• Mégane (8/5): - Séjour très bien ! Personnel accueillant, sympathique et à l’écoute. Hôtel très propre seul petit bémol pour moi l’insonorisation des chambre est limite. On entends pas mal les chambres d’à côté. Sinon à part ça rien à redire. La literie était très bien aussi !

• Jervaulx (10/5): Two night tourism stay for Dijon - We arrived in a heavy rainstorm and had a difficult time finding the hotel. The hotel needs its own clear and visible direction sign at the turn-off at its nearest roundabout. We had a ‘comfort room’ and it was precisely that; very comfortable. A nice room, good walk-in shower, Nespresso machine and kettle. Good breakfast. A very comfortable king size bed. Parking outside the hotel or lock-up car park. A great Italian restaurant DelArte only two minutes walk away. Easy tram connection in to Dijon after a short walk. Tram cost€1.70 each way.

Attention aux chambres communiantes car l’isolation phonique est très mauvaise. Bon petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Possibilité d’avoir un parking privé gratuit.
• Nathalie (6/5): - Nothing to drink in the room. Even not a kettle or a bottle of water. No bathrobe (but you can see them on the room's pictures). Plastic sheet under the bed sheet. It was uncomfortable and kept really warm. The rooms at Campanile (where I used to go) are better equipped and cheaper. The only positive point is the buffet breakfast. But this is definitely not a 4-stars hotel ! Never again.
• illil (10/5): Great Hotel and friendly Receptionist - What a lovely hotel both receptionists were very helpful and friendly, The room was clean, bright and modern with lots of room for all our biking gear, the bed was extremely comfortable and a good choice of pillows. Continental Breakfast was great a choice of fresh boiled eggs or creamy scrambled with bacon hash browns and pancakes. A good selection of cold meats, cheese, yoghurts and fruit. Absolutely delicious freshly squeezed orange juice and coffees. The receptionist gave us a coupon for 20% off the Italian restaurant opposite the hotel. The only downside was there isn’t anywhere in the hotel to get a cold drink or hot and there was no tea or coffee tray in the room. So pack a collapsible kettle or there is a Mac Donald’s opposite for drinks.
• H5593DQts (2/5): Thin walled rooms - Thin walled rooms, hear every movement from neighbouring and below rooms. everytime next door room opened or shut their doors, was alot!! the roof panels near door lifted up and down with the air movement in my room making a loud crack noise. Staff friendly, hence the one star otherwise it would be 0

Why don’t you advise customers of this so that they are prepared or given the choice to book or not - test the advertised price is still the same per room.

• James (10/5): A single night stay en route to the Alsace. - The room was disabled friendly for non wheelchair guests, as requested, though the WC was very low. Breakfast was very good with a broad choice of goodies and very well laid out - our extensive hotel visits proved this positive point of view. Friendly staff and plenty of parking outside. Local (faster foods) eating was available within a short walking distance.

• Andy (10/5): Great hotel - We stayed here twice in July and then again in August driving to and from Nice. Really nice hotel, great staff and safe parking. If like us you arrive a little late there is a nice restaurant and McDonalds across the road. Highly recommended.

• Andy (10/5): Great hotel for our overnight stay - This hotel was perfect for us. Driving from Calais to Nice we wanted to stay halfway so the location of the hotel not being in the city was excellent. The young ladies who looked after us both in the evening and following morning were great. We arrived after 9pm so the bar was closed but at the other side of the car park there was a local restaurant and also a McDonalds. If you need a comfy stay in Dijon on a road trip I would recommend this hotel
• heatherhE1884BI (8/5): Good room - This is quite a modern hotel. The room was an adequate size but the toilet and shower were in separate cubicles. The toilet light switch did not work and the light went on and off in a cycle that was not controllable. The bed was comfortable apart from the plastic sheet on the mattress which made it hot and slippery. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices but the queue was long.

• MAURICE (8/5): - Wonderful n helpful staff. Should have a refrigerator for those that need to have cool refreshing drinks without having to pay bar prices. The rooms are made up daily with new sheets (not too eco friendly but cant complain) The bad thing is public transport is not available.

• stevemacBelper (10/5): Really great hotel in a good location with extremely helpful staff. - Really well appointed hotel,very modern.It’s situated north of Dijon which seems a bit out of the way on first impression but there is a cheap and regular tram service the T2 and the stop Pole Sante a few minutes from the hotel and there is the Toison d’ Or ,a vast shopping complex with everything under one roof,which is a 15/20minute walk or few minutes drive away.The rooms are very good,we had 106 on the first floor,maybe needs a few more electrical sockets,but the facilities in the room are very good,we have say a big thanks to the receptionist on duty when we turned up at lunch time and asked if our room was ready(The check in time is 4.00pm).She was very helpful and said she will attempt to get our room ready asap,possibly around 2.00pm,so we walked over to the shopping complex,again thanks to her for the directions,to kill time and we were glad we did,it’s got a food court so finding lunch was easy.She also advised us about the tram details,where to catch it etc.She really went out of her way to help us. There is a secure gated car park accessed by a code given at reception. We will certainly return when we are in the area but this time stick to the 4.00pm check in! This is one of the best Kyriads,not far behind the one in Troyes.

Several restaurants within 50m. Very friendly foh staff and a pretty good breakfast, with good coffee and fresh OJ.
• Crockonarock (8/5): Great stopover hotel - What a great hotel. We are on our way to Switzerland and needed a stopover. Comfortable bed, friendly staff and adequate breakfast. We will use again. The hotel is close to a tram service to the centre of Dijon which is a cool place to visit. Only negative is that the restaurants next to the hotel are not the best.

• Acacia9051 (8/5): Bang for my bucks - This hotel is situated not far from the motorway. The rooms are small, but tidy. The bathroom is functional. There are a few restaurants (a.o. La Courte Paille) a few metres away. The breakfast is not extensive, but good. WiFi is free and fast, There is a tram connection to the city on a 5 minutes walk. There is a free, spacious, enclosed parking. All in all a good price/value ratio. I recommend it when you are passing to Spain.

• MandSW2014 (6/5): OK not great - Good - comfy beds, very clean, Poor - lighting in room very dark, as seems to be usual with every hotel these days, no mirror near a socket. When will hotel chains realise that bathroom hairdryers do not function to style hair - at least give us a socket next to the mirror! Very overpriced for what it was. We were moving house and needed a place to rest. Paid extra for a larger room (showed pictures of a bath which was just what I needed) but the room was still tiny, and no bath. Very basic for the cost.

• David (8/5): Another good nights sleep - As usual, very good. Immaculately clean room, comfortable bed and friendly helpful staff with a good command of English when our French fails. We always stay here going South and sometimes North, to and from Provence and England, ie 2-4 times per year for the last 7/8 years. Unusually, for the first time- a minor criticism- small faults were a crack in the corner of the shower tray and the basin tap was a little loose. Otherwise, excellent for this bracket of hotel. Overall it is a perfect location for an overnight stay for us between England and the Côte d’Azur, with decent chain restaurants on the doorstep for evening meals, and a shopping mall very close. Will definitely stay again!

• Someishere (10/5): Nice hotel but the breakfast wasn’t worth its price - A very nice hotel, perfect to overnight when travelling in France by car. A very kind woman at the reception welcomed us and gave the keys to our room, which was clean, quiet and nice. But one thing we didn’t understand: Two doors. One to the bathroom and another to the WC, where it didn’t exist any basin to wash the hands. The Internet was free but unfortunately it was not possible to connect to the network by some reason, so we had to use our mobiles as modems. We liked the room as well and also the parking lot in a safe area close to the hotel. The hotel itself has no restaurant open in the evening but close to the hotel you find three different restaurants to visit and a McDonald’s. The breakfast was unfortunately very poor but expensive. If you book the hotel, try to book without breakfast and then, in the morning, check the breakfast buffet and the price. If you don’t find it “OK” for the price you have to pay, go to another place.
• johnebooth (10/5): Superb budget hitel - New or maybe refurbished hotel in excellent condition and decor. Supremely comfortable beds, good room and amenities and very friendly and helpful staff (all of them we met). Good location with good food outlets nesrby, massive car park and fully secure.
• Susan (10/5): Great overnight stop - Perfect stop on the drive from London to the south of France. Convenient, easy to find, clean and very nice room and bathroom. My only criticism is that the cost of the breakfast, at €13, was a real cheek. I would happily pay that for a proper buffet, but there were 2 types of plastic wrapped cheese, no salad, tomatoes cucumber etc, one type of cheap processed ham and awful sloppy pre made scrambled eggs. Nice bread and that’s really it. Staff were lovely though and would stay again but eat breakfast anywhere else!

Free wifi and free secure parking were bonuses .

The staff were very helpful and their breakfast was simply fantastic. 4.5STARS

Good location if you came by car, free parking, 3 restaurants near hotel. 5 min walk to the tram, 15 min by tram to the center of Dijon. Wi-Fi service was a little slow, sometimes was not connection. Breakfast is just OK, not big selection, we came not early, and some food (ham, salami) was out. So 14 euro for one for that type of breakfast (coffee, juice, and few pastries) was too much.

The hotel has good access from the main roads, with ample parking and restaurants close by, for those not wanting to venture into town. Modern, clean, room in what feels like a relatively new build hotel - clean, welcoming, good sheets and good pillows on good beds, great bathroom (really great) with separate WC. Coffee making facilities in room. We didn't eat, we didn't take breakfast but it was a really good one night stop in a series of one night stops.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Not A four star - We choose the hotel and were excited that we could get a four star near a major city for that price. This is not a four star hotel. The price of breakfast was exorbitant and the rooms were clean but tight. That being said we discovered it’s located was a five minute walk to a tramway so we could leave our car and ride into the heart of the city. Also close was a huge shopping mall to grab a quick reasonable breakfast

• Guy (10/5): Outstanding hotel in Dijon - This hotel on the northern side of Dijon is new and very comfortable. It is ~100m from the tramway making access to central Dijon easy.
• David (8/5): - Very easy access to Dijon on Tram {takes about 15 mins}and tram stop very close to hotel.
• alan and angela (8/5): Very nice hotel - After we finally found the hotel we were surprised how everything was spot on, room,facilities, comfy bed, friendly staff . The downside was the location as it is in a new development area and it was a little out of town but for an overnight stay it's great
• Ching Yee Elaine (8/5): - A nice hotel with convenient location. Though we are driving, but it has tram station just opposite and is ideal for those who are driving.
• Ken (8/5): - Hotel is modern, a bit out of the centre and the surrounding have the feeling of an trading estate. But the room was clean and bright, car parking free & secure and it was only a couple of minutes walk to the nearestTram stop, so getting into Dijon centre was not an issue.
• Tony (10/5): Excellent staging post - We stopped on route between Provence and Calais. Everything about this hotel was perfect for our purpose.
• Bharti (10/5): Great location. - Perfect in every way. Warm, comfortable and particularly liked the secure parking and nearby eateries albeit fast food. It helped keep the cost of our trip down. Would definitely book this chain of hotels again. It was our first stay here and we found there is a tram line nearby so hope to come again for afew days and explore Dijon.
• John (8/5): good hotel with mouse problem - a good hotel with very pleasant staff and good facilities. Their only problem being mice! We sat in the dining room and watched a mouse come from the kitchen to escape through a hole in the wall. Apparently all the staff know about the mice but the manager has been unable to eradicate the problem.
• Barry (10/5): Modern and airy bright and smart - Overnight stop here driving to Calais. Fantastic value for money - bedrooms are spotless clean modern design and comfortable bed. Dining area is full of light with large full length glass on both side of the room - brilliant. Buffet breakfast was great with both cooked and full range of continental choices. Went for a steak across the road - which was excellent and great value for money. I would definitely stop here again when in the area.
