We got a tip for a restaurant from the concierge that did not meet our expectations. The service in this restaurant was not so great, and it turned out very expensive at the end.

I’m not sure if I was on the top floor just below their roof restaurant or if this was from one of the neighboring rooms, but i heard loud music at night. I was tired so didn’t mind & fell asleep fine though.

Zetral, modern Ich fand das ein bisschen übertrieben, dass eine zusätzliche Kaffeekapseln fünf Euro extra gekostet hat. Ebenfalls waren die restlichen Minibar Inhalte auch sehr überteuert. Ich finde den Preis von 400 € nicht angemessen, sondern total überhöht. In der 17 Etage hörte man leider Musik von der Rooftop Bar. Selber hat man aber kaum Einlass bekommen. Lichtschalter hat es leider nur auf der einen Seite des Bettes gegeben. I hope this message finds you well. I would like to take a moment to express my concerns regarding my recent stay at your hotel, as unfortunately, I was not very satisfied with several aspects of my experience. Firstly, I found it quite inconvenient that I had to pay with my card for every order within the hotel. This practice made it difficult to settle my bill at the end of my stay, and the explanation provided—that it was due to my card—felt inadequate. Additionally, my friend and I faced a disappointing situation regarding dining options. Both of your restaurants were overbooked during our visit, leaving us with no available seating. It was particularly frustrating to see non-guests allowed access to the bar while hotel guests, like ourselves, were not prioritized. Moreover, I expected a greater variety of food at breakfast. The selection was limited, which did not meet my expectations for a hotel of your caliber. I also noticed that not all staff members at the reception and housekeeping spoke Bulgarian, which could be challenging for some guests. To add to my dissatisfaction, I was almost charged nearly double for the minibar usage. This seemed excessive and unjustified. Moreover, the attendant who refilled the minibar entered my room without waiting for my permission, which I found intrusive. I was disappointed to learn that my friend would need to pay an additional €25 to use the spa amenities, despite having booked a room for two people. This lack of inclusivity in services was surprising given the price point of €400 per night.
• Aviram (10/5): - The room is very spacious and beautiful. We asked for and received a room with a beautiful view. Excellent service. The food at Rooftop is excellent but the portions are relatively small. The food and drinks at the rooftop are very very expensive. The hotel should work to improve the atmosphere in the spa pools. The mechanics of the water circulation in the pool are very, very noisy and unpleasant and not suitable for the atmosphere that is supposed to be relaxed in the spa.
