- Scarlet (8/5): Good stay in groovy neighbourhood - Its a great location run by a very nice team, in a cool neighbourhood in Beyoglu. They were prompt at responding and check in was easy. Bed was comfortable. Having the room without window is a bit challenging - but to be fair I was aware when I booked, so if you want to make sure you have a window you should request it. Otherwise all good!

- queen victoria (4/5): - I booked the superior soon with partial sea view on the second floor. I arrived at 11 PM and I wanted to take a shower, but the shower had mold around the floor around the drain. I contacted the reception. He told me that mold happens and the shower needs to be dismantled to get rid of the mold and it will just come back. When I asked if I am supposed to use the moldy shower, he sent someone to clean it with bleach. The shower hose is broken. Little water comes out. The drain is clogged so water runs on the floor and floods bathroom. The overhead shower head is so high up the water goes over the shower walls onto the floor. The place is not clean. The walls are dirty There was dirt all along the molding at the bottom of the walls. No window in bedroom. Too bad because this could be a nice place if the shower was fixed and it was given a good deep cleaning. I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend this to anyone else.

Mais côté hygiène le joint du carrelage autour de la baignoire est absolument à changer et il y a des soucis d'humidité sur le plafond de la piece à vivre et sur le mur. À part ces 3 points, l'appartement est superbe, bien placé et les hôtes sont agréables.

Güvenli bir mekan, herhangi bir problem yaşamadık. Sokağın gürültüsünü hissediyorsunuz özellikle geceleri. Pencerelerin ve hatta kapının yenilenmesi gerekiyor. Oda temizliği fena değil. Konum olarak tepede, yürüyerek ulaşım sağlamaya çalışanlara önermem çünkü çok dik yokuşlar çıkmak zorunda kalırsınız. Sokakta ücretsiz araç park yeri biraz sıkıntılı çünkü Cihangir sokakları dar. Otelin karşısında ücretli kapalı otopark bulunuyor. Fakat çok büyük problem yaşamadık. Görevliler ilgili.

The toaster was not working - the replacement provided was also not working.

- Julie (8/5): Great location with a beautiful view of the Bhosphorus. - The very tiny terrace offers a proper view of the Bhosphorus, and it has a lovely angle of the rising sun. By the afternoon the shade is wonderful where you can enjoy the view of the Bhosphorus for many hours till sunset without getting burned. The apartment is very spacious and bright from lots of natural sunlight. Good sized bathroom with very clean and plush towels. Plenty of restaurants around the area with easy access - ie, there is not much uphill climbing to do to get to these places and Istikal St once you are settled there. WIFI is quite weak, but serviceable. The kitchenette's sink looks spotless but it has a sewage odour from the drainage pipe. We left the sink covered as is, to stop the smell from leaking into the hall.

Beautiful view of the Bosphorus, especially its evening lights. The room had a balcony where you could leisurely sip coffee and admire the eternal lights or the sunrise. In no case, It's not like it ruined our holiday, but it’s worth taking into account when planning. Namely, the room needs to be refreshed, make cosmetic repairs. The toaster did not work, the kettle malfunctioned (it simply did not turn off automatically). In the bathroom, plaster was falling on the ceiling.

The neighborhood itself is a bit noisy but from the bedroom you can not hear a thing. The neighborhood is one of my favorite, a lot of cafes, breakfast places etc. Will stay again.

- Besnik (6/5): - Die Unterkunft ist etwas oberhalb der Stadt. Die Zimmer inkl. Einrichtung sehr abgenutzt, dafür geräumig und preiswert. In 10 min ist man fußläufig am Bosporus. Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in er Nähe. Achtung, auf den Bildern ist ein Rooftop gezeigt. Das gibt es nicht bei dieser Unterkunft. Der Verwalter ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

- Marilyn (10/5): Istanbul will cheat you but not this hotel - Borack was very accommodating and helpful. Speaks English well and helped us when our bags were lost for over 50 hours. When a taxi cab driver took all of our money just to go from the Blue Mosque to the hotel, he gave us 100 lira to get to the boatdock for our cruise. Very good people for Istanbul. Sad to say but most of them are out for the money - Muslim or not. Very bad example of their faith.

- Fatma Ceren (10/5): - Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr zugesagt. Es ist fußläufig zum Taksim und zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, das Personal immer hilfsbereit. Einziger Kritikpunkt: wir hatten das Zimmer aus der günstigsten Preisklasse und es war wirklich sehr sehr klein. Für einen Städtetrip war es ausreichend, aber die Koffer mussten wir auf dem Bett öffnen. Zudem gab es kein Sonnenlicht in dem Zimmer.

Flight was delayed by an hour and they were happy to keep reception open for us to check in after their closing time. Communication was excellent, we were mostly keeping in touch with staff using WhatsApp. Genuinely helpful and very friendly. Location is very good, the stairs up from the metro are a bit of a workout but they get easier. Highly recommend the rooftop terrace, we went after dark and it was incredible.. would have liked to watch sunset there but we were too busy

They informed about the room at last minute and asked to cancel knowing the fact that it is impossible to find a hotel in this busy area. - Anagha (7/5): Good. - Location is in a residential area. The apartments are spacious. There is an elevator which has direct access into your room. The view is cute. Not very clean. Dust in several places accumulated over a period of time. Stained curtains and towels. I had requested for a higher floor, and had asked them to prepare the extra bed prior to arrival. However, they did not even bother to look at my booking requests. Quite unprofessional.

- Konstantinos (10/5): Nice and clean room! Good value. - Good value for money. The place was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Additionally, it was conveniently located within walking distance from both Galata Tower and Taksim Square. We stayed on the lower floor and the soundproofing was quite poor. Luckily, the road outside was quiet, so it wasn't a big issue. However, the air conditioning didn't cool the room enough even when set to the lowest temperature. The location was a bit far from the commute, and if you wanted to take the tram from Galata port, there were a lot of stairs to climb. The easiest way to get there on foot was from Taksim square.

- Anna (9/5): Comfortable stay in the local neighbourhood - We stayed in the 3rd floor apartment which was lovely and stylish! It was easy to check in and out as the office is in the same building. Our apartment was clean and very comfy. The area is a little walk away from the busy central and and you can find many cute cafes and restaurants just next to the building. I would definitely stay here again!
