• Ivonne (10/5): - Tiene estacionamiento, por lo que la llegada fue muy accesible. Personal atento todo el tiempo, las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. Hay una parada de autobús (transporte público) bastante cerca, y que lleva directamente al centro, pero no se recomienda salir tan tarde.

• Fabián García (10/5): - La habitación muy bien, limpia y de buen tamaño. Se abren las ventanas y hay aire acondicionado. Tiene estacionamiento techado. El internet a veces funciona bien y a veces no. Nos tocó una habitación a la calle principal y hay mucho ruido por el tráfico.hasta ya tarde. A parte de eso todo bien.

• Jose (7/5): Good for 1 night. - Staff was good. Location somehow was good as well, it was easy to find. Minutes away from downtown. Room was spacious. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We have at least a dozen od mosquitos flying over the room. On the other hand, it was extremely noisy, since the hotel is located at the entrance of the city.

• Daniel (10/5): Muy buen hotel - A nosotros nos fue muy bien, fueron muy amables y tienen estacionamiento seguro. El hotel esta bastante bien (calidad /precio).
• Margarita (6/5): Chinches en la cama - Salimos llenos de ronchas por chinches . No sabemos si fueron las sábanas o el edredón que tenían guardado en el closet lo que las teni. Todo nuestro cuerpo estaba lleno de los piquetes . Lindo el hotel pero definitivamente no regresaría

• gustavo (8/5): - No me gustó : 1.- Esta a las orillas de la CD , es como hotel de negocio 2.- para entrar al garaje tienen que tocar el claxon para que les abran el portón eléctrico , estando en la habitación es algo molesto cada que entra un huesped 3.- En el baño el wc está pegado al cancel de la regadera no soy muy alto y aún así fue muy incómodo usarlo , , sin embargo el espacio en la regadera es amplio por lo que se sugiere recorrer el cancel unos 20 CMS por lo menos 4.- En el 2do piso tenían cemento tirado , al parecer era una reparación pero no se ve era falta de mantenimiento o lo estaban reoarando

• Alejandra (4/5): - Me agradó que es muy tranquilo. La habitación no tenía luz en el baño y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. La señorita del turno matutino no intentó ayudarnos y la persona que está por la noche casi tuvimos que rogarle porque nos cambiara de habitación. Nos dijeron primero que ya no tenían habitaciones del mismo precio disponibles y después nos cambiaron a la de al lado. Me siento decepcionada del servicio. Ellos estaban conscientes del fallo en los servicios y sin embargo fué la habitación que nos entregaron. No lo recomiendo lamentablemente

El baño funciona muy bien y tiene buenas amenidades. Nos tocó una habitación en el tercer piso y el hotel no tiene elevador; eso fue bastante incómodo. No cuenta con un restaurante para desayuno o algún servicio a cuarto.

• Lynne (4/5): Froze all night - The hotel was clean and looked nice but was very uncomfortable. There was no heat, the wifi worked poorly, the restaurant that was advertised was closed. We couldn't even get a cup of coffee in the morning. They didn't light the hot water heater until we asked them why there was no hot water. The help was nice but clueless on how to please guests.

• PamelaH414 (8/5): Small Quaint Economical Hotel - Lovely small boutique hotel with nicely appointed rooms. Very fresh and very comfortable beds. Excellent value. Drop your bags at the front door before entering parking or you will have to carry up a flight of stairs. Staff very pleasant and helpful. They speak some English. No English TV but excellent internet so I was able to stream and watch Netflix. They do not have a restaurant but do have a take out which was very reasonable and good. My only complaint was that the water was very cold even after running it for a significant time so I skipped my shower. They did show me that after leaving water run in another room for awhile that it was starting to warm up but this was an inconvenience.
• bigbird090 (8/5): good hotel but not close to the town center - We visited Hotel Galerias when we decided to visit the Festival del Globo in Leon. All the rooms in Leon were booked, so we stayed in Lagos de Moreno. Overall, this is a great property. The rooms are clean and bright, the TVs are flat screens, and the parking is safe. The hotel is not close to the city center. You must take your car, hop on a taxi, or take the bus to the town square. This hotel is also owned by the same people as the budget Hotel Posada Real (also in Lagos de Moreno). I recommend this hotel to those who want better amenities during their stay in Lagos de Moreno.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good relation cost-benefit - We stay a night on this hotel during a short trip to the magic town, we book in advance with no issues. Nice staff and the hotel has all the basic for a short stay, clean and safe. No restaurant but if you use TripAdvisor app (as we did) you can get great tips on restaurants and places to go.
• GuanajuatoBob (10/5): High-quality establishment - Helpful staff, clean, modern, good value for money. I arrived very late after a long drive from the Mazatlan area, and the desk clerk checked me in right away, even helped with my luggage. Good eatery next door.

• Jeffeory Howard (10/5): Nice Boutique Hotel - This hotel is beautiful and recently renovated. The room was clean and the hotel in general is well kept. The only negative I found was there was no elevator that I saw. If you are looking for a nice quite room this is the place.
