• Peter (10/5): I stay here every year and it’s a good spot to unwind from working all day in the surrounding area. Very clean and well - Clean and well kept. Plenty of parking. Safe
• Brookes (8/5): Nice, but needs better menu. - The bed was very comfortable. The room was very nice. The staff were fantastic. The menu seemed like most dishes were something with potato, not very exciting for a UK guest. We ate out both evenings. We were told that other dishes were available, but it would have been better if they were listed on the menu. We had bacon and scrambled eggs for breakfast. there was only a very small amount of bacon. There was plenty of choice for other breakfast items though. For the future...Maybe Smart TV's in the rooms so that guests can use their Netflix accounts etc. to watch programmes in their native language. ;-)

Kolację jedliśmy dość późno, a restauracja była czynna do 21:00, nie było problemu ze zjedzeniem po 21:00.

• Malgorzata (8/5): Would recommend this place in general but if you need quiet place then choose something else. - Clean rooms, super friendly and helpful staff, large car park Nobody informed us earlier about the wedding that was supposed to take place during our stay (free breakfast was offered as compensation tho). Very loud throughout the day as outside pool and leisure centre are just next door with shouting people from morning till very late.

Na korytarzu dystrybutor z bardzo dobrą gazowaną wodą. Duży plus za bardzo sprawną klimatyzację która się przydaje w gorące dni. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa w hotelu i restauracji. W pokoju jest cicho. Przy hotelu jest bardzo duży parking, brak problemów z parkowaniem. Przy hotelu jest basen.

Boys in soccer event were running in halls and slamming room doors until quiet time which was 22:00 hours. Not the fault of the hotel. I would stay there again. Very close to Zalipie, the "painted village," which is why we stayed there.

The restaurant connected to the hotel had delicious food, the rooms were luxurious and huge which gave great comfort, staff was extremely helpful and friendly, there was an indoor pool right next to the hotel, lots of parking space, and so so clean! There was nothing that we didn’t like, our experience was above and beyond successful.

Although we were told that it might get loud as there was a communion’s season the time of our stay, we weren't really bothered. Food was delicious. Buffet loads of choices. All staff very helpful, caring. Big thanks to two lovely womens from reception for making tea for me at 3 o clock in the morning. All staff are lovely . I’m sure I will come back again ..

• Karwowski (3/5): Disapointing - I travel a lot worldwide, so have clear standards - all should work and be safe for guests. Here it was a little disappointing. As for 4* we could expect a little more than offered standard. For sure bad image of hotel from beginning has big influence to my judgement: Imagine maintenance at staircase that looks unprofessionally secured by bucket and some elements of old panelling - point was that this staircase was also emergency exit! So in case of fire emergency exit was blocked - that is really bad practice! Than broken doors in my room forced me to change it. Moreover in new room window was permanently open due to broken lock. That was uncomfortable as it was really cold outside due to winter time. Very strong asset of hotel is service personnel - they really care, so I rate this as very positive point for hotel. But overall opinion is low: hotel needs maintenance before rate really 4*. I slept in 3* hotels offering better standards with half price. Service personnel - outstanding care I must say.

The beds were also very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting family and friends in Dabrowa Tarnowska.

• Richard (8/5): Hotel Cristal Park - Prostredie bolo super. V tesnej blízkosti hotela bazén a športoviská. Hotelová reštaurácia k dispozícii, dokonca aj mimo prevádzkových hodín. Veľká ochota. Raňajky v reštaurácii boli dokonalé. Ani malý psík nebol pre hotel problémom. Škoda len ubytovaných 11 ročných futbalistov na vedľajších izbách, ktorí robili neskutočný neporiadok a hluk až do noci.

Bardzo życzliwy i uczynny personel. Stosunek jakości do kosztów pobytu - bardzo dobry. Ogólne wrażenie po dwunoclegowym pobycie - bardzo pozytywne.

Ate in the hotel restaurant most nights and the food was good, and cheap. Breakfast was fairly basic and the coffee machine did not work after the first morning. Staff were nice, wifi fast, large bedrooms, good shower. Only complaint is that the sun entered the room at 5am as the curtains were not thick enough.
