• Nora (8/5): Very good - The hotel itself was very nicely designed, with only a few bungalows, which made it even more peaceful. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful! However, the bed sheets and towels had stains, which was disappointing. Apart from that, everything else was very clean. The location was a bit outside the city center, making it difficult to get around without a rented motorbike. The breakfast was quite nice (served in small boxes in a basket) but for a place like Thailand, where it's already 28°C in the morning, this might not be the best option. The yogurt, eggs and sausage became warm due to the sun and high temperatures, and the butter was completely liquid. It might be worth considering an alternative way to serve breakfast. Overall, it was a peaceful place to stay, but with some room for improvement.

The mattress was so hard and sunken in, so many mosquitoes in the room, bed was full of large stains (on the pillow cases to) even the bedsheets were ripped. We told the receptionist that we would like to upgrade and she said they have no availability, we explained our discomfort and they would still not refund us! We were there for five minutes. We asked for some percentage of the booking and they refused. After we left they sent me an email that they thank me for staying on their property… no service. Stay away! Much much better options in Krabi!

Daily breakfast delivered to the room was amazing and the pool was nice as well. Overall great stay. Good Coffee sold at the front of the hotel. It's a little far from everything, need scooter/taxi to get to the hub of Ao nang and to the beach. Otherwise 40 min walk.

Clean and beautiful pool. Some kitties come to make friends. We like having the shuttle to go in town. There is the coffee place in the hotel which is appreciated. We would love to come again.

AC worked fine, room looked good and breakfast provided by the door was enough to start the day. Nice staff! Key deposit required was pretty high and I was not informed about it before arrival. Breakfast is a bit too small as for me considering the price.

• Häly (8/5): Nice cozy stay. - Little cozy hotel just a little bit away from Ao Nang main area. Room was spacious and really liked that breakfast was brought to room, so we could dine on our little balcony area. And the bed was the comfiest of our stays so far. Though if you are taller than 180cm, bed might be bit short for you. Also loved cats family that lives in resort. We did put them clean drinking water and bought some food for them, so it almost felt like we are at home. Pool and half of the sunbeds were outdated and need some repair. The pool main area was okay, but jacuzzi part was broken. And sunbeds that had matresses, didn't look good. Either these matresses need deep cleaning or change.

• Ellen (4/5): Cheap, good breakfast but well worn. - The pool is as pictured. They provide a very healthy size breakfast and are attentive with the time guests would like it. There was a hot shower which was welcome after a day of exploring. The reception staff were very helpful and organised our transfers for a very reasonable rate. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay for a couple of nights while travelling it's fine, but wouldn't recommend as a holiday destination. The room is not as pictured. When we arrived the bedding was dirty so I asked for it to be changed, not what was needed after a long day of travelling. It smelt used and had dirty marks on it. The new bedding was changed quickly but still looked moth eaten and well worn. The room had signs of damage both on the front door and wardrobe door. It just all felt really unloved and worn down. The rooms have no sound proofing so you can hear the neighbours coming in and talking. The town is quite a walk away, about 45 minutes, which is fine if you are expecting it. There's nothing much to do around the direct area of the hotel but some nice local restaurants.

• Sujittra (6/5): Expecting more for 3*** rating - Location was ok, little outside of busy area but main road caused a bit of noise at night, reception were lovely, the lady delivery breakfast was bit noisy shouting across the one end to other , our first day of arrived was a problem as it was a gap above the door letting mosquitos in but lady was giving us a new room so that was sorted. Little rundown maintenance must needed.

The swimming pool is also a nice thing to have, since the hotel is located a bit far from the beaches. I had a very nice stay there. The door are not soundproof at all and I would be woken up by my neighbours quite often.

• Chris (3/5): Very uncomfortable - Pool area is nice and the breakfast was good - they bring it to your room. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever stayed in. Neither me nor my girlfriend got any sleep, it was like sleeping on a brick it was that hard. I’m not normally fussy about hotel beds, but both our backs were broken in the morning. The bed sheets also had stains on them, and so did the towels. The air con was also making strange clicking noises throughout the night. We couldn’t face another sleepless night in that bed, so the next morning I asked if we could change rooms, but they were fully booked - so we ended up leaving the hotel and booking another.

• Zara (8/5): A lovely stay in Ao Nang, however not very central. - The charming bungalows walk out onto a lovely pool area, with onsite cafe. The only downside to this property is the location.
• Robert (5/5): Not worth it - Reception staff was nice and they offer a shuttle to the beach. Probably one of the most disappointing accommodations we had. Place is in need of renovations overall. Dated rooms, old stained towels and linen, no hand soap, no small towels, mold on pool chairs, bad and honestly annoying breakfast model. Each morning you’d have the staff knocking on doors and screaming that breakfast is there…waking us up at 7 daily. Also, all the feedback that they seem to have acknowledged was not addressed whatsoever.

• Fabio (7/5): Good - The staff was always helpful and the pool was very nice It was not that clean, when we arrived, the bed sheets had stains and so we were not comfortable to sleep on it, hopefully the staff changed our room, the sheets where a bit better but still had stains and some holes on the pillow sheets. I think the sheets have to be changed to be honest. The pillow was very very stiff aswell

Housekeeping is also very kind and offers to refresh room every day. They also provide fresh towels and bottled water. About a 3 minute walk from a large supermarket and large 7/11. Also big food market on some days of the week. Cute cat families which stay at the property:) 🐱 Didn’t want to leave!

• Carly (9/5): Good stay in Ao Nang - Very peaceful stay. The pool was beautiful and as there was only around 14 rooms you usually had the pool to yourself which was nice. Room was great, clean and the bathroom was massive. They supplied shampoo, shower, water and coffee. 7-eleven 2 min walk away which was convenient. Also lots of local, cheap food places in the surrounding area. The location was about 45 min walk from main strip, we knew this already and thought it would be nice to walk but ended up getting grabs to and from which were only like 2 pound anyway. Other than that, no issues

The pictures did nit really match the reality of the facility, we could hear everything from the other bungalows. The room was huge but poorly arranged, as the fridge and the air conditioner were really noisy but facing the bed, while they could have hidden in the empty space beside the wall. No plugs on the two sides of the bed nor lamps on the two sides.

• Faye (8/5): A lovely peaceful hotel with a lovely pool area. Not the right hotel if you want to be on the main strip by the beach bu - Staff were really friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and air con worked well. When we came to leave the staff member in reception kept ringing the number of the transfer company for us until she managed to get a response which eased our stress a lot. Shuttle down to the beach is free and easy to arrange. Shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Reception offers a moped rental service. Pool area was beautiful and clean. A lot of things are not in walking distance so you will need to arrange your own transport wherever you want to go if you don’t want to rent a moped. A few of the things in our room were damaged (wardrobe and light switch)

Comparing to the other places in Thailand this was the worst. They talk about free shuttle to ao nang center and when we ask they said that they don’t have. Hospitality it’s a point that they need to improve.

You get what you pay for at the end of the day. - Honestly, the pool was the only nice thing about the on-site property. In terms of the bedroom the bed was really comfortable but other than that it was pretty outdated in a lot of things. I liked the water pressure in the shower. The fact that the TV was very old. The bedrooms weren’t that clean - found a lot of dirt on top of the cupboards and underneath the cupboards and also hair from previous tenants were still in the sink. They didn’t have an iron. One of the receptionist told us if we had to take water we would have to forfeit getting water the next day. So I didn’t like the fact that he said that. Water should be something the hotel provides at the requests of the guest at anytime.

• Veethefoodie (10/5): Awesome Stay in Phuvara Boutique Hotel - We happened to experience the best stay here at Phuvara Boutique Hotel in Krabi. The staff is extremely friendly and they all speak good English which was so convenient to communicate and get anything done. The receptionist Moli is so friendly, kind and smart she gave us some tips and advice before exploring the area that did help us a lot and saved some money. Not to forget about Sun he is extremely sweet and helpful. However, one night I lost my phone in a local bus which we just took from the road so there was no number or anything to contact. Eventually my husband was able to locate the phone and the Moli Sun and their friend helped us out by taking her vehicle and asked us to hop on and drove off to the place where the taxi driver was residing at and thanked him and got the phone and drove us back to the hotel and dropped off. It was one hell of an experience they all were extremely nice and helpful just like that. Even the stay was so good. Peaceful, hygienic and beautiful. We would definitely recommend this place for a better stay.

• Anna (6/5): Beautiful garden and rooms, but the road is noisy nearby and people in neighboring rooms are too visible - Beautiful trees in the garden (so I chose this hotel), beautiful rooms that have everything, including a fridge, a very nice and friendly man at the reception. The pool is separated from the rooms by dense greenery - it's good, there is a secluded place, not in full view of all rooms. There is a free shuttle to the beach - at any time you just have to say; And the return transfer costs 50 baht and leaves every hour until 22 - a good solution! 1) Close to the road - the noise from the road is not the hotel's fault but spoils the whole experience, I wanted a garden feel so I chose a hotel away from the beach. Roadside hotel feel. 2) The bad smell near the pool and near my room, it seems to be cat feces. Strong, I didn’t even want to swim and sit near the room. I really love cats, but I don't know how other hotels solve this problem - maybe they need to put a tray for them or better clean the garden. 3) The recreation area next to the room is not very separate, you can see the neighbors. And it's probably better that smoking is forbidden near the rooms - if someone smokes, the smell is everywhere, the rooms are very close. 4) No mosquito nets - if you don't like air conditioning, it's stuffy to sleep. 5) Pillows too high.

• Attapon (9/5): it's worth to stay here. - Room is clean and big. It was pretty quiet at night because it was a bit far from Ao Nang Beach. I would recommend you should have a bike or a car to reach here, then it would be perfect to stay here. it's also closed to a local market like 3 mins walking. people there were very nice. There is no safe locker in the room.

The garden area around the rooms is spacious and makes the rooms feel more private and separates them from the pool area. The pool itself is a great place to relax. The room was very spacious and clean, the individual outdoor areas that each room has area another great spot that we enjoyed relaxing in during our stay. The hotel is a very short drive out of Aonang which was perfect for us cause it allowed us to get peace and quiet while still having the convenience of being in the town. The price was extremely cheap as a result of a deal the hotel was offering in booking.com. We stayed at the hotel twice for a total of 7 weeks and can’t recommend it enough! Everything was perfect. Don’t have anything bad to say about this place

• Emily (9/5): Lovely place and great value for money - Gorgeous place - the pool is lovely with comfy sun loungers and our room was huge with the biggest shower I have seen in my entire life! The bed was really comfy, loved having a fridge and kettle (although note with the fridge that the power turns off if the key is not in the room) and we even had a dressing area. The staff were super helpful and picked us up from the pier for free and were there within 10 minutes even though we only messaged at the last minute - it is really easy to communicate with the staff via Whatsapp and booking.com We had a LOT of mosquitos in our room due to there being gaps in the window frame and plants outside the window. The location is slightly out of the centre and we tried to rent bikes on 2 separate days but they did not have any so we had to go elsewhere which was difficult without a bike to get to the other rental shops!

I chose this place to relax n unwind for a bit, but this was challenging as neighbouring longterm guests were nonstop smoking on the patio. This was disgusting as the smoke/ smell even drawn in through the gaps of the door. - poor welcoming/ no greeting or smile at all, only the info check in from 2pm - most of the staff was friendly but poor English skills n the menu card for the restaurant only in Thai - there was only 1 key available which is poor n also wont charge any devices in the room while away - no face or handtowls - stains on towls n bed sheets - bad smell around pool area (cat poo) - while housekeeping moving/ touching personal belongings (folding my clothes, putting stuff into my bag) - a bit too intinate n thats no go! - not very clean, tidying up yes, but not wiping down surfaces or sweeping/ mopoing bathroom floor, it seemed to just have used room spray

• Eleni (4/5): Disappointed - 4 stars only because of the facility that they can drive you to Ao nang. The lady at the reception was nice, with the young boy you couldn't communicate on English even on the basics. The room was smelling horrible. Without the air-conditioning you couldn't stay at the room.The biggest issue was with the cleanness. The room was so dirty and everything was so poor.Τhe sheets were torn, you didn't want to go to the bathroom. The towels were dirty. With the same money as it is not cheap you can find nicer places. It is acceptable not everything to be perfect but we felt weird with the basic cleanness of the room.

• Katie (8/5): great resort, very good value but not great location. - room was lovely, general grounds of the hotel were really nice with a decent size pool. the photos are exactly what you get! room can be cleaned daily if you want with tea/coffee facilities too! the location isn’t great, on a busy main road and far from the beach. not a huge problem though as the resort offers a free taxi service to the beach, just ask at reception!
• Tina (6/5): Pleasant - Room was modern and bed was comfy. Free shuttle bus to the beach was good. Fridge had not been cleared out, previous guests left half drunken beers and ice which melted all over our floor. Staff were difficult to find, we were sometimes waiting 20 minutes at reception. Pool is surround by trees so was always covered in leaves :(
