• N (10/5): Beautiful stay for our daughter’s graduation. - The location is excellent and in walking distance to the green line. I did not like that our room 522 had very hot water in the sink by the bathroom. No adjustment helped it bring down the temperature to warm. Either it was too hot or cold.

• Rose (8/5): - The location was great for going to see a Red Sox game. The breakfast was pretty good. I miss the bacon. They only had sausage today. The lobby could use some brightening up. Very dark and dreary. The carpet in the hallway and guest rooms need cleaning. There should be some rooms with either doubles or queens instead of all kings and a pullout sofa. I had a sleep on a pullout sofa and it’s hard for an elderly person to get in and out of. I ended up closing it up and sleeping on top of the sofa. Which was very hard and uncomfortable.

We had reserved a king room, but with early check-in only clean rooms were available which was a bummer but we get it. I would love to have the option. I have some more flat pillows not just big and fat other than that all is well. Would’ve loved to have a pillow choice instead of fat only

Right beside Fenway Park with some great bars & food outlets within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Room was very clean, a good size with kitchenette fully supplied with tea, coffee etc. Very comfy bed & pillows, friendly efficient staff. Only minor negative was the power in the shower which is weak but this didn't affect the overall great 6 day stay we had in the hotel.

This is a working distance from Fenway Park and from “the Pru," which is Boston's premiere shopping in the heart of Back Bay, with many shops and restaurants… The stuff is very helpful and supportive. There are many spots around to have a dinner. Our room was, in a sense, simply quirky: constant issues with the air conditioning and electrical glitches meant we literally had to hunt for an opportunity to charge our phones through a night.

Romy was the one who checked us in very late and he was very considerate after a very long flight and a bad experience with another hotel. We transferred to Marriott at 1 am. He was very welcoming. • Kate (10/5): Excellent choice for back bay/Fenway area - Fabulous breakfast that was well staffed. Food met my wonky dietary restrictions . Can't beat the location - restaurants, etc steps away. Parking is efficient, and i lived the layout of the 1 bedroom suite. It was clean, friendly and comfortable. Nothing really.

• George (8/5): - Value per square foot is off the charts. Much better than I was hoping for. Needed a spot to eat in most of the time and the facilities supported this. It is very close to major medical facilities which is a big plus. The hotel is beginning to show it's age. It is maintained well but the building equipment (elevators, public facilities) aren't top notch. The room heaters and a/c are very loud and a bit finicky. Again, showing the age of the facility.

• James (10/5): Another great stay! - Even though it was only one night everything went smoothly. We arrive way earlier than normally allowed, but our room was ready. The staff there were very friendly, efficient, and of course professional. The location is perfect! Our son is a doctor at Beth Israel and he lives 7 minutes away from the hotel. If you are a Boston Redsocks fan you can see the statium from the hotel. The breakfast has a lot of options and there's a gym to workout at. We will be back. The weather

They did and i appr - Loved knowing that I was safe due to security measures to get in and out the hotel. Especially at night time , the key card is great to have to get in !Also love the manager who was on at night on Dec,31 and the day manger on the first. My room was not up to par.
