• Ajeet (1/5): Do not again. - Ambience of property Staff was rude, it is not value for money at all. Food was very poor. Room hygiene was not good at all. Premise very poorly maintained.

• Surve (5/5): Not at all value for money spent - House keeping not done inspite of informing in the morning. TV was without remote and nobody bothered to address the same even on repeated compliant. Restaurant service is delayed. It took 1 hour just to delivered soup when there was normal crowd in restaurant. No basic stuff like toothpaste was available in room. Overall it's very poor experience and not at all value for money.

• Unmani (8/5): Lovely staff & location! The rest could be better - The staff was very friendly & helpful! The location is great-Table land is at 25 mins walk, as are other popular scenic places. The food was good too, no complaints there! Didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool but it looked lovely and nice walk around, in the evening after dinner. Nice gardens on premises! The facilities could definitely be better- AC, hot water & the overall cleanliness. But most importantly, it was super loud in the evenings, sometimes until midnight, since our room was next to the 'conference hall'. The songs playing was great, but I just wish they didn't go on until midnight; or at least I was given the option to avoid this room during the time of booking.

Breakfast area is semi open....windy ...wet due rain water. Passages from room to breafast area or reception should be covered , since in this season it rains heavily and continuously.

Could be maintained more cleanliness. Washrooms had water flowing issue. Toilet flush was not properly functional.

Food quality was average, fewest menu with very small quantity and highest price.For all menu same size serving bowl but prices are different.Roti/fulka smoll tea cup dish size costing Rs.40 was not worth.Used Bowl and dishes both days laying whole night in room,no body collected inspite of instructions.

• Sequeira (5/5): Loved the facility, but the restaurant service, poor internet and irregular power supply really bad - Good spacious rooms, clean facility, good recreation activities. nothing bad to say except that there are very limited dining options both internally or externally Dining facilities are very limited, in and around the neighbourhood, the inhouse restaurant staff indicated that they work on time to time basis, and will not offer food or dine in facilities beyond 2pm and 9pm. we had to find a place inside town which is a good half an hour walk in the night with very limited street lighting. it was very unsafe. Secondly the internet service is not up to standards, and the irregular power supply. THESE BRING DOWN THE RATINGS OF WHAT IS A REALLY GOOD FACILITY. hope the hotel management looks at these seriously and makes necessary corrections.

• Sachin (8/5): Overall we had good memorable stay with family in Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar at Blue Country - The resort is vary spacious and the rooms are big too. Cleanliness is maintained. Main campus where lawn and swimming pool is there is quite good. The staff is very friendly and keeps respect. Small play zone near reception is good for hanging around and to do some activity like carrom, chess, table tennis etc. The breeze coming in the evening was fantastic and refreshing. Amidst of nature and a feel good property to hang around with family. They should improve on food. A very good breakfast will make this resort fantastic with good value. Swimming pool should have some restrictions to use Swimming costumes. Its difficult for resort staff to tell each an everyone to use costume and take shower before entering in. But this is an area of improvement for the resort. Its a very small thing compared to other facilities offered by the resort.

It becomes challenging when traveling with kid. We didnt get tea even at 7am coz it was informthat the staff doesn't come up until then.

The pool wasn't clean - lots of dead insects and water was dirty. Too many steps to climb to get anywhere. This property is not meant for senior citizens. Game room was closed. Prices were high compared to the facilities and service. Service was a little slow - had to remind multiple times for everything we needed
