• Isabella (8/5): Bellissima esperienza di relax! - Struttura molto bella, immersa in un paesaggio strepitoso. Camera accogliente e soprattutto pulita. Personale gentile, in particolare la signora Luisella alla reception. SPA carina, consigliato il massaggio. Unica pecca è la mancanza attualmente del ristorante per pranzo e cena in loco, sebbene nei paesi vicini ci siano ottimi ristoranti a poca distanza.

Bisogna avere maggiore attenzione sulla pulizia e cura della camera/spa. Poca insonorizzazione nelle camere, e illuminazione esterna. Balconi comunicanti.

Rapporto Prezzo qualita' servizi pessimo. - La camera La piscina della spa ha i tasti dell'idromassaggio 4 su 6 che non funzionano e la cifra pagata extra per andare in spa è un'esagerazione per quello che offre. Alla signorina che gestisce la spa abbiamo comunicato del non funzionamento e il giorno dopo la reception non sapeva del problema.

Non c’è un bar dove acquistare una bottiglia di acqua o dove poter fare un aperitivo se si decide di godersi la struttura piuttosto che muoversi. La colazione è misera. Il personale è sì gentile ma molto freddo.
• Madalina Georgiana (10/5): - Ottima struttura, stanza pulita, letti comodi, accesso alla piscina esterna non affollata (sebbene ho soggiornato nella settimana di ferragosto), bellissima vista, staff gentile, ottima colazione dolce e salata, insomma tutto perfetto e comodo. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Avevo scelto questa struttura per una sosta lungo il tragitto considerata anche la vicinanza all’autostrada, ma è una oasi di pace e tranquillità dove si può soggiornare anche per più giorni.

La reception che chiude alle 18:00 in posto così è un peccato. Anche se è presente un numero di cellulare da chiamare in caso di necessità non ti viene voglia di “disturbare” per una bottiglia d’acqua in più o di una birra alle 22:00.

• Tural (10/5): Wedding day - The resort is located on the side of the hill so you could see down in the valley, which is very beautiful in the morning. The rooms are very clean spacious bathrooms. The resort also has parking lot. The drive to the resort is windy, twisty uneven roads I was the only thing that I didn’t like But the resort itself is amazing.

I needed to eat gluten free and they were very attentive and had more options available to me than I expected. My wife enjoyed the use of the spa. The restaurant was closed for dinner during our visit. I should have paid more attention when booking to confirm the restaurant would be open during our stay as this was one of the reasons we wanted to stay here.

• Edwin (10/5): Spa Resort - I had a wonderful 2 nights. The Rooms are over the Spa Complex. Its a Spa-Resort. 4 Hours Spa access for 35 euros is a steal. Wet & Dry Sauna, 6 differnt water Mist Effects & Lighting Effect. Giant Hot Tub with jets all over. Very Enjoyable. My Wine Massage was Excellent. Great Pool outside. Rooms all have little Balconys that overlook Pool & Valley & Vinyard & Olive Groves Breakfast was nice, simple Italian style. Dinner Highlight "La Batuffoleria" up on top of the Mountain, Area called Cesi. WOW this place was why you came to Italy. The View is Epic.The Food was delisious. The whole family was working at the restaraunt. A small adventure to get to, but worth it.

Un po' deludente la spa; c'era un po' di cattivo odore e risultava un po' piccola in certi ambienti (sauna e bagno turco al massimo ci si sta in 4 persone), nel complesso comunque da consigliare
• Michele (8/5): Piacevole scoperta - L'hotel è in una posizione bellissima su un colle con una vista sulla valle sottostante piena di vigneti e piante di olivo. L'hotel è diviso in due strutture. La principale dove c'è la reception, il ristorante e alcune camere. Poi c'è la struttura di nuova realizzazione con le nuove camere e il centro benessere. Appena arrivati ci è stato chiesto se preferivamo le camere classiche o quelle nuove. Abbiamo scelto quest'ultime visto che si acccede direttamente alla Spa. Le camere sono confortevoli e silenziose. Il letto è molto grande e il materasso in lattice. La Spa è molto accogliente, non molto grande, ma permette di passare alcune ore di fantastico relax. Il ristorante ha un scelta molto buona di piatti e cucinati e presentati ottimamente. Così anche la colazione. L'unico aspetto che mi aspettavo migliore è stato il rapporto con il personale. Tutti presenti e disponibili, però erano piuttosto 'freddi' e quindi è mancato quel pizzico di attenzione che avrebbero fatto la differenza in un posto così. Comunque ci tornerei.

• Sally (10/5): Hidden Gem with spectacular views - Our stay here in June was nothing short of spectacular! We only stayed one night on the way through but really wished we had more time. We stayed in the Junior suite which had a private full sized balcony overlooking the plantations with gorgeous private views. The room was a great size and the bathroom was very spacious. Our only problem was that there was no blind or curtains on the bathroom window which overlooked the pool area and balconies of other rooms so we had to improvise. Also, although the rain shower head was lovely, was not very functional and put water all over the floor. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay, with the guy on the front desk being exceptionally helpful in helping us locate a laundromat in town.

• Fay (10/5): Lovely stay - When we arrived we were upgraded to a deluxe room, which was lovely. We were also given coffee while we waited for our room to be prepared - nice. Breakfast included lovely fresh pastries and dinner was very tasty. Staff were lovely, especially Martina (the young one in reception).
