Cora (8/5): Prima keuze - Comfortabel groot bed, prima douche. Goede gym. Eenvoudig ontbijt maar voldoende om de dag te starten. Lokatie is ok. Moderne grote mall met foodcourt op 5 minuten lopen. De kathedraal is ruim op 10 minuten lopen, je loopt door een levendige winkelstraat. Vriendelijk personeel. Het hotel kan wel wat sfeer gebruiken.

Martinez (3/5): INSTALACIONES BASICAS FUNCIONALES, CON UN AMBIENTE FRIO Y DISTANTE Y POCO AMAÑADOR. - En general esta bien. Aunque es cómodo de forma básica. Del mismo modo, el trato del personal, sin ser malo, tampoco es bueno. Son distantes, poco acogedores, secos y distantes en el trato. La encargada del bar, atiende de mala gana las bebidas q son de cortesía. Esa actitud hace q el cliente no quiera repetir esa experiencia. Y los meseros en el restaurante, también les falta amabilidad y una actitud más servicial. Uno va a comer en la noche, alguna vez y no dan deseos de volver.

Diego Fernando (9/5): Un Hotel muy bien ubicado con una realación calidad precio muy buena. - Actualmente el hotel está completamente remodelado. Los ascensores son muy pequeños y solo caben 4 personas y si llevan maletas solo cabe 1 o máximo 2 personas. Esto hace que desplazarse entre las habitaciones y el restaurante o viceversa sea demorado así mismo al Lobby del hotel, etc.
