• Vasile Vasilescu (6/5): - Convenient location relatively close to the airport, parking out back, looks really nice and clean, appears as if it should be more expensive than it is. Staff was friendly, the lobby looked really nice and spotless, with a display cabinet for awards won. Adequate value for money. Only think I didn't like was a persistent smell in the room, not noticed until went to bed, maybe some previous guests have been smoking inside the room as the fire alarm was missing from ceiling. Another downside was the curtains, they do not cover the windows entirely. Also rough toilet paper.

• Nemanja (4/5): Osrednji boravak. Poraditi na enterijeru i higijeni umesto na eksterijeru. Ne vredi taj novac koji platite. - U hotelu divno dekorisani svi hodnici, spolja takoðe sve pohvale. Za recepcijom nema nikog, enigma je nekog dobiti telefonom. U sobi sa bračnim krevetom dobijen samo 1 frotir dovoljan za 1 osobu. Nakon traženja 2 frotira, isti je dobijen ali bez našeg prisustva u sobi, izuzetno neprijatna situacija zbog držanja ličnih stvari unutra. Posteljina se izuzetno oseti na dezinfekciono sredstvo od čega stvarno peku nozdrve. U smeštaju ne postoji nijedna kanta osim malene u toaletu koja se napuni za pola dana. Rezerve toalet papira ne postoje. Tuš kabina curi na pločice. Na noćnom stočiću od prošlih gostiju prosuto neko baby ulje. Glavna mana: Na sajtu prilikom rezervacije piše da je u cenu smeštaja uključen doručak, čak je to i naznačeno na oglasnoj tabli u sobi a zapravo je obmana. Doručak ne služe. Dakle plaćate samo smeštaj a ne polupansion.
• Milosavljevic (2/5): Uzaš - Zbog malog deteta tražili smo smeštaj sa što boljom ocenom, u nadi da je ta ocena garancija za kvalitet. Očigledno – nije. Na samom ulasku u hotel zapahnuo nas je jak miris algicida za suzbijanje buđi, ali smo pomislili da je to prolazno jer se radi o ulazu. Odmah nas je dočekala vlasnica hotela, koja nije želela da traži pasoše, već isključivo novac, i to po mogućnosti u evrima i odmah. Pošto smo došli sa detetom od godinu dana, platio sam bez rasprave. Međutim, po ulasku u sobu osetili smo jak miris nekog parfema, kao i izrazitu vlagu i buđ. Odmah sam primetio da je jedan krevet bio ubuđan i pocepan, dok je drugi bio improvizovan od dva dušeka, jedan na drugom. Kupatilo je bilo u potpunosti buđavo, a sa plafona je kapljala voda sa gornjeg sprata. Tepih u sobi nije bio ni usisan, ali smo i to zanemarili jer smo bili sa malim detetom. Takođe, vlasnica nam nije napomenula da planira da svake noći pravi žurke koje traju do 4–5 ujutru. Skrenuo sam joj pažnju da je muzika preglasna, ali to nju uopšte nije zanimalo. Zbog svega navedenog, četiri noći smo proveli pod velikim stresom i sa slomljenim živcima. Ne preporučujem nikome ovaj hotel, zbog potpunog nerazumevanja, neprofesionalnosti i bahatog ponašanja vlasnice. Not much to say as we were staying for a few hours during the night in our way to Serbia. No Swedish buffet. We were in a rush and went to serve the breakfast as soon as possible. But we had to wait as every dish is prepared separately. The breakfast is poor but you will not starve- some eggs, salami, cheese and a few little vegetables. After we waited to be served, we waited again to drink our coffees- that too is served individually.
• Michal (9/5): I really enjoyed my stay and recommend this place to stay when you are in Timisoara. - A very solid hotel with convenient parking, spacious rooms and good equipment. Breakfast without a buffet, but tasty and nicely served. Nice and smiling staff create conditions for a pleasant stay. The person at the reception is flexible and adjusts to your preferred check-in times. Could be at least a bottle of water as part of the room equipment.

• Mihet (10/5): If we have another chance to go that part of country, we'll definetely stay there again! - Everywhere was clean, quiet, the staff very friendly; right after we arrived, the lady brought us cofee and cold water with a slice of lemon ( from the house)! We didn't stay for breakfast, had to come back home - a few hundreds kilometers. We were quite impress by the hotel and the atmosphere there. Congratulations for the owners! Conglatulations Romania!
• Josef (7/5): Good value for money in Timi - Good option for the price, not so far away from the city center. Decent breakfast made to your order. Owner was friendly and helpful Well, the bathroom needs some deep cleaning as the shower corner was not so nice...
• Charlie (1/5): Stay elsewhere. Black mould and white stains. Inattentive. - Location was okay for walking into Timișoara. Relatively quiet neighborhood. In short - inattentive staff, shower mouldy and falling apart, white stains on bed. Stay elsewhere! In long - Arrived 5pm, hotel open, no one to be found. Called number on door, answered by a woman who I think is the owner. Says she'll send someone along to give me my room key but can she disturb me later for payment (sounds ominous, only just arrived, staying 2 nights - fortunately no disturbance materialised). Man appears, gives me room key and card for top floor, says breakfast 8-10am, agree 8am. Noted a number of opened/unopened beer cans scattered on each floor. Room is dark and dingy, shower is horrendous, base falling apart and leaking, significant build up of black mould around base and shower head (clearly not a new problem). Mattress is thin and noted a number of white stains on cushions on bed and headboard. No air con remote in room, go find man again who suggests there could be a payment required, rings woman, then hands over remote. Very tempted to leave at this point! Stay anyway, come downstairs at 8am next morning, no sign of hotelier, another man waiting for breakfast. Around 8:30, woman comes down (assume owner). Does then provide coffee and water, and tries to be attentive but another 20 minutes or so before breakfast materialises whilst she cooks all for one sitting. Dead flowers on fresh water on the table. Around 11:40am that morning am out and about and get a call from the woman, asking why I didn't stay the night and she's marked me as a no show - despite having spoken to her on the phone the day before (on the same number) and spoken to her at breakfast! Have to explain that I did in fact stay the night and give her the number of the room. (Somewhat strange - unsure if booking.com work around, definitely makes it harder to leave a review!). No daily room clean service. Next morning, breakfast has started by 8, little bit more efficient, same dead flowers.

It's a small family owned hotel which tries to offer a great service to their customers. You can really feel that. Let me say again: VERY friendly staff, they truly know how to treat a customer.
• Cn_bv (3/5): Very unpleasant experience - The location is close to Timisoara airport and a major Romanian highway and it was suitable to stop by. The room is big. There was no one at the reception when I arrived (it was 10-11 p.m. and I was really tired after a long drive) so not great to be kept waiting or to wander in the hotel for a receptionist. No breakfast in the morning (!!!) even if it was included in the room price (very unpleasant for a parent with a child in a city they have never been before). I totally regret having chosen this accommodation.
