Left early and won’t be back - Nothing We were given two towels and two wash clothes for our 4 day stay in a double room. When we asked for towels the staff were rude and acted as if we were asking for special privileges. We were told that due to staff shortages no one would be cleaning our room. No one came around and asked about towels or trash our entire stay. We booked a patio room to be close to the pool which was to be opened by May 1st but when we got there they said the pool was closed for renovations. The elevator was broken on one side completely and the other side was very nerve wracking. While we stayed on the 1st floor, we risked getting stuck on the elevator if we wanted to go visit my brothers room on the 5th floor. The front desk person could use some customer service training as well. We drove in and arrived earlier than expected and inquired about checking in early. She first told us no that we couldn’t check in early but then asked for my reservation information and said we could check for a $40 fee. We didn’t mind the fee and were happy with the option since we had been on the road for so long. We asked about canceling our last night since there was nothing for the kids to do. The director was very nice and said she had all the information she needed to refund our last night since we had completed the check out by check out time the day before. She apologized for the issues and said that because we used booking.com there was a middle man but it would be as simple as getting the message from booking.com and clicking an approval for the last nights fee. I was charged the whole amount for the stay. We won’t use this hotel again in the future and don’t recommend it. They seem to have some serious financial issues from lack of funds to pay proper staff to maintenance of the elevator.

I am moving out here with my family and brought my mom to check it out. She absolutely loved the facility as well. Especially being her first casino/hotel stay. Will definitely be back! The only thing I didn't like was how short my stay had to be!

Will stay again. Parking lot was clean. Th only thing they miss is having a lovely breakfast other than that price was right and the stay was excellent!

The refrigerator was leaking Housekeeping was amazing but maintenance was fighting with why it was leaking. The smoke detector battery died and went off at 4am that was very disappointing that they are not checked regularly so that does not happen to guest that pay good money to stay there. Also the pen that was taped together when having to sign was very off putting with how beautiful the facility was.

- O'Brien (10/5): - The middle of the night check-ins were VERY disruptive. By time we did get to sleep, the landscapers were outside (blowing leaves?) before the sun came up. My mom and I were unable to sleep well. We also had a leaky pipe in our room both nights. Maintenance was great and responsive but unable to fix it. We finally turned the overhead bathroom fan on to drown out some of the noise.

There were places to eat near by. Couldn't hear the casino. Every thing was clean and it smelled nice. Was a little confusing on where to go to check in. The girl who check us in seemed a little tired or like she just didn't want to be there. She was professional but you could just tell she wasn't happy. She also didn't really explain that we needed to scan the key card to use the elevator, but thankfully there were others that joined us in the elevator who told us.

The coffee shop was not open when it said it was going to be. The restaurant's food was subpar (360). They wanted to charge me $20 to check in at 2:47, or I had to wait until 3:00.

- Julie (9/5): I would recommend - Great location. Food was good but a LONG wait for it. Shower door didnt stay closed in my room or my sons room so we used gobs of towels on the floor. Cocktail beverages could be more generous with the alcohol and Im not even a big drinker.

Would stay here again if visiting the Wichita mountain wildlife refuge. I wish they cleaned the rooms everyday. But house keeping was so nice and gave us extra towels.

- Annika (8/5): Schönes Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp in Lawton - Sehr netten Personal beim Check-In und Check-Out! Mit wurden beim Einchecken verschiedene Zimmer auf verschiedenen Etagen angeboten von denen ich auswählen konnte. Das Hotel hat eine top Lage (nicht weit von diversen Restaurants und auch dem Wichita Mountain Wildlife Refuge entfernt) Die Dusche war leider nicht so sauber (alles Andere war top gereinigt!)

- Amber (6/5): Inconvenienced by late check in but the stay was great. - The patio was amazing. We showed up to check in at 3:50pm and was told our room wasn’t ready and was not sure when it would be ready. After carrying our bags in. And verifying online that check in was at 4pm.

- Monnier (6/5): Decent just hope you don't get a clog - It was convenient to the military base We had clogged drains that took 2 days for maintenance to be notified and cleared out. Completely flooded the bathroom anytime we showered. A bunch of black stuff came out and it smelled horrible. I asked front desk and maintenance if there was anything we could do about the rotting egg/sewage smell, and maintenance said they would look into but never did, and the man at the front desk was rude and proceeded to say I don't know how to help you. I just wanted at least air freshener or something to cover the smell, instead my kids and I spent the night nauseous and with headaches. Tried looking for another hotel but they were all booked. Even people walking by were gagging from the smell. Also elevators were sketchy, I suggest the stairs.

- James (10/5): Room was great. Restaurant not so good. - The room was very clean. The price was very reasonable. In the 390 restaurant the food was pricy for what you get. We waited a long time for our food and that was with only four tables occupied. I waited even longer for a refill of tea. My wife's meatloaf was hard like it had been microwavred from the day before.

- Lainey (3/5): 3/10 not a good experience would not stay here again. - The staff was nice, and the location. The room itself was not clean! The sheets had stains that looked like bodily fluids 🤨 and there were hairs all over the bathroom and in the bed.. GROSS.
