Este hotel tiene buen restaurante es bufé es buena la comida , el hotel es bueno pero si está a buen precio, solo no lo vayan a tomar por el transporte aeropuerto es lo peor.

Los llamé por teléfono y nunca cogen, les envié un mensaje y no contestaron. Incluso les envié un email al que nunca contestaron. Vamos imposible comunicarme con ellos !!!

Otro punto a destacar el baño tenía el lavabo atascado y se quedaba todo el agua ahí… asqueroso. Muy decepcionante nuestra estancia

- Alison (7/5): Mala experiencia - Muy cerca al aeropuerto y ofrecen el shuttle gratuito. La verdad no nos fue bien. Nuestro vuelo llegaba en la madrugada y cuando salimos a ver el shuttle había muchísima gente (como 200 personas para subirse) la razón todo un vuelo cancelado iba al hotel. Tuvimos que esperar una hora para subirnos al bus. Llegamos al hotel e igual esperamos como 30min para hacer check in. Luego mi esposo se quedó encerrado en el baño porque no servía el cerramiento. No fueron a ayudarnos tuvimos que desarmarla a la fuerza.

Very helpful snd friendly. Miguel should smile more to match his excellent service. The bedroom was too small and living room too big.Tight squeeze. Should be the opposite for a 1 bedroom suite. My review/perspective coming from 2 adults with no children traveling along.

Nice lift to airport - I love the 2 room suite. 50in t.v in living room, 2 waters waiting for me, extra blanket, good movie t.v channels many in English. Location is on a bus line but far from metro. Everyone came in taxi or Uber. Restaurant and vending machines were good. I had a tuna sandwich one night only €3.5 euros. Hot shower. The shuttle was fast and nice. The driver was pleasant. Location, only close to airport. No convenience stores or anything else out there.

Ver como eran incapaces de facilitarle una cuchara de madera de los postres a una madre que queria dar de cumer a su bebé. encontrarle un trozo de jamon en la jarra de leche de soja. Goteras en el restaurante. Habitación en buen estado y ahí todo bien. Pero mas un tema de gestión, comunicacion interna y atención. Detalles mejorables en el restaurant.
- MARTA (9/5): Buen hotel cerca del aeropuerto. - Es muy bonito y cómodo, sobre todo la cercanía al aeropuerto. La ubicación, rodeado de edificios abandonados y con gente ocupando estos edificios y merodeando por el hotel . Había gente durmiendo en los sofás que había por el hotel, pasaban la noche ahí y la excusa de la gente de recepción es que el hotel estaba lleno, jamás he visto eso en ningún hotel. Mala imagen para un hotel que está unido al nombre de Meliá.

- Andrea (9/5): - Para repetir sin duda. Habitaciones amplias, colchón cómodo, la estética y decoración de la habitación me gustó mucho aún más que en fotos, ¡todo genial! Muy cerca del aeropuerto Me gustó todo. El único inconveniente fue el aparcamiento. En los alrededores hay muy pocas zonas para aparcar (zona blanca o azul) por lo que debes dejarlo en el parking del hotel (tiene precios por días)

Junior suite has 4 twin beds with a separate closed door bedroom, a table for eating. An airport shuttle makes it nice It's a busy location for checking in, no bell hops or assistance with luggage, including no luggage carts.

Lobby and "hang out area" look somewhat promising, but the table in hangout area was all sticky. (gross). I didn't even bother to eat my free meal based on what the hotel was like. Hallways stink like cleaning supplies and rooms are a dump. Most the lights in my room didn't work and none in the bathroom worked. There is no comforter, just sheets. Neighborhood is ROUGH, which is probably why there is a security guard constantly out front. Their "shuttle" service is a joke. Putting four adults in a Corolla taxi flagged down by hotel employee???

- Michał (5/5): - Obiekt przystępny cenowo. Pokój duży, przestronny. Łazienka spora, posiadająca wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty, ręczniki i podstawowe kosmetyki. Niestety sam hotel jest bardzo daleko od czegokolwiek, a przyjazd w godzinach wieczorny w praktyce możliwy jest tylko taksówką/boltem/uberem, przynajmniej częściowo. Zdecydowanie warto poprawić czystość. Kiedy przybyliśmy, w łazience był imponujących rozmiarów pukiel włosów na podłodze. Obsługa nie wysprzątała go niestety drugiego dnia, tylko zepchnęła pod umywalkę. Druga rzecz, to jakość obsługi na recepcji. Pracownicy niezbyt dobrze mówią po angielsku, czynne są wyłącznie dwa stanowiska, a kolejki na wiele minut to standard. Trzecia to transport z lotniska - daliśmy znać zaraz po rezerwacji, że chcemy z niego skorzystać, wskazaliśmy również orientacyjną godzinę przybycia. Niestety, otrzymane wskazówki dały niewiele, gdyż postępowanie zgodnie z nimi nie doprowadziło do przybycia busa, dodatkowo próba kontaktu na podany numer telefonu była bez sensu - włączała się automatyczna informacja powielająca te same wskazówki, które dostaliśmy pisemnie. Ostatnia, mała acz irytująca kwestia: w opisie pokoju była informacja, że otrzymamy klapki hotelowe. Nie było ich w pokoju, a na tę sugestię w recepcji oznajmiono nam, że przysługują one tylko w pokojach o wyższym standardzie.

- MARTA (8/5): El hotel bien pero me quedo con muy mala impresión - El hotel está muy bien, cómodo y limpio. La ubicación, aunque está muy cerca del aeropuerto que era lo que yo buscaba, la zona es bastante fea con edificios abandonados y con mucha gente ocupa. Además de que por la mañana temprano nos levantamos a desayunar, que por cierto, el bufet muy bueno, de los mejores que he visto. Pero al ir al restaurante pasamos por una zona del hotel que hay sofás y es como un salón muy grande, y resulta que había gente durmiendo ahí, había cuatro mujeres con mantas y bolsas y dormidas, lo dijimos en recepción y nos dijeron que no se habían dado cuenta porque no lo ven desde ahí, pero que podría ser gente que no tenía habitaciones pues el hotel estaba lleno. Yo más bien creo que era gente de los edificios de al lado que se les cuelan por la parte de atrás y no se enteran. Había mucha gente que no creo que estuvieran hospedados ahí. Da muy mala impresión al hotel, desde luego deja en muy mal lugar a la cadena Meliá.

- Armando (1/5): Decepción total - La zona ubicada para lo que yo necesitaba 1. Las camas eran extremadamente incómodas. 2. En la segunda noche de mi estancia, alrededor de las 6 o 7 de la mañana, alguien empezó a golpear la puerta de forma muy violenta (era la policía nacional) y, al mismo tiempo, desde recepción llamaban al teléfono de la habitación. Tras el gran susto, abrimos la puerta y resultó que se habían confundido con otras personas que se habían marchado de un taxi sin pagar. Después de este incidente, ninguno de los tres huéspedes pudimos volver a dormir. Intenté ponerme en contacto con el hotel, pero no obtuve ninguna respuesta. No esperaba una situación así y estoy muy decepcionado.

- Yanina (10/5): Súper recomendable. - Está muy cerca del aeropuerto, y como solo hacíamos una noche en Madrid antes de viajar a otro país, nos resultó espectacular. A unos metros pasa el colectivo 8, y caminando un poco también podés combinar con el metro, así que incluso en pocas horas de escala se puede ver algo de la ciudad. Al día siguiente nos llevaron al aeropuerto sin costo. Además, como nuestro vuelo era muy temprano y no llegábamos al desayuno, tuvieron la amabilidad de prepararnos una bolsa con un pequeño desayuno para llevar. Si tu viaje es para quedarte todos los días en Madrid, quizá este alojamiento no sea la mejor opción. Aunque las conexiones son buenas, te recomendaría elegir algo más cercano al centro para moverte con más comodidad y aprovechar mejor la ciudad.

- VVSG (10/5): habitacion grandes - la habitacion eramos 3 personas y tenia 2 cuartos y 2 baños lo cual estaba excelente y muy comodo para descansar antes de tomar el avión denuevo, a la ida del hotel al aeropuerto como era mucha gente contrataron carros tipo uber para ir a dejarnos y nos daban el desayuno para llevar, lo cual tmb estuvo excelente la llegada del aeropuerto al hotel la tuvimos que hacer en uber por que no habia camión que fuera por nosotros o alguien que nos brindara indicaciones en la llegada, asi que lo mas facil fue tomar uber

They said go and talk to booking.com and when I did they gave me a room
- francesca (9/5): ideale per vicinanza all'areoporto - struttura ben arredata anche se molto semplice, ma veramente il miglior indirizzo per dormire vicino all'areoporto di Madrid, navetta gratuita e personale veramente gentile. super consigliato, anche la cena a 19 euro a buffet è veramente ben cucinata e un rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Camera con letti pulitissimi e con salottino dove poter lavorare, anche gli spazi comuni sono molto godibili.
